We have been going here for over 20 years for grooming and daycare for our previous babies that pasted over the rainbow bridge and now we take our new baby there. We love everyone there. All the staff are very sweet and take good care of past and present fur babies. ♥️🐾♥️🐾♥️

My husband and I have used New Hope Boarding and Grooming for over 16 years. Our Golden Retriever LOVED (deceased) and now our Standard Golden Doodle LOVES to go to Doggy Daycare. There is no doubt our dogs approved of their time - they are happy to go and happy to come home. The staff at New Hope Boarding & Grooming are like our extended family! I highly recommend them. They love dogs❣️ We also have our Golden Doodle groomed there every 5 weeks. When you are specific about what you want or share a picture, they are very good to give the desired cut.

New review ***Took my dog a 34lb golden doodle here to get groomed and was very disappointed in the entire experience. Used to speak highly of this place.They consider my 34lb dog a "Large dog" which is 75 bucks to get groomed. When you Google definition of large dog it says 50lb+. I had to wait 2 months for my grooming date due to them being busy. I was told my dog was matted "really bad" which is definitely not the case. I would say she had super small Mats on her belly which could be brushed out. 4 or 5 tops. The size of a pinky nail. I could have cut them out if I knew they would charge me for it. We brush her almost daily at home. Ended up being 104 dollars out the door and all they did was shave all the hair off my dog down to her scalp! There isn't even any hair left on her! I could have done that myself. Lol. What did I even pay for? I should change careers and become a dog groomer if I can charge 100 bucks to scalp a dog.My father has been a customer there for 25 years and after he and I talked we have the same issues. Not sure what has changed in their processes but I can find someone else for way cheaper to shave my doodle bald or do it myself. Because honestly, if you are shaving an entire dog same length it seems pretty easy.Before and after photos of my dog. Photo with hair was about 4 days ago. No mats. She's 2 years old and they made her look like an ugly old lady.Old review before todays experience***brought my dog Xena here to get her first hair cut. they took such good care of her and it came out amazing! everyone I have dealt with there is super friendly. I am going to be a customer for life here. They even called a couple days later to follow up and make sure I was satisfied. Great job everyone.

Wow! This place knows how to give our Coco a beautiful groom and bath. I've given Coco her bath before but New Hope Boarding & Grooming takes it to another level. Our Coco hair is so fluffy and gorgeous. This is her second visit and we're blown away from the service they give. I'm glad to hear they treated her well and family. When we told them she hasn't been spayed yet they made sure she was kept under watch with other dogs. We highly recommend this place.

Our puppy had his first week-long stay at "puppy camp" last week, and we can't say enough kind things about the New Hope Boarding staff. He tends to be pretty anxious with new environments, but the staff was beyond patient with him. They even introduced him to doggie daycare so he could make some new friends! They said he was a very good boy and warmed up eventually, which means the world to us. He is very excited to come back to doggie daycare again soon! A huge thank you to all the NH staff for taking care of our little guy.

I have a dog that is hard to give a haircut because her hair grown in different directions. I have not had any luck finding a person I trust with this. I just had her done at New Hope Boarding & Grooming and they did an excellent job. She looks better than she has looked in years.

I have been taking my dog to New Hope Boarding and Grooming for the past 2.5 years and I will never switch to another groomer. I have taken my dog to other groomers where she would develop rashes and had trouble regrowing her fur. I have never experienced any problems here at all. My dog receives such great care and always looks so clean after her groom. The workers are very nice.as well. I love the cute bandanas they add to your pet after their groom. 10/10 recommended.

Extremely happy with their boarding set up! They are sensitive to your desires for the care of your pet. We have boarded our little pup there several times and have no problems trusting them to care for her as we would.We have also had her groomed there and always happy with her haircuts!

I have been looking for a great grooming service for my puppies. I’ve been hearing about this place from friends and family that are current clients. However, I called today about possibly making an appointment. The lady on the phone was super rude and said they were not taking any new clients because they were super booked till September. I asked if I could be booked after September and she just said no rudely, very bad experience over the phone, which is such a disappointment because I really wanted to enjoy the same experience my friends and family are having at this great place.

The staff is extremely top notch. They provided services for our dog bout every 6 weeks for seven years. We had special instructions on trimming his stomach area and our desires were taken care of all but once. The one time was due to his regular groomer being out of the office for awhile and another groomer had to step in. When I advised them about the mistake the staff provided special "no itch" ointment to help resolve the issue. Our dog was really taken care of, not only getting well groomed but we felt he was truly loved by the staff. Unfortunately we lost our dog to a medical condition and when I alerted the staff to cancel his appointment, they provided condolences and truly let us know how much they appreciated him. When the time comes, and we get a new addition to our family he/she will definitely be taken care of by this wonder staff. If you are looking for more than just a groomer, this is the place to be. The price is lower than the big chain groomers, but most of all the love and care that they provide is priceless.

I take my ragdoll cat here for grooming. They’ve done a cut and bath on him. They do an amazing job. The facilities are super clean, staff is friendly and I don’t feel apprehensive about leaving him for his grooming appt.

We have boarded our dogs here dozens of times at this point and each experience has been amazing. The staff is attentive and extremely helpful.For example, one of my dogs broke a nail right before he needed to be boarded. When I let them know we may be late to the drop off to take him to the vet, they offered to doctor his nail when he came in. Which was probably for the best because my dogs LOVE the staff here. They are always so excited to visit.Overall, boarding our dogs here comfortably puts our minds at ease.

We rarely board our pets, but I am so happy to have found this place. Our babies are clearly happy upon our return, not to mention nice and clean from their complimentary bath! Also, I just called to get an email to send their shot records over and was informed that they've already called our vet. Seriously awesome service!

I’ve been taking my very anxious 6lb fox terrier/poodle mix there for about 5 years now for grooming and Leslie always does an awesome job with her!! The ladies at the front are always very nice and professional, not to mention you can tell they all truly love dogs!! If you’re looking for a groomer, look no further, they are the best!!

Our dogs are older and now need some special attention and the staff are receptive in giving this care. Our dogs come to New Hope for daycare, grooming and boarding. I have an 8mo old labradoodle, and I love the way we were treated here. I like their continued COVID response (the last groomer I went to just stopped taking precautions) as they come out to get your pup. They also have a pup outdoor area that you can see. I saw my pup as I was driving in to get her! She smelled so good and felt so soft, I bought the shampoo they used. They didn't use those rubber band bows that get tangled in her hair either. I swear those are not worth the hassle for the person or the pup. My favorite part was the callback. I was pleasantly surprised when they called for feedback on the cut and I was able to make another appointment. Pup happy, mom happy, I think we've found our place!
