Drop and hook load was 14 hours past appointment and upon checking in at the guard shack I offered to drop my empty trailer and was told it wasn't necessary. After 6 hours I decided to get some sleep, I am woken up by Mary on night shift screaming at me over the phone demanding that I drop my empty at 0230 in the morning. No bathrooms available that I saw in the dirt lot they use for staging. Dollar general nearby and a decent Mexican place a short walk away. I will put forth effort to never pick up from here again. I don't need/want someone yelling at me to do something I offered to do a literal half day ago.

Slow country roads getting. Arrived around 1300 hours. Checked in with guard shack. D.L, check inside reefer and tandems back. Dropped my trailer at dock 3, little tight but doable. Had our loaded trailer ready, yard dog handed us the Bill's and gone. Have overnight parking in the dirt lot by the train tracks!

Came In at 07:30 to check in appointment for pick up was at 9:00am gave the guard my pick up # and was told me they call you and they call around 1:20pm go door#3 I could possibly get loaded around 3pm guy said go and wait paperwork now almost 5pm still waiting !!! 1 star just for the dirt lot parking they have before coming in to guard shack…. Places like this are jokes

Can Park (overnight), at left before railway track.Go to guard shake by appointment. Then come again to dirt lot parking . They will call for the door.My appointment was 9.00. Called at 11.00 for door.Loaded at 12.00. Paperwork AT 13.00.2nd time my appointment was 07.45 Not even called for door up to 14.00 Now said will be ready after 5 hours. I'm leaving this load.

The guard is pretty cool and polite. It is a bit confusing about their instructions, but they get you asap. If you get a live load expect to be here for a while. The dirt lot before you cross the train tracks is an overnight parking lot. The people here are nice, polite, and they do a great job.

This place is ridiculous. I tried working there for 2 days and had to quit there's no consistency most employees will not help you when you including supervisors. 10 hour shifts with a 30 min. Lunch and if your lucky 1 15 min. Break if there not under staffed . That might work for the ppl. With out green cards looking for a job but not for this guy. There's a reason they are always hiring. You've been warned.

If you get here Monday or Tuesday be ready to wait for a long time! Sitting here for over 12 hours now already… other days you can loaded here in like 4hr. Get popcorn and TV to kill down time

I had a straight short load. Easy check in, friendly security guard and the receiving guy unloaded the trailer quick. All was around an hour. Thanks a lot.

Guard shack guy was super nice. It does take a little longer to check in and out than other locations. Super tight trailer load and /or drop off. No staging area that we noticed.

It is a process facility, so the waiting time is unknown. I’ve been here six hours and 15 minutes so far they just start loading me. People are very nice friendly and professional.

Not a bad place to pickup from.... Had a live load and didn't take long to get loaded ,unlike a lot of Tyson plants. This is one of the better plants although it is kinda small and tight but not bad at all

Great place to load at. They have truck parking in a dirt lot on the left before you get into the plant. Called in at 7am, when shipping opens, and got a door right away. If you've never been here the person in the guard shack will tell you exactly where to go and how to get there. Everyone was super respectful and curtius

Was treated Politely, but my appointment was at 1100 and I didn't get loaded for hours. Didn't even start on me until 1330. Same kinda thing happened 10 years ago. No improvement. Now it's going to be tough to make my delivery on time through no fault of mine and if late the broker on this load is going to fine me hundreds of dollars. Thanks again Tyson!

If I could leave negative stars, I would. Showed up for a load and get here to find out that they don't even have enough product to load trucks that have been sitting for 1 to 2 days before we even got here to load. Why would you book loads if you know you have no product? Terrible. Stay away. The worse place we have loaded. This truly has turned us off to running no more chicken loads. I don't care what they pay. Time is valuable and not worth spending at place that don't care.

Like all Tyson facilities. They have a window of loading, say 6/6 00:00 to 6/7 18:00 (6:00pm) 18:00 is the drop dead time (DDT) Time when load should be ready. If load is late then the plant has a service failure.All incoming trailers MUST be CLEAN, WASHED OUT and FULL of FUEL. Trailers are inspected at guard shack.Directions..US 71 South.... Turn Left onto 2nd Street. (Just pass Littlefield Convience Store on Left) Go to Stop Light turn Left onto Fir St. Cross RR Tracks Left into facilities guard shack.Directions...US 71 North Bound.... Pass Harps Grocery Store on Right (Traffic Light at that intersection) Go 1 block Turn Right onto 2nd Street..Go to light Turn Left onto Fir St. Cross RR Tracks...Left into facilities guard shack.

Nice people. Unload one hopper at a time but it emptied out my truck in about 10 or 15 minutes. You have to back out once you dump and you have to make alot of "U" turns in order to scale in and out. It's better than some I've been to though.

My experience here was not positive.Your broker may not tell you; you need 3/4 tank of reefer fuel, or they'll send you to their brothers fillin station to top off. Apparently a good half tank is insufficient to hold the trailer at 26°. The unit was off more than on...So, ok, fine. 3 hours to load, one more hour for the bills...not my idea of quick loading.Now let's talk about the girl at the gate.She's cute! Petite, and friendly, just adorable!We walk back to seal the trailer, she goes back in the guardshack. I'm still standing next to my truck. She hands me the bills, says "have a good one" and that's it.I get in, fire it up, drive out...The Stupid Girl didn't OPEN THE GATE! The gate is invisible from the drivers seat. Luckily it's made of flexible plastic, but with a wire in the end. It put a scratch in the fender...my truck is a pretty nice 379 Pete, the hood was painted a year and a half ago, so now it has a scratch in it...That's what finally set me off.So now I say;This Place Sucks.Sadly, I fear I may have to come back, new customer.I'll be more careful.My daily life doesn't include a gate. Hers includes operating 2 gates several times an hour.The gate is invisible from the drivers seat, I said twice now.You had ONE JOB, and you screwed it up. Ooen The Damn Gate.

Drivers: try to avoid night pickups/deliveries! This place has the worst lighting, most uneven pavement and the winding two-lane highway to get here will make you long for the ease of the Alleghany mountains, especially in the rain! The property configuration is a HOT mess. The worst Tyson ever! On the upside, the people are really nice, professional, and totally helpful in guiding drivers through their bizarre setup. We had a door in just a few minutes and loading was very efficient.

Has overnight parking in dirt lot before entrance. Dont follow GPS! Go past light. Turn right at next road(bears right). Go to stop light,end of road. Entrance is on right. If you follow GPS you will get stopped by police. Big police trap,may get ticket

Quick load. Parking right next to gate. Let's you park overnight, quick access for Walmart and Dollar General in walking distance. Restaurant in area as well as pharmacy for medical needs. Staff at plant friendly. Scale on site is accurate. May have to manually get your own weights by walking to the shack for each axle.
