I am very saddened to walk in today and the store has changed for the worse. I understand that Buchheit has bought Orscheln. I would have given Buchheit a chance to keep my money local. All of the girls that were there are now gone. They were exceptionally at customer service. They always made me feel very welcome. At times, they would call me to tell that some ducks or chicks had come in. They were knowledgeable and brought customers coming back. The new ones I talked to today are rude, short, and I won’t be back. The manager is by far a cry to the sweet girls you let go. Keep the locals working, in return your business will strive. I will now make the long trip to Hirsch in missouri for the simple fact of prices and customer service. I miss the little girl Emily, she is a sweetheart. And the girl from Bay always helped me carry my stuff to the car. You should have made one of them a manger and kept them.

After a lengthy pause from shopping at your Trumann store, due to the lack of interest they had in customers. I returned to give it another chance, when I was told by my neighbor that there were new people working there, that are friendly and helpful. I found that to be the case on the 4th of this month, when I returned for the first time in along time. A younger girl tried to assist me, but called an older man over to assist, that I believe may have been the manager when she was unable to locate what I was looking for. I was very pleased that I was taken right to the aisle and that the man now helping me also discussed the different options I could choose from. With this change in customer service , I planned on coming back more often. I like shopping locally to help keep money in our community.I went to the store again the other day only to find out that this man is gone, and the lady told me he had only been a temporary manager. That he was filling in for the 5th manager that quit. When I asked for a specific item I was pointed in the direction instead of being shown where the item was. I was unable to find the item so I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. What is wrong with this picture? What happened to the man who helped me on the 4th? Why can’t you keep good help? Now the store is back to employees that don’t care about the customer. This does not speak well for your business. I will not be returning again and I will be sure to let everyone know the way I was treated.

(Update - My next experience was worse. They wouldn't exchange ratchet straps that already had damage upon opening them and I hadn't managed to even leave the parking lot before I tried to bring them back inside.) This was my first time in an Orscheln Farm and Home store so as a first impression, I unfortunately have only this experience to draw from and doubt I'll spend any more money with them. I like what the store has to offer but the customer service experience was truly enough to ruin my experience.

Great place for clothes, they have the best brands and better prices, a lot of USA made items, and all the farm and pet products you could ask for.They even have toys, candy, beef jerky ..and little chicks in the spring..I always find a lot more than I intend to here.

Helpful persons and plight to you and if you get there five minutes they will let you get there feed you need that is the jonesboro store.Now on the trumann store will tell you sorry we closed and then you have to drive all the way from there to jonesboro when you have drove from weiner ar to there store so I want go back there for anything.

Shopping at Orscheln's in Trumann is excellent! Store is clean and stocked and the staff is always close by for assistance. I will be going back, yall come check it out for yourself. I doubt you will be disappointed.

The store carries many products, and the people are friendly (the manager ehh, not so much. Prices seem a little high, but saves a trip to Jonesboro. Over all, average.

Little pricey but you pay for what you get the employees there are all kind-hearted I will help you get what you need as long as you're not you don't have an attitude with them and the employees will help you count your change if you have trouble counting your change and if you give them too much they will hand it back to you and say that is too much love the employees. The manager Orscheln in Trumann is a very good place to go shop highly recommended

The worst place to go. The manger Mark Fagan is very rude and hateful he needs to back up what he says will never go back rather go somewhere else to shop. Barbara the worker called him in and would not let me purchase a item that I was wanting. Never meet a person that works at orscheln that is that rude.

We actually had to report this store to the main office. The people that work here are absolutely horrendous. Went in for parts one day, about ten other shoppers there, close to closing time and at register , well had a line of people trying to check out and the orshlens people were all hiding in the Iles, they absolutely were doing this. Even the manager was off somewhere. They didn't want to do anymore work as it was an hour or so to closing. We customers had to get loud just to get someone to check us out. It was ridiculous. Well we now go to Lowe's in jonesboro. I'd rather pay for gas than put up with that kind on nonsense.

Terrible service today. Spent over two hours and still didn't get the product put together right after several attempts. Kept leaving. I left and went to Tractor supply and got the product even cheaper and quality service. ORCHLIEMS IN Trumann is terrible

Went to orschein and bought some tune up parts for my ford 8N tractor. And paint. They had everything I needed. Great store to shop at. Will shop there again.
