I had an emergency cat situation. They had no problem squeezing us in and taking away all our worries. Everyone was very helpful, understanding, and extremely courteous. They took great care of our "Pitty Gurl" 10yr old Russian Blue cat. Thanks Prairie Creek Veterinary clinic.

Fajita went for her first puppy shots! Our experience was fantastic! I was checked in quickly, no wait time, and the Doctor came in and was amazing!! Glad we decided to switch here! We will be beck with our 6 cats and other dog Tortilla!

Five stars on my least favorite place to visit. Lovely staff, and they always have.. answers for me, tho it never seems to be anything good. Reasonable prices, and one of the few places that doesn't insist on giving a reversal after putting a dog under. Really considerate of my dogs comfort, letting me take him home after his neuter was done even tho they originally wanted to keep him overnight. He was just so stressed and uncomfortable. They are now my regular vet, and will be seeing my puppy after taking such good care of my elderly boy. Do reccommend

Great vet, they were super sweet to my dog and were not pushy with him. My dog was very comftorable here even while receiving shots. Price is also very reasonable and they answered any concerns I had about seasonal allergies, his weight etc.

Ran in with no warning due to my dog getting a fish hook in his paw down by the lake. It was like watching a trauma team spring into action. Picked him up later that afternoon, happy as could be. Excellent service.

Such a great staff! We boarded our two chihuahua mixes a few weeks ago. They hadn’t been boarded in ten years and did great. The veterinarian and staff have been so patient with them and updated us on how they were doing while we were on vacation. We’ll definitely be using them again.

We’ve used this vet for all our pets for at least 6 years, so I’m pretty annoyed that my babies have to wait until Sept. 8 just to get a prescription for better flea meds. I even told the receptionist that they are being eaten up by fleas, and that the Frontline and Sentry aren’t doing anything to help. Her response: ok, let me see the earliest we can get them in here. Obviously she didn’t care about my pets at all.

We've been taking our pets here for 10+ years. The veterinarians are VERY knowledgeable and explain things to you in terms you'll understand. They give you options, and tell you the result of each. They try to help save you (the customer) money, but if you insist on certain tests, images ect. they will. (As long as it wont hurt the animal).The rest of the staff is just as wonderful! Very compassionate group of people! We absolutely LOVE everyone at that office!

Great place to take your fur babies!!! My granddaughters pitbull mix got bit by something ,they were so great with piglet and his momma! Love everyone there I take my very special fur baby there. They are just so gentle and listen to you. Price is very reasonable !

We have tried several other places in Northwest Arkansas. They are by far the best overall. They have the best care, they love your pet as their own, they check your pet as if your dog or cat is there for a vet visit, and they have great prices. My dogs are always so happy when we pick them up they seem like they don't even want to come home. I highly recommend the people at Prairie Creek.

Sometimes I just call to ask a question and they always make sure I get the best information to decide how to proceed!! They could be any greater in my mind!!! Wonderful care for our darling Maddy by great people! She has been spayed, had hernia surgery, boarded and had her shots here and never shys away from heading through their door. It's saying something when your puppy is happy going to the vet. Prices aren't bad either!

The female Dr., who is part owner, laughed at me when I ask for x-rays after an initial diagnosis of an abscessed tooth and said, "what are you looking for a tumor? hahaha". My response was, "yes, actually." Well after following their lead, they were dead wrong and the male Dr. had to call and tell me that they're actually was a tumor and my dog was going to die. When I picked up my dog I confronted the lady and she denied herinappropriate candor. I later sent an email explaining the heartburn and would you guess that I got zero response?? Upon calling today I was told that the email was forwarded to Kevin (male Dr.) which is what I thought the owner and was later informed that the female was actually part owner as well. Not saying these guys are bad people but definitely get a second opinion if it's anything major.

They are very loving and caring people. They don't only treat their patients with love and kindness but they are very comforting to the parents of the fur babies. They do not do unnecessary test to run up large bills. God definitely chose them to take care of animals. I reccomend them. I am grateful for them.

Great staff and veterinary care. Their "bedside manner" is excellent, and they do their best to care for our dogs without stressing them. My 10 week old pup didn't even realize she had her shot because Dr. Kevin distracted her with treats. She thinks he's FAB-U-LOUS!!

I have always been happy with the service in the past but this last time their diagnosis couldn't have been father from reality. He didn't ask me any questions before making a diagnosis which was wrong. He diagnosed her doggy Flu as growing cancerous masses with little time left. A week later she was back to normal after a round of antibiotics.

This place is such a great spot to take your pets. My wife has been using them for years for our pets and we will continue to use them as long as we have fur babies. Ceci always knows who we are just from the names of our pups and takes care of them like they were her own. Plus Dr. Meenen has been in the area for years, comes from a family of vets, and also has the best, for lack of a better word, bedside manner. If you're looking for a vet that treats all their patients like a part of the family head on out to Prairie Creek and pay them a visit!

We've been bringing our pets here since we moved to prairie Creek and we've been very happy with them. I was pleased they'd added a groomer and he does a great job. The vets are wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly and the staff is very caring.

We thought that we were going to have to put our Chihuahua down, she was having female issues from not being spayed, the vet (Dr Kevin Meenen) said there's a chance that she could make it if she had surgery, but risky because of her age (almost 14) he did the surgery and Nacho is doing so much better!
