I have usually been able to find what I need, sometimes the people behind the counter act as if I was intruding upon their precious time... My family has spent tens of thousands of dollars here over the past twenty years and I still get the cold treatment at times... However I do know that everyone just has bad days sometimes, I feel that maybe I just went to the store when it was a bad day for them. I will still shop here, I just wish the customer service was a bit better.

Not like Jonesboro or Pocahontas they are slow hardly have what I need when I need it and it's near impossible to get a good contractor discount unless your one of the local good ole boys.

Had pool sand I needed. And even though they were damaged in the storms that hit Walnut Ridge they still opened to provide materials people need to fix and rebuild.

This place needs to be reported for price gouging! 1 board @this store was close to $30 and the same board 15 miles away at the Pocahontas store was less than $15. This isn't right and should be reported. Just because that area was hit by storms let's double our prices on materials that our community needs to rebuild. Shame on you Barton's of Walnut Ridge Arkansas 72477!

waited and waited for service. Employees where to busy talking to each other and their friends. I literally heard a guy that was leaving say he just came by to visit a friend. Wait on your costumers first, then visit your friends.
