We came on a weekend right during the lunch hour rush. We were seated right away, and our drinks were to us within minutes. The server we had was very attentive, but because we had come during the lunch hour rush it was packed and busy! It did take a little bit for our food to come, but the food was delicious when we received it. This was all due to how busy it was, you could tell they were working really hard. We had a party of four, and we were in and out within a little over an hour. Everything we got was very good, and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend this place, and would like to go back again if ever in the area.Parking: Big lot right next to the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: A variety of kid friendly foods, including french fries and mac and cheese.

Liked the food and atmosphere. Arrived after lunch,about 1:30, and only had about 4 customers. Service was a little slow but polite.Parking: We had plenty of parking. We have been by several times at peak times and parking lot full.Wheelchair accessibility: Level surface from parking lot to inside building.

Pattys NEVER fails to make sure my staff at the Royal DG are well taken care of, and the food is excellent! The entire team works so hard every single day to meet the demands, and like with most places... when the owner/manager goes down (GET WELL SOON PATTY), everyone struggles to keep things afloat! Yall keep your heads up, and keep giving AMAZING customer service and food to this little community! We love having a local small town restaurant!

Horrible service, was told to find a seat to 10 min to get menu. Food was horrible, grill cheese was burnt, chicken strips were greasy and fries were undercooked. So the dinner for the fish that was supposed to be battered, was breaded. It was catfish was not disclosed on the menu. No tartar sauce came with it or was offered. Nobody came and checked on us, and when we mentioned these things at the register it was just oh you should’ve said something but nobody ever came back and checked on us, so how are we supposed to say anything, do not recommend would not go back

Great stop for breakfast!!!!Very tasty biscuits - just right!The sausage gravy was good as well.... Good consistency, not too greasy or salty (as we often find!)Hash browns were cooked just about perfectly - outstanding!Very friendly & welcoming staff!Prices pretty reasonable.Very pleasant, clean & bright restaurant!(The only downside was the coffee - weak, weak, weak)Great Place - will go back and recommend it to you !!!!!

Wow!! Patty's is on point y'all!! We each got the chicken fried steak, with two eggs, hash browns, and a biscuit. Only 8.99$ each!! Breakfast was so amazing! I also got a pancake and it was the best I've ever had!! Super fluffy and buttery soft and I want more!!And spot on the map I don't want to forget!!Can't wait to try the fried pork chops next 😋😋Oh yes and a coffee was on point!!

First time visit. Had heard good things about the food and service. Ordered some cheeseburgers and fries, along with some chicken strips and two pieces of pie. All were delicious. The decor is very interesting with lots of different things on the walls to look at, particularly old 78 lp album covers, some of which I once had and made me wish i still did. Service was top notch and friendly. It's my understanding that they are in the process of getting a new building ready to move into a little further down 270, can't wait to check out the new place.

Patty's is great. It's got a lot of that old down-home comfort, with the eclectic twist of the diner style, complete with album art and surf memorabilia. But as fun as that is, it pales in comparison to the food, which is outstanding. They have a little something for everyone, and it's all good. I swear I could live off of their fried fish. Prices, even in this economy, are reasonable, and it's nice to support local business, too.Beyond all that, though, is their service. They make you feel like you're family. Doesn't matter how many times you've been there, or if you're a first-timer, they treat you like a lifer. And if you know good food, you will be!

We were very pleased to finally visit this restaurant on the highway between Hot Springs and Mount Ida. It far exceeded any expectations we might have had, with five-star service, a wonderful rock-and-roll motif atmosphere, absolutely delicious food cooked just right and prices that are so low they're hard to believe in this day and age. What more need I say. Go. You'll be glad you did.
