This store was cluttered up and little difficult to navigate it. Think it was truck day. But it was very well staffed and some of the friendliest workers I've ever met in any dg. It was stocked well and everything seemed very easy to find.

Some staff are nice people. But Joey staff member is rude amd gets attitude with customers and ive heard him complain a iut customers when he thought no one was around. And treats honest customers like thieves and doesn't act professional acts hyper sexual towards men. Michelle is excellent always helpful and respectful deserves a raise.

First staff is very friendly and go out of their way to help. Prices are reasonable, nice selection of items. But the drawbacks are many. Items in floor, NOT HANDICAPPED FRIENDLY, need handicapped carts and room to move in aisles, items falling around you, signs to tell where items are like walmart and harps. Not enough parking since they are usually busy. Because its very crowded with both people and items its very hot in summer even with ac going. No automatic doors which if you are alone is bothersome to try to push cart in and out. Cluttered everywhere but not dirty as some have said. May lose alot of customers with new family dollar store coming in, especially if its less cluttered and handicapped friendly.

It was the most unpleasant experience my wife and I have had at any Dollar General location. We were visiting from out of town and had bought several items for grandkids among other things. Once in the car we realized we had not been given a receipt. After going back inside the lady refused to help us calling us liars about her mistake on not giving us a receipt. It took calling her manager to fix the problem. We will never go to this store while this person is working again.

[OK] Lots of tubs taking up space in the floors. Not much room to move around. But we appreciate the trying. They didn’t expect all the people having to crowd in there until Walmart closed their Waldron store.

Stuff is everywhere. Can't get down the aisle some of the workers need to learn how to speak to people. Just rude and hateful

The aisles are too narrow to get a wheelchair through. They did not have battery cable ends so I could fix my van when it broke down in the parking lot.

I have to give the employees a lot of credit. Wal-Mart closed the store in this little town so your business has picked up considery. I can only hope that you understand the impact to your store and employees. They need a big old fashioned B-B-Q thrown for them. A nice Christmas bonus at least, but you don't abide by that. TOO BAD!!

Thankful to have a Dollar General. Just wish there was some way they could enlarge the building. Poor employees are working themselves to death trying to keep things restocked & check people out since the local Walmart closed.

Extremly clutterd, couldnt get just 1 buggy dwn most isles little long 2 buggys, & also most items werent even put up on shelves.

Horrible! Slow! Stuff all over the floors and falling off the shelves! Rude staff, when and if you could get them to help you.... They were yelling at each other in front of a store full of customers... Will not be shopping here again if at all possible.

They've remodeled and its a lot nicer now and seems like a lot more stuff to...staff pretty friendly and very helpful

I've only visited this Dollar General once, but it seemed fairly well organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Glad we have the dollar general, but I just wish it wasn't so cluttered, you can't get through some isle's because of all the stock sitting in boxes and containers, I mean "blocked totally ".

Just used the red box machine out in front of the store and it worked great , even had the movie I wanted.

Isles too narrow, carts boxes are always blocking shelves, and check out station is very inconvenient. But what choices do we have? Not enough parking spaces.

Had empty cardboard from freight on floor could be a safety hazard. When I worked for retail and working freight we put our cardboard in shopping cart as we worked freight, to keep it off the floor .

What is a really good place until our Walmart went out of business in our town and then the Dollar General jacked up the prices because they knew they didn't have any competition.

Love the dollar general store. But it need to be bigger. The staff at the Waldron, Arkansas store is the best.
