Exceptional customer service. I was greeted at the door and there was even an associate to help me find what I was looking for. It was a very refreshing experience. Today I needed a part to help repair the fuel system on a friend's tractor. The Springdale store was the ony place that had it in stock in the area. And they were nice enough to hold it for me until I arrived to purchase it.Thank you.

Tractor Supply has the worst website I have ever used it is always guaranteed to be slow and not able to find the items you want and then it will lie about current inventory or price. It makes me always want to go somewhere else and shop when i use it… its not the local store its the company fault they need to catch up with times…

I spend a lot of money at this location so when I had a battery return . (Wrong size) I Had a $180 dollar credit that was given in 10 dollar gift cards that where not given to me just placed on my account last time I went in I remembered them and used 2 Which left me with $160 . 4 days later l went back and my total was going to be about $260 and wouldn't you know it they said it must have expired . Tip to the wise make them give you a gift card in person. I've purchased zero turns mowers from this location but I guess they are hard up for cash.

They were so nice , informative and helpful ! I called before going and I tried keeping it short and simple to rush off the phone but whomever assisted me was not trying to rush me and did not mind looking for what I needed. Once I arrived to the store the cashier was so polite and informed me on how to use the instrument I bought correctly! I’ve never been to such a lovely tractor co! Keep up the great work!

Friendly service, items usually stocked well. But the cashier's don't know the inventory and like to over price the items your purchasing costing you more than expected. You as the customer should do what I usually do and use your cell phone to take a pic of the items price and upc tag. Then there's no mistaking the proper prices.

Visited this store January 24, 20 right before closing. Prices pretty high, best to price match to get a descent price. The cashier named Hunter wouldn't greet me or thank me for the purchase, wouldn't hardly speak, not a good representative for Tractor supply. Good products, barely recommend.

This store is a dangerous place to shop during a pandemic. Avoid it if at all possible. I would give it zero stars if I could. There was no curbside service all day yesterday because the TSC website was down all day. I saw no employees in the store wearing masks or gloves or practicing social distancing. The store did not seem all that clean and the messy aisles were not conducive to social distancing. The only employee who I saw wearing a mask was outside the store. Aside from her, the service was terrible. Rude. Dangerous.I had to go inside the store because no employee would come to the door to take my order, no employee would take an order over the phone, and the website was down all day. The order was simple - five bags of horse feed. I’ll buy it some place else next time and recommend you do the same.

Good place quailty items offered. My only issue is cashier is checking me out and a couple other female employees come to her interrupt my transaction to talk about dirty bathrooms. Evidently other customers putting sensors down the toilet. I understand but carry on that conversation without me I'm going home you're getting paid

I want to say thank you to Amy, who I believe is the manager. I came today during a busy time to pick up my online order and had to wait awhile. As I watched all of the people going into the store without masks on I was grateful for the curbside pick up service so I could stay in my truck. Amy brought my feed out and loaded it, apologizing for my wait. She must have been tired, but was unfailingly courteous. Thank you so much for your hard work during this challenging time. I appreciate you!

This place has went to hell. Ordered things online and when I went to pick them up no one would help and I had to return the next day. On that day I told the " managers" about it and they didn't even have a comment. The last 3 times I have been in there the girl at the register has been very unfriendly. Yesterday she even walked away from the checkout with me in line to go visit with a friend. Store needs and employee shake up

I like the one in Bentonville better, honestly. I feel that the layout is better, staff are more friendly and helpful, & there's a better selection as well... I still give it 4 stars because I love having a local Tractor Supply Company, and they have a lot of great products with most being very realistic, financially.

Great staff! They know you and are willing to help every visit I make there.Alice and Steve make you feel as if you are the most important customer theyhave.That kind of service makes you want to shop with that location. Home town feel.TSC is also an animal friendly store. Our puppy accompanies us on each visit.They are so kind when she get's a little excited and tinkles. They smile and say,'no problem, we will clean that up right away'.Having moved to the area within the past year we are blown away by suchsuperior service and willingness to service their patrons.

I pickup a gun safe, thanks to the asswhole manger Tyler's loading abilities. We get 2 miles down the road and it flew out of the truck and almost hit other cars. He left it standing straight up, after I ask for help laying it down. He say he can't becouse his disabled and walked away. He wouldn't wouldn't ask other staff to help. He would not work with us on a refund. He was rude and unprofession, I will never shop at Tractor Supply in Springdale Arkansas again.

I used to shop at Tractor Supply on a weekly basis when I had my horses I always bought migraine there they're always helpful and friendly. Yesterday I stopped by because I knew they had some rain boots on sale and that's just what I was looking for and I need some more mass so I don't get full of allergens when I'm mowing.

My daughter went to get propane for heating our RV it is 0 degrees outside and the manager had the nerve to tell her they didnt have anyone that could help her if your the mgr you should have taken care of it yourself I will never buy another thing from their com pool any again

They Advertise 2 gas cans for 30 but only have one....good gimmick because they won't sell you the one for $15 even though they say they don't have 2. Went to purchase 2. Don't plan on purchasing the one for 20.
