Great selection of merchandise. The price on some items is higher than other stores, but some prices were better. I liked the friendliness of the employees. Gave a discount to this Army Veteran.

Nice, home town type hardware store. Convenient location in Sherwood. Personalized service upon entering store. Good selection of products for most home maintenance needs. Friendly staff will definitely assist with your shopping. We need more businesses like this.

I did not go here but my husband did a few days ago. He did not have a good experience and says he'll never return again. He said from the moment he walked in the door, the manager immediately gave him a funny look all because she saw him holding an item that he was there to return. Well for some reason she didn't want to give him the refund and even tried to convince him to keep the product. No one should ever do that. We as customers always have the right to decide not to keep products if we aren't happy with them, we should not get talked out of a refund. Anyways, she eventually did give the refund but she was very rude to him from the start. Also he said he asked a young employee a question and he wasn't able to answer it. All workers at all businesses need to be trained and knowledgeable enough to help customers & to be able to answer their questions. Do yourself a favor and don't give this store any business or don't waste your money here, spend it ace hardware instead!

Best place in Sherwood to get ANYTHING you need for your home! Call ahead if it is somewhat uncommon, they can move things from their other locations to this one on request. Wood is limited supply at this location so if you need a 2x4 you may want to call ahead. SUPER awesome staff and management!

This was the first time I have been in this store and was very impressed with it. They have a little bit of everything and prices were reasonable. I was asked by 3 different friendly employees if I needed any help and they had what I was looking for. I will be coming back. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it was the first time I have been there.

Walked in to get a few supplies. I asked about some things and was told to look over in this area. Well I have not been in the store before and did not know where to look so left and went down the street were I knew someone would help me as soon as I walk in. I just wish they would have gotten off the phone to help instead of staying at the counter.
