Hate Walmart I only go here when I have too. I am bias, and I know it. I hate to use the kiosks. The customer service is generally bad, especially around the holidays. The prices never went down even after the kiosk went in.

A pretty standard Walmart experience. There are plenty of self-checkout options, which is nice. A handful of cashiers if you want someone to check-out your groceries for you. It's always pretty busy during the day. If you want to avoid the crowds, try going the last 3 hours before they close.

Worst bosses no one follows policy at all they try to fire you and most managers will assault you when given the chance. This whole building management team needs to be removed and put back new better trained people to replace them all.

We pulled into the parking lot to spend money and spend the night, which you used to be able to do when traveling. We were met by a security guy telling us that we can't stay here for the eclipse. This is after we spent $250 at Walmart. That wasn't the worst of it. Before night fall, the drug dealers started to park in the area we were parked. NO SECURITY PERSON TO BE SEEN!! But WE, who spent money at Walmart, were told to leave!! We left for our own safety.

Too many secret shoppers standing and staring at honest people. So many of these secret shoppers that they could eliminate self checkout by helping people check out instead of standing around staring while people struggle to make the self checkout act right. They harass customers at this store and make it a VERY UNCOMFORTABLE shopping environment.The short Spanish girl with curly hair snitched her way to the top and apparently she can’t tell a thief from an honest person because I’ve never stole anything but her and her click always following me.ALDI FROM NOW ON! FWM!

It's really a hit or miss, honestly... There are some helpful associates, especially in housewares, but then there are the Walmart employees who do the shopping for others. Mostly, everyone who works for that department is rude. They are always in a hurry, crowd you, nearly run you over with their cart, and look bothered.

I like that the isles are wide and the store seems to always be clean. Although I don’t visit walmart often. Because it’s always busy. I do have my car serviced at this location and they are always fairly quick.

Kind of disappointing this Walmart is not allowing campers for the eclipse. Seems like the perfect opportunity to encourage customers and have an exciting time viewing cosmic events.

I feel weird reviewing a Walmart but this is probably the nicest one I've ever been to. We were traveling and needed a few items and stopped in. First thing I noticed aside from it being clean and in good condition is that there were at least 10 registers with cashiers open. I stopped counting at 10. I have gotten so used to my local stores having 1 cashier at the express/cigarette lane and all the rest being self-checkout that this really floored me. Does it sound ridiculous to be impressed by having cashiers and plenty of employees to help customers? Yes. But it's a sad customer service situation in most retail stores anymore. And all those employees are probably the reason the aisles were clear, shelves were stocked and everything, including the bathrooms, were super clean. I was so charmed by a Walmart that I made a point to stop on my return trip across country. A big thank you to the associates at the Russellville Walmart for reminding me of how shopping used to be.

I'm a vendor that frequently delivers to various Walmarts. This particular one is better than most others. Every time I show up, the guys in the auto department come over right away to help unload. No other Walmart does this every single time.

For as long as I’ve lived in russellville I would give it five stars except they keep changing everything around, and most of the registers are always closed excluding self checkout.

Great Great experience at this Walmart! I absolutely loved it! This is the spot you visit if you live in a small town and do not know anybody! You'll run into everybody there I think! Met over 300 people there in the parking lot and I don't even know their names. They do not know mine either though so I reckon that's OK. The bakery had some goods going out of style so the discount was nice!

I recently visited the Walmart Supercenter and overall it was a giant store with a lot to offer. However, I found that their grocery section was lacking in some special items that I was looking for. Additionally, the store was clean and well-organized.

Walmart here is a big store and yet when I lost my wallet in their store the employees went out of their way to keep an eye out looking for it and they found it. Honestly everyone was so kind, friendly and honest towards me I just want to say Thank You All!

I would avoid like the plague everyone that works in there is hateful I have seen employees and managers laughing at customers multiple times and you are lucky if you don’t get run over by one driving the blue shopping carts let alone how they treat everyone like a criminal when you are checking yourself out doing THEIR job.
