They always seem to have what I'm looking for. Very helpful, knowledgeable, kind, professional. THey really go out of their way to help. They have saved me about 10 hours of driving due to the fact that they are located here in town. They are honest and dependable.

Been shopping here most of my adult life and my family has been using Sims since the 60's and I plan on making sure my kids know that Sims is the place to go for friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I've never had a bad experience there.

Been here on many many occasions, always found them helpful, Did Delivery for me for the larger items like a bundle of rail road ties. So far, they've had anything I need for home and ranch repair. Love these guys.

I (d.j. Brooks) purchased an item from them through eBay. The thing is is just after I had bought it I had requested to cancel and was rejected then they rejected my return even with me offering to pay return shipping. So it’s more of the principle. I’ve tried calling eBay and no one picks up. I guess due to Covid. I’ve done some chats and I’ve email. Nobody’s following through.

There are very few things better than the small town hardware store! This little store is really great: the folks working here are locals, they're helpful, and always quick with a joke or helpful advice on whatever project you are working on. I wish there were more of these places.
