These ladies are awesome. I trust them completely with my dog Dakota. He is blind and they are so compassionate with him. They do a wonderful job of grooming him. I wouldn’t take him anywhere else!

Way of contact is via text message with owner, Taylor. Application process was short and sweet when we arrived. I brought my oldest cat, Belle, who was in/out in thirty mins or so. She got a nail trim, wash, comb and dry. Matting was removed and kitty looks great!

Worth Every Penny. I've taken my dog to Bow Wow for 6 years and recently I decided to go somewhere cheaper. What did I get? Something terribly cheap. For a bit more money, you truly get the most professional grooming for your pet. I won't be going back to the cheap place because I prefer my little buddy looks awesome!

Taylor and the staff are so amazing with my little pooches, especially my pug mix Sebastian who is a hairy monster and needs a full groom. Staff will talk with you about what exactly you want for your pet, they are amazing at communication.

*** NEW OWNER IS INCREDIBLE**** This will be the ONLY place I will bring my pup. I have a 15yrs old who completely deaf. He is very skittish and afraid at this age. Taylor was incredibly patient and kind with him. She put us both at ease right form the start. I was very hesitant to bring him here at first after reading some of some of the past reviews. When I found out the place had changed ownership I thought I would give it a try. EXTREMELY HAPPY I DID!!!!! I cannot stress enough the importance of having a groomer that i can trust to be compassionate with my pup at all times. After trying several different places I FINALLY found the right groomer and place for us.

Thanks for grooming Peanut and Pricilla for us. They are always so soft and fresh after our visits.Bandana is a nice touch.I know our dogos get nervous when I drop them off, but you all always take care of them. They seem happy when we leave 😂We will be back.

Not impressed!! Paid $59.40 for grooming for my 7 year old Shih-Tzu. Missed spots during haircut and she's had the shakes ever since (24 hrs+). The place was convenient, they got me an appointment and got her in fairly quickly, and only took about 4 1/2 hours to get her done. However, she cried all night afterwards (very unusual), so I'm suspicious they weren't overly friendly with her. I could be wrong, but I'm not willing to use them again.

Today was my first time using Bow Wow and their grooming services and I am very impressed! I dropped my dog off on time and they managed to get him done in under two hours. They called me when they were done and it was perfect timing! :) He was clean, smelled good, and looked great! The staff was very professional and personable. I will be taking my dog back! Thank you guys, we approve!

Fabulous services from fabulous staff. My fur babies love their spa days now! Mr. Fritters used to hate bathing but the Bow Wow staff shows extra care and puts him right at ease. I would recommend this service

I have been going to Bow Wow for over 5 years. New owner dropped me and accused me of no shows and cancellations which is false. I rescheduled once 6 days in advanced. She refused to discuss her concerns with me and said “we can agree to disagree and it’s my business and I can drop you if i want to”. Taylor didn’t make any indications prior to her dropping me that there were any issues. It’s terribly sad to see how business care less and less about people. If it was personal it could have been discussed instead of accusing someone of things that are false. Don’t expect clear communication from this business.

Never go to this place. I took my dog today for his usual nail trimming and bath. Right when we walked in he seemed stressed and nervous. He had several accidents. Lady in colorful hair (Taylor) came out and was rude and disrespectful. She picked up my dog and removed his harness in very rough and harsh way and dropped his leash to the floor. She suggested I need to walk my dog before his appointment or carry him into the building to prevent him from having accidents but clearly he was nervous and stressed out. I wonder if the way she acts towards dog owners is the same way she treats dogs. I also wonder how she works at a dog groomers and expects dogs to not have accidents.

Taylor did a wonderful job and and all my friends asked where I I went for the groom. Her staff was so pleasant and professional. I also asked for advice on what brushes to use and she pointed me in the right direction so I got a great tool to use at home on my poodle so no more mats for my girl. Thank for everything.

Highly recommend Bow Wow Pet Styling. My pup is super anxious and they made this experience so easy for him (and me). I’ve never felt more comfortable leaving him with a stranger. The new owner Taylor goes to my church. I moved my pet grooming to her, as a courtesy. Her shop is competitive with others in our area, in price, quality, kindness to our pets.Please note the owner is from New England and has a different style than some Southerns would expect, but she is nice.

Folks this is the only place to go. My little Toby is one happy little guy with his new look. This staff is professional. They care about you and your pet. I think their prices are very reasonable, well worth it. Toby would beat me up every time I tried to bathe him or do his nails. I will never take him anywhere else. I love you Guys!!!

We just needed a nail trim, and they were able to fit us in quickly. I think from beginning to end (or snoot to tail), it was 5 minutes, and the nails look great! Will be back!

I've called several times and can't even get them to call me back, that's really bad customer service if you ask me. I was going to try them out but I guess they don't want me to because I've left several voice mail and they don't call me. Guess I'll go back to my regular groomer.

The people I worked with were nice and I think they did a good job with my dog. The problem is they clearly don't have someone dedicated to working the office or even a computer to track appointments and enter customer info. They were unable to call me to pick up my dog because they hand wrote my contact info on a sheet of scrap paper and then couldn't read their own writing when it was time to call me. Instead, I decided to head there late in the day to check the status and found a note on the door asking me to call a specific number. In fairness, they did show up within 10 minutes to give me my dog. I paid for the service and never got a receipt. I think they are friendly people who are good at grooming, but they need to invest in an office professional and CRM software if they are ever going to get organized enough to take it to the next level. I don't see that happening, so I will not be a repeat customer.

WARNING! NEVER TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! Rude and disrespectful. Was wondering why my dog would hate to go there. After the second time he came home running around and hiding under the covers for about 4 HOURS! I knew something was wrong. They will miss treat your pet. Also if other people cancel their appointments, they make you pay ahead of time. They will punish you for other people cancelling, and then complain to you about other people come Canceling. The older lady in the front is rude and disrespectful. She questioned my outfit. Said "oh, I didn't know they made outfits like that for big women"I'm NEVER GOING BACK!

This place is fantastic. I throughly enjoyed my visit and you can tell the owner really truly cares about each animal that comes into the shop. The flip books at the front are so cute too! I recommend this place!
