I am beyond sad and frustrated. Took my mini goldendoodle here for the second time. First time she did great for a maintenance cut with a very nice woman. Dropped her off today with a man who seemed in a bad mood. He told me she had mats. (Later found it was the owner Jim). Yes she had some but were manageable (trust me she's had worse!)I should have put her in the car and taken her home with me. He absolutely scalped my dog. She doesn't look like a doodle anymore. Uneven cut, all the fur off off her face. Her chest was shaved completely to the skin. He didn't take the time with her he just shaved her. Then he had the audacity to tell me that she needs more time at the groomers to feel comfortable. Give me a break, she's been groomed numerous times.If you're going to use this establishment make sure you know who's doing it. This man was horrible and plain didn't care. Makes me so upset at myself for leaving my precious dog there for the 5 + hours it took them. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!Here are before and after pics. Plus, I paid $76 for this mess.They had such good reviews but many are years old. Not sure what has happened to this place.

I love this place! The people are so nice! I can call for my dog to be boarded on short notice. The price is great, and they bathed and did a nail trim. Can even pick up early if I need to.

Been twice my dogs don't ever cry and try to get away from them. They are gentle people. My dogs leave nails clipped and not stressed. Love taking them there.

After 6 years I finally quit this business. They do a good grooming job. But they have the most maddening communications problem that it's just not worth it. They apparently have one phone line and use it for everything. If it's busy... and it's busy most of the time...you get a message telling you are being screened then it hangs up on you. For the past year and a half it's taken me a ridiculous amount of time to get through to even make an appointment. I told them nicely several times. They clearly didn't care. So I'm done. What a way to treat your customers!

Didn't use the groomers section, went straight for the fish. Adopted my 2 fish to Jason because my ammonia was toxic. Getting my perimeters right before we get Fancy Tailed Guppies. This man knows his stuff and knew answers to all my questions.

I had an appointment for a Tuesday because they were really busy. The Friday before we were out looking for places to go fishing. While we were at one place, my dog rolled in dead fish. He smelled worse than horrible! I called them and told them what had happened. Even though they were completely booked and it was already late in the afternoon, they told me to bring him in! Thanks to them I didn't have to put up with a stinky dog for 4 days.

I have left a review before but just had a new experience i have never had, my 11 yr old aussie hates to go to the groomer! this is my 3rd time at Dig my Dog, when I pulled in she started her excited bark and ran to the front door, with our labradoodle right behind her> They usually have to be drug to the door. You guys are doing something right. Thanks! These dogs are like my kids and taking them to a daycare that they would cry at you cant leave! Im so happy to find a great place, not only do the dogs like it but the groomers do a great job.

We've taken our dog there for 2-3 years and are always satisfied. Nice and capable folks. Before remodeling Jim used to have his remarkably friendly pack of Rhodesian Ridgebacks sleeping in a pile together behind the counter. One would always get up to greet me. Where did they go?

I LOVE Jim and his staff! They are wonderful with my 7 year old Pug as well as the 7 month old Chiwhawha. My dogs get baths, shaved, nails trimmed and ear check every month. Reasonable prices and superior customer service! Thanks DMD!!!

I take my Doberman there about once a month. Great staff and service. He can be a handful when it comes to his nails, but these people always get him proper. I get lots of compliments on how good his coat looks when I walk him

We have used DMD for several years now and are always very satisfied with the quality of service provided, whether it's boarding for a weekend or a full grooming. Jim the owner is genuinely passionate about his work and is always fair. They recently began offering aquariums, tropical fish, and related supplies.

Best local fish store in town, I love this place, and regularly drive from fayetteville to come here. All the staff have been super nice, and they seem to really care. Best prices on fancy shrimp by far, and their live plants are usually in great shape.

We have taken our dogs Sophie and Harley there for several years now and they are the best!! Harley has allergies to shampoos and perfumes and they they remember every time!! They do a great job!!

Affordable but not necessarily impressed. I left my Punkin there for 3 hours and when I picked her up. I still had to wait for them to go get her and rush and trim her nails. So I don't like the thought of my baby being there locked up for no reason.

Oh my goodness!! I took my dog, Zoey, there for her first professional grooming ever. I usually I just shave her down myself but I don't want to do that anymore. Anyways, I was scared because I knew she would be dcared. When I went and picked her up i couldn't believe my eyes!! She looked like a totally different dog. She is so cute. So thank you Dig My Dog for a GREAT first time experience! I will be coming back!!

I feel comfortable leaving my dog here - sometimes for an overnight stay and sometimes just for a bath. I appreciate how boarding fees are calculated by only how many nights your pet stays. Jim is a decent guy who likes pets, but he is more serious than jolly.

They are friendly, close to me, and very reasonably priced. Plus my puppy was soooo clean and smelled AWESOME when I picked up "NUGGETT" from there.I was happy as a little lark 😊

James and all the ladies at Dig My Dog are the best! Mason my 4-legged child gets so excited when I mention Dig My Dog and he can't wait to get in the door when we pull in the driveway. They do an excellent job of grooming and even though he is more than reluctant when I try to bathe him knowing that is what is going to happen he still can't wait to get in the door. They have been the best when occastions have come up that I have needed to board Mason and they releaved all my anxiety of leaving him. And he especially loves being in doggy day care a couple times a week and I would recommend Dig My Dog for any of your 4-legged child's needs. His cousin Bella will be joining My Dig My Dog Family tomorrow.

My dog Bella is very old. My wife works from home most of time but occasionally she goes out of town and Bella goes to Dig my Dog. She seems to like it there. As I said she is old but they tell me she plays with the other dogs. Seems crazy but she sleeps hard as soon as she gets home so I guess she got up to something. Anyway, I like the place.

Boarded my two dogs there for a week. They were very well taken care of. They got baths and love the place! All the dogs there seemed very happy and having fun together . I'll be bringing my dogs there every time. Very nice place.

Scout loves this place and the staff. When they get through with him, me struts his stuff for a week.
