I come here 5 days a week. They have forgotten to give me all my bags many times. If I leave with about 10 bags, I don't notice one missing bag. Spin your carousel. It's your job. Make sure people have all their bags. Going back is no use, they don't care. Probably taking the stuff home themselves.

Pretty ridiculous that I can’t use their bathroom when I full well know you have a public bathroom. You are just lazy and don’t want to have to clean it.Quit being lazy.

When you run in the door 5 minutes before closing because you really, really need something and the working staff is genuinely glad you are there says very much to me about your team.They were super friendly and were happy to answer several questions I had about the local schools.Brand new to the area, I needed their input.Thanks DG Team, keep up the good work.

Store manager was extremely rude to me when I very quietly and politely tried to express my concern to her about how it made me uncomfortable for her to by my husband things since she is a woman!!! I was so quiet in fact that no one heard what I said but every one in the front of the store heard what she said!! She was extremely loud so that everyone could hear her, her face got as red as a Coke box and she told me to leave!! I have never in my life been treated by a store manager the way I was treated by her!!! Store managers should conduct themselves in a different manner than what she did . FYI: Managers shouldn't buy gifts for married men or women!!

Usually clean sometimes stock is in the way but no more than at other stores. They usually have stickers up showing sales. Most of the time good customer service. Not very fast to open more than one register up.

I use to work at this location, I miss my manager & team. I started when Ms. Sarah took over the store she’s a great manager, Ms Kayla is a great assistant manager, Ms Fran is a Great Lead sales assistant.. We use to be a power house/family I miss my old Job & team... All man we had/have the best regulars(customers)ever, I just miss my job..I wish I could of stayed or moved them with me😢....Love & Miss You All Love Ms Tee

Slow all the time and long lines only one checker .nasty looking floors and to much junk sitting out on the floor. And has lots of empty selfs all the time ..becarefull when u see something marked down with a sticker on the self saying on sale for one price but get to the checkout .and they tell you it will ring up sale price at check out but it dont and they dont fix it ..so u get ripped off.this store is disgusting for how it is being ran it should look clean at all times and should be stocked all the time ..no sence on any of this ..

Nothing ever on shelves. Store manager is racist against males, all female store. Will not shop here until things are run different. 3yrs later a different place for the better. Thanks for fixing that problem.

The redfield store is always clean the staff is always friendly and eager to help you find what you need and the store mgr. Ms. Sarah is the best store mgr that has been there she always has a smile on her face as well as the rest of the staff. Id give the staff and store a ten out of ten!!!

It's a regular Dollar Store but the employees are not very helpful or friendly. They aren't rude ... Just not friendly. When checking out they don't communicate very well. They may be done and waiting for you to do something but don't tell you what they are waiting for. They just stand there. This was my second visit here and the same thing happened last time too.

I keep coming in here, and there's almost ALWAYS a line. I had my first transaction without incident, but the second came with a hitch. I wanted a $5 bill with $2 and some change on my card. The member at the register looked like she didn't want to be there, and when the transaction finished, I seen the FULL amount was run on my card. The lady was not apologetic for her mistake. I keep getting bad run ins here.

I go to Dollar General a lot because they're convenient, and their stores are clean and organized. Also what makes Dollar General appeal to me, is that so far, I have never had a bad experience with a customer service representative.

What's with the clearance section? Its says last chance items prices marked....yet not one single dollar general has had all the items prices marked. And usually when items are priced they are not very reduced....I mean why bother having a section of items to push out the door as sale items if they aren't gona be but a few cents off. Is it worth the cluttered spot? Or is that what its really about? A place to put items without a spot on the sheves....

Staff there are very nice and store will most likely carry everything you need at a reasonable price. But it's alittle disorganised at times and can be alittle difficult to find some things without an employee. Overall, a nice store with a lot of variety or items.

Very disappointed store shelves we empty. Long line of 9 people in front of me and only 1 checker. After standing in line for 5 minutes 2 more workers finally came up to help.

Because it's cheaper than others stores but the stores like family Dollar and Dollar tree and Dollar general is cheaper that's why .😋😛😜😝🤑😇👼❤💓💕💖💗💝💞💙💚💛💜💘💔😀!
