Ms. Patty in the pharmacy rocks!! I am moving to another state and had questions about my medications/refills before I go so I will not run out before finding new Drs. She was so patient and kind! My insurance wouldn't cover it all so she went above and beyond to find a coupon that brought my meds from $400 to $21 so that I could afford it and not have that to worry about. Thank you so much!

This location is a hit and miss on if your going to get someone rude in the pharmacy. The pharmacists Steve is great, and a couple of the girls are super sweet. However I’ve gotten others that are often seem more inconvenienced than anything else. I decided to change pharmacies.

I live 4 minutes from the Walgreens here in Siloam.At around 950pm my 15 month old son woke up and he had a fever.I immediately called the Walgreens and spoke with the male associate and told him I was on my way and that I had an emergency and if he could please wait to close that I would be there before 10. He told me verbatim, "We have a few customers in here, it should be no problem."I arrived at 10 o clock on the dot. There was a young woman cashier, and two customers at the counter, but the doors locked. I knocked on the glass and asked them to please open the door trying to explain that I just called about the emergency I was having, and that I had already spoke to someone. They all three just looked at me and the woman associate even smiled! The male associate who I spoke with walked by and saw me several times, completely ignoring me and continuing his close!I waited outside the door for almost 10 minutes until finally the male associate I spoke with on the phone came to the door and opened it and told me it was after ten and that he would not let me in! Despite having called and spoke to him directly, explaining my emergency and arriving at 10:00.Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I will never visit this store again and will pass along my experience to those who use it as well.

My husband and I were waiting in the drive-thru line for the pharmacy for almost 20 minutes. As soon as we pulled up to the window someone slapped up a sign saying they were closing for lunch for the next hour. They completely ignored us and closed the pharmacy while we sat there at the window. Extremely rude and unprofessional!!! There were three of us still in line and we wound up having to just drive away without our medicine. Walgreens needs to do better with their communication on closing for lunch. You don't just close in someone's face.

I have 3 prescriptions to pick up for my husband's at walgreens but, one of those prescription is only parcial filled so, I called to tell the pharmacy that I would be picking up my husband's prescriptions on Monday or whenever the parcial order can be completed and walgreens called and texted me this morning letting Mr know that his prescriptions haven't been picked up yet. I am fixing to delete walgreens texting because the pharmacy will harrase you until you pick up your prescriptions. On Sunday really

Chick in pharmacy was rude as hell. Was very Prude, tried to refuse to fill my grandmothers medicine despite having an early fill note from her doctor.

If I could give 0 or even negative stars I would. My mother-in-law called her prescription in to be refilled and it took a total of 2 days for them to fill it. We called 4 times and made 2 trips from Stilwell to pick it up. They continuously told us “they were very busy”. The first day they said it would be a couple of hours. Then was told the same day it would be done by 5pm. The next morning we called to see if it was ready, they said “No, we have been very busy. It will be done in a couple of hours.” Low and behold it wasn’t ready and again was told they were busy…………… I have worked at a pharmacy for 30+ years. I don’t care how busy a pharmacy is; it DOES NOT take TWO DAYS to fill a maintenance drug that already had refills. I don’t appreciate being lied to and don’t appreciate the fact my Mother-in-law had to go without her medication because they aren’t doing their job efficiently.

This Walgreens is great! I needed 2 photos in a huge hurry and even though they had a very cranky customer in front of me, the two ladies in the photo dept were beyond helpful and friendly. Thank you!
