After our car broke down on the highway, he gave us a quick tow and even offered to let us drop our luggage off at a hotel before taking us to the mechanic, which we did. Excellent place! I was passing thru, and my truck broke down. They were able to tow my truck to the shop and even dropped me off at the hotel while I waited for them to fix it. Super nice and friendly. Many thanks to the whole crew!

We love the people at Prescott Automotive!! Our truck broke down and we got an immediate tow to their shop. The guys there were diligent and honest. When they told us it was not going to be a quick fix, they allowed us to leave it there and wait for the wrecker to schedule us. Such great and honest people!! We are from out of town and will come back to Prescott Automotive for service! Keep up the great work!! Ya’ll are wonderful!!

The customer service rep here is so rude and disrespectful, complete air head. They have had my vehicle for awhile now and cannot give me an answer as to anything that is going on with it. I understand that most shops are backlogged and a quick turnaround isn't feasible. But you would think that a courtesy call would be the norm. It's been a complete run a round.

The mechanics were nice. They fixed my van at the tune of 2400.00, and then I was charged an extra 4 % for using my card and not paying cash. After I was charged 500 plus for a tow . Without being told, that was what it cost for it. My bad on my part ,I was towed twice in two days on this trip. The tow before ran me 75.00. So yeah, I was flabbergasted when he told me . There wasn't much I could do. And I just had to pay. But if you break down, I Arkansas better have roadside. Cause it will bleed you. Having said that,they were extremely nice, found and fixed the problem on the first go. Knowing I was out of state didn't charge me the storage fee .so I definitely recommend their work integrity. Just pass on their towing if you can.

Over priced, owner is very disrespectful. Had words with me in front of other customers over a starter and flywheel that he said cost $2200and that's without labor to have fixed. I do not recommend.

Mr. Lee and his staff at Prescott Automotive are as good as it gets. Down home service with the casual side to ease your mind and the professionalism to get the job done and done right. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time elsewhere. Give Prescott Automotive a try and you won’t have to worry with trying anywhere else.

Man where do I start!! From Texas on a bike had a flat. Cameron went above and beyond and even helped us figure out a plan. There are not enough words. He dropped us off at a hotel with our bike. Really the Gratitude my husband and I have for him goes without out words because there is not enough. Thank you so much Cameron.

Absolutely the worst customer service after scheduling my tow pick up they arrived one hour ahead and wanted me to pay a storage fee if the place of business wasn’t open to receive my vehicle. When I explained I followed all protocols for certain time they told me I was holding up their phone lines and hung up. After calling back i ask to speak with a manager/owners contact information they ignored my request and falsified a second pickup told me but never informed the driver intentionally wasted 2 hours of my time because I wanted to speak with their supervisor. After my insurance company called they finally sent a rescue total of 3 hours later. I spoke with those same customer service reps to inform them that I’ll be calling the following day they took matters into their own hands and block my phone number to avoid responsibility of their own actions.

The tow truck driver (Jim) came to help us with a tire change. He arrived quickly and was very friendly.He directed us to a place where we could have out flat tire repaired. It was later in the evening and on the weekend, so it was nice to have it repaired. We were on vacation and were able to reach our destination in time.Highly recommend to use them if in need.Service: Tire change

I broke down late at night on a weekend. They came and got my Tahoe and trailer, gave me recommendations for food and lodging and got me in the service bay first thing upon opening. Broke down 500 miles from destination at 4am with 6 small kids in the van. Jace was out with a tow truck in less than 15 minutes and shuttled us to a hotel in multiple trips, making sure we were safe and warm before loading up our vehicle. Robert diagnosed and repaired our van quickly and efficiently - we were back on the road by early afternoon. They were kind, courteous, and most importantly didn't charge me an arm and a leg! If you're local, or an unlucky traveler like me, these are your guys. My car failed as I was driving around 1am. Everything started shutting down. From the radio to the headlights and dash. I called AAA and my car ended up getting towed here.I waited at a hotel until morning and gave a call when they were open. They took a look and told me the battery was bad and changed it out. I paid and everything seemed OK. It lasted about 6 hours and my battery light came on again. I took it to a different place and the alternator tested bad.Overall 4/5 because the staff were so friendly

My car was totalled in an accident and Prescott Automotive arrived just minutes after being called. They were efficient and friendly and towed my car to their shop all while I was on the phone to my insurance company. They stayed after hours to get me taken care of and they even drove me 30 miles back to my home. I appreciate their above and beyond professionalism. Jim and his boss took real good care of us. I didn’t know where I was on the highway, but they got this cool thing that pings your phone and they come right to you within like 10 minutes.Jim then later drove us back to Memphis which was a 4 hour or 240 miles trip tow. Prescott Automotive was wonderful. We worked with Robert and he went above and beyond! We took our car in to be seen regarding our air conditioner. They were told about an electrical issue we had with our blinker and they fixed it. As they were working on our air they found something else wrong and they told us, rather than just fixing it without seeing if that was okay. Prescott Automotive came to our rescue!I don't want to bore anyone with the long story so I'll just give a short version. As we, four adults and two dogs, were traveling from Texas through Arkansas on the way to Ohio we experienced a flat tire. We contacted roadside assistance and Prescott Automotive responded. We soon discovered that in addition to the flat tire, the passenger side rear tire was also dangerous to drive on. So Jace let us all pile into his flatbed tow truck and hauled us to Prescott Automotive. As we sat stranded outside in 108 degree heat for over 8 hours, we not only experienced the incompetence of an unnamed car rental company but we also experienced the courtesy, friendliness, generosity and kind-heartedness of the owners and employees Prescott Automotive. All I can say is if they take care of cars the way they take care of people, this should be your first and only choice for automotive services. I have no doubt that they'll take care of your vehicle. Thanks Lee, Robert, Jace, Tommy and our hero who delivered our replacement vehicle to us all the way to and from Shreveport. We broke down right by this place in Prescott on our way back to Virginia. They completely overcharged us for a 15 minute job- spark plugs and ignition coils. This should cost a couple of hundred bucks at most and they had the audacity to charge us $450. Then when we questioned the price calmly the mechanic blew up and shouted at us to leave the property and that we were trespassing, without showing a receipt for the parts which are less than 100 bucks. Even a guy in a local store said that these guys are frauds when we were stuck in Prescott for hours afterwards. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, no matter how small the job!Service: General repairs & maintenance
