As you enter the store the lack of cleanliness, along with out-dated fixtures, showcased on bare concrete floors sets the bar for your shopping experience.The more experienced employees are delightful. But they can't make up for bruised, and frequently rotting produce I have come to except as normal since 2021.As a Serve Safe manager I find the lack of basic food handling protocols disheartening.Memorial Day 2024 featured fresh grilled pork ribs on an open grill. None of the unopened products were held at or below 40° while waiting to be grilled. They sat stacked in a store cart in 93° temps. The preheated ribs were not checked for appropriate temperature before they were packaged, and were not held at the required 160° !Our community deserves fresh quality food we can count on!

Someone set up a fake account in my name, Kroger isn't helpful whatsoever. No help to remove it, no response. Can't get ahold of them on the phone and in the live chat they just end the conversation. You pretty much suck Kroger.

This store is small but is packed with lots of things to choose from. The employees was very helpful and the store was very clean. Plenty of Parking and easy location to find, and it very handy to have a gas station in the same parking lot as the store

Nice store. Clean, pleasant. A little high priced compared to other local grocery stores. But nice location. Great produce section.Trying to get service at the deli is challenging. And then when you do get service the workers are rude or it’s very apparent that they do not like working there.Overall it’s a good grocery store.

How I wish Publix was here in Russellville, AR. No matter what Publix I ever visited I always received excellent friendly customer service. This Kroger location needs to hire more employee's who actually know that customer service is critical to their success. The customer service desk has a sign 'closed, sorry!". You can't make this stuff up!

While I was checking out with Caroline today, I decided I didn't want frozen fish that was in my basket. Caroline told the bagger (who is handicapped) to put the fish back in the ice. The bagger didn't understand what she meant and she rolls her eyes and says "ugh, like it's not rocket science." It was absolutely disgusting! I hope people treat you better than you treat people Caroline!

Kroger has everything that Walmart doesn't. This facility has the pharmacy in it's own building on the same property as well as the accompanying fuel island. The bathroom is always clean and everything is well stocked. The deli has Sushi. All departments are well represented.

I have to thank the employees, especially Anthony, for checking to see if they have certain products in stock that I can't get in Fort Smith. Their time is greatly appreciated as is their friendliness and professionalism. The prices are fair for the quality of their products, especially their meats. I haven't been shopping at Kroger for long but there are three things I appreciate in particular. 1. I think they have a better Deli than the other Neighborhood Grocery Store. The rotisserie chicken is juicier and not overcooked and dry. And in my opinion they have some of the best fried chicken in town. 2. Kroger has a membership that gives customers extra savings as well as points toward savings on gas. 3. The shelves always seem to be well stocked. I can often find what I'm looking for rather than having to settle for what they have. The only concern I have is the aisles are really tight, so you may have to do some maneuvering to avoid running into other customers.

Very cluttered. Not enough workers to check me out. Very slow service. It used to be a great store before the remodel. The isles are so tight together that it's uncomfortable to pass someone. All in all worst kroger I've been to in quite a while.

Kroger has very friendly and helpful employees. The meat department is spectacular as is the produce. They are adding some great new items in the organic department. And the digital coupons help. Motto mention 2x fuel points.Thank you for being a part of the community.

Best color is our favorite. Of course we shop here almost every day. They're healthy food section is very wide and diverse. The good belly drinks favorite. They always have short lines ad good food.

The selection is the best in town. However, this is probably the busiest place to go grocery shopping and the most expensive. You have to have a membership card to get discounted prices, and most sales require you to buy a certain number of items. If I'm only needing a box of cereal, I don't want to have to buy 5 different items to get a good price.

I love kroger! great selection, the produce is always fresh, and they have a great organic selection, which I really appreciate. the staff is almost always super friendly. I have only had issues with a staff member being rude twice and I have been shopping there every week for years. so I don't even really count those. the prices are great and you can always find great sales. plus they never have the crowds that walmart has.

I love this store, it's workers are very kind to you. Their always quick to help, their customers however are the ones you gotta watch out for. Especially the ones that snubs little kids with their shopping carts... see a kid come and walks pass, at least stop. Nope!!!! this lady just stood there and didn't say a word to my son and literally pushes through my son's back. She pissed me right of!!!! I thank her for asking my son to excuse himself and my son is a 7 year old kid who does what he wants whether I ask 4 times before he stops for anyone. But yes. I love Kroger !!!!!

Update 10/2020: The store is a mess. Isles moved to where it's nearly impossible for 2 ppl to pass one another. Can't find anything. Let's hope the isles don't stay like that. I'll be shopping elsewhere until this is resolved.2017: Freshest produce around. Great selection of organic and gluten-free items.

I love Kroger because they have good sales and can save even more with their digital coupons. I love saving money on fuel with fuel points. I don't care for some of their staff but I'm happy with the money I can save shopping here
