The manager Amber is a very rude person. Horrible manager. All the other managers are nice and helpful. She follows me or my wife out after we purchase something every time we enter it. Yes several times a day usually. It’s the only store in town! Less than 2 minutes away . Amber James, if that’s your real name! You are horrible at your job.

One of the worst places I’ve worked for. Was denied Important time off and constantly belittled. Amber is an awful assistant manager and treats her employee like garbage. Mrs Debbie was the only good one in that store and was very nice regardless of whatever. Amber and her what seemed to be S/O always made things tense with their arguing. The team leader Zack stayed on a phone call for 5 hours of a shift and gave no help and I mostly had to do manager duties when I worked. Awful place.

The cashier was very nice and did her job well. However the store is a very messy, cluttered, and disorganized. The restroom was filthy, the door is also broken. Could see into the staff office, which was exactly like the rest of the store. I'd recommend seeking another Dollar General to shop at.

Rooms were clean,but small they still had a couple of roaches. If you have allergies to cleaners don't stay because the cleaner they use is very strong. I have copd and it was stopping me up pretty bad. They need fabric softner the towels were rough as sandpaper. My husband said the shower was great. Front desk staff were friendly though.

Attempted to go to this location, the door was locked at 5:20pm. When I pointed out their sign on the door said they closed at 9pm the employee just said "we're closed." and walked away. So I called the location and spoke with Lorrie, who when I asked about why they didn't have a sign if they closed sooner than their posted hours simply hung up on me. I called back and she said there was supposed to be a sign and hung up again. Very poor customer service.

Clean and organized. Found stuff easily and the worker Hopi Was anazing!!! She so cheerful and so friendly I really Friendly and helpful I will keep coming back because she was the best employee there

The Dollar General in Quitman has a huge freezer section and fresh Produce. I really like it. They have a pretty big store. With items I haven't seen at other Dollar Generals

This place has been messy the last few times I've been there. Boxes are in the way so that you can't really shop. Employees are not friendly. Thank goodness we are moving next week!

It has always been pleasant when I have been in a dollar general store and have been in a lot of them I have always liked the one in my home town of Quitman ar. all of the ladys are professional and they all ways make you feel like your important to them

I used to really like this store! All the employees were way above standard...due to a change in management THIS CRAP HOLE LOOKS ITS A GHETTO STORE STRAIGHT OUT OF THE HOOD! I dont understand i the filth i mean empty boxes thrown about floor is nasty and this isnt just a busy day its everyday.

Disorgsnized. Pricing marked wrong or not at all. Clearance is just stuff from the shelves marked with a clearance sticker but regular price. Only thing that's great about the store is the cashiers and managers.

This is the worse dollar store I've ever been in, ever. Always junkie, all the stock is Always stacked in aisle, Always.. you can't find anything because its never stocked. Theres never any checkers, it's just nasty, horrible store, really sad for our little town...

I'm sure glad we have a Dollar General. It's our only source of unprepared food in our town, but dang if we don't have the oldest, smallest one around! Please can we get a new store!

I just feel the store looks and feels dirty everytime i go in. Most of the time i drive to Rosebud or Heber because the stores are organized and clean.🙁

The bathroom is filthy, the store was a mess, boxes, carts, and just stuff out in the aisles. Aisles were blocked and shelves blocked.
