We the people are fed up - there are a handful of workers and customers doing the work so the uppers can get rich. I know i will not damage Walmart by not shopping there but I want you to know you have lost one more, I will go to Harps from now on. Lines to the back and only 2 checkers is very unprofessional. I guess the employees working by the self-checkout are just getting paid for standing there and chit-chatting. I needed help figuring out how to use a gift card I received that was not showing up on Walmart Pay, all she did was tell me to use the CVV code for my personal card and left me so that she could go back to talking to her coworker. It must be nice getting paid for just talking!!

The place isn't bad or anything. Just not the greatest. It's a pretty easy to figure out setup too. But I can't say the staff is very friendly. I almost got run over by a employee who was too busy on her phone to pay attention to what was in front of her cart. At least one of us was paying attention. Other than that store isn't bad. Just not great.

The pharmacy is amazing. They had a line today that took a little after 7 to get done. Instead of just shutting the pharmacy down, they got everyone taken care of. They still were super friendly and quick. Definitely recommend.

Great place to eat. I tried the Carnivore the first time I visited, so I tried it again just to make sure the first time wasn't a fluke. They did not disappoint. Same great service, great atmosphere, and great food.

Absolutely appalled at their behavior at this location. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am following up with a discrimination suit. I don't recommend stopping here for anything. A manager and clerk discriminated against me here. Definitely won't go back ever!

The pharmacy is the worst ever. They do not understand what customer service is. They do not know how to answer the phone. They say it's because of being busy. When they send the text message saying your prescription is ready and you get up there and it is not ready. This has happen to me more than one time. I understand being busy when it don't look like they are busy, but no excuse to not answer the phone and at least say can you hold just to acknowledge the call would be appreciated. 0 customer service

Wife went to the one here Siloam springs to get stuff for dinner card declined (money on there put their an actual problem with her card) . She asked one of the workers to see if they can hold what she got till I got there but the lady put it all back and didn't tell anyone and on top of it she got made fun of by Workers and other people for not being able to get what we needed was just the cherry on top. Let's just say I am not pleased. If this happens again I will be going to talk to the highers up in person an talking to them about this.

I want to start off by saying, there are a lot of great workers here who help and do their best but there are also a lot of rude workers, who talk back to customers. I don’t come here much anymore because of my experience with a specific worker named Kimberly, I’ve seen her almost every time I go and she has walked right in front of me while I was looking through an isle, I asked for help from her once and she completely ignored me and walked off. She has talked rudely to me while she checked me out at a register once, and all I did was ask a question and she didn’t understand so she got mad at me. She’s extremely rude and loud. She’s even given me rude looks. I have bad anxiety so all this just ruins my experience of going to this Walmart because like I said, every time I go, she’s there and I always have a bad encounter with her.

Well had to go 3 times do to not enough handicap parking the nearest parking spot was towards mid parking lot area being in a wheelchair makes it a bit hard to hand push but i don't mind going several times

Today at 3PM, my wife attempted to check out with only one item at the self checkout. There were 3 workers standing at the station by the self checkout and my wife asked if she could get cash back at these checkouts. One of the workers when asked said she didn’t know, when asked again if anyone who could answer her question, the worker said “no” and walked off with another coworker leaving a single young girl there who refused to assist and just looked around at the ceiling. I then tried to call the store manager but when I selected to speak with a store employee through the menu system, I was hung up on three times. My next call is to Corporate in Bentonville…

I just moved here from Tulsa a few months ago and I'm blown away by the difference in the customer service here!!!ALL the employees seem happy to be at the store and and go above and beyond to help you!!! It's amazing the difference at this store compared to the store I always went to in Tulsa. I love it! Oh, and the store is super clean and well stocked.

Nice Walmart.. The cup of popcorn chicken at the Deli had been sitting in the warmer a good while according to writing on cup, and also tasted way over deep fried. What!!! No popcorn shrimp in cups at this store!! Ouch. But, Deli lady was really nice, nice store and checkout guy friendly. Store was nice, clean, and organized.

Everything was fine until we got to check outs. The cashier mixed my groceries with the person's in front of me. When I noticed what happened, she started pulling items out from the man's cart. She thought it was funny. I had specifically bought some items to make certain food dishes. Which were missing from my cart. I didn't find it funny.

The store was real clean! The isles were clear of clutter. I needed help reaching something and the were right there to help. The front in manager was very nice and welcoming and when I checked out the cashier was real friendly and helpful!!! I will most definitely shop there more often!!!!😊
