A sorry excuse of a man should not work doing customer service. I was in store for 5 minutes before the guy came back in the store. Then he just sat down got on his phone and said what you need ma’am. Wasn’t helpful at all, so when I asked for the name of manager or someone who could help, he he don’t know call 611. Guess if it’s not an easy task he can’t do it. I will be switching phone companies

Went in to get a replacement phone. Lady at the counter made a big deal about me using my insurance. Tried to explain that I needed my service and a working phone that day. Still ended up leaving the cricket store empty-handed. Still have no phone. All I wanted to do is replace what I had so I could have the phone up and running. It's cool to try to save customers money it's not cool to use that as an excuse not to serve them. Absolutely rediculous

The manager has no customer service very rude! The staff was great. I upgraded my phone's with them when it came time for me to swipe my card something was wrong with one of their scanner's the manager (white male) look at me funny and ask did i have any money in my account? One of the staff members ask me to use the other scanner and the payment went through. I will never visit this store again. I will purchase what i need online or at another location. FYI its cheaper to buy the phone and call the customer service number and let them activated. I will not support that store in WM. Again the staff was Wonderful !!!! Need new manager.

Things were going ok till the second lady arrived.Went in to see if they could do something about this cricket phone, having problems charging it. (think it's just one of those bad phones) was going to add my grandson to my plan, then add his mom on the 16th of next month. The first lady had started working on getting it done. The second female started telling me what I was going to HAVE TO DO. It went downhill fast. I took my phone and grandsons phone back and left....

I have seen my share of Employees in the West Memphis Ark. Loc Missouri st, and the team they have there now is very knowledgeable and professional. This is my opinion keep up the great Job.

Was paying 55 a month for 100gb hotspot. internet stopped working. turns out i've been switched to the 50gb plan for the same price now. no way. internet wasn't even that good anyway. NEXT

It was around February of 2021, I went to this location and purchased a Nokia Device. This device had a price tag of 10$ plus taxes and fees.I was overcharged approximately $139 as a round up from the manager, and swindled into purchasing a Phone Case for this same device by one of the managers colleagues. The Case cost me 20$ as an extra for me not being able to get my money back when the transaction was over.These people were real rude to me. So rude to the point where I Know that these same people are monitoring my whole device. It's kinda frightening to know that people have access to these types of features I right at the touch of their fingertips.I'm a smart Man now. Shame on you Cricket Wireless... #NOSTARSFORYOU

Poor customer service. Store representatives are not able to cancel your service if needed. Phone customer service was very difficult to communicate.

Whoever has posted good comments about the cricket store in WM is a liar and the truth not in em..... every single time that you go only to pay a bill prepare to sit for at least 1/2 an hour... Really????! Open up multiple stores in that town because to me the current arrangement that they have in place stinks and I predict the store closing that location down in the near future if they don't practice on better customer service practices...see for yourself if you think lying.

It takes absolutely way to long in there i understand volume flow but dang shouldn't take that long to get a phone turned on or switched over. Crazy they need help or a bigger store with more cashiers
