Cashiers would rather flirt than check you out.I hate self check-out but I’d rather scan my own groceries & see hardworking people lose jobs than watch 2 teenagers uncomfortably flirt with each other by making fun of the people they’re checking out. To be clear, they laughed at the elderly man in front of me for asking them to clarify something. Then cut their eyes at me because I did something laughable, made direct eye contact, & proceeded to laugh. I just worked up the courage to shop on my own after my surgery. So disappointed in a neighborhood grocery store I have the misfortune of living next to.

I wish I could write a good review but not this time. Overall, the store is good but hardly ever does someone say hi like the commercial says. Anyway, the deli serves good food and the bad part is when you take it to the counter to pay for it. This has happened several times and I called and asked the manager on duty to ask them not to turn these food trays on the side to put them in a bag. The manager didn't seem very upset about it and didn't even apologize. I tried to tell the cashier to not bag this item but I was too slow. Funny thing is I was talking to the person at the deli about this happening and she said, it doesn't happen here. How hard is this????

Deli food was delicious but I am pretty sure I got food poisoning from the fried catfish.

Usually this is a nice place to grab a couple things to avoid having to drive to Walmart. However, the last 3 times I’ve bought meat from here I’ve opened the package and it’s been spoiled meat that fills the whole house with a rancid meat odor. I’ve also been in the store when other customers were discussing the same issues of spoiled meat with employees. If you’re going to be buying meat from here, I would not. If it’s the only option, get a good whiff first. Harps is supposed to have good meat but that don’t matter if I vomit every time I open a package of it. Please fix this.Other than that, never really have any problems with customer service or anything.

Always great staff and service!! But they always have expired items on the shelf… I have let staff know of expired items as well. it has happened more than a few times. And a few of the items I’ve noticed, have been years expired. I also bought orange juice that had been dated good for the next two weeks and I poured a glass and it smelled spoiled and tasted awful…I got food poisoning once from this location and another from the west fork location… so check dates before you buy anything. Other than that, everyone is so friendly.

The hot food line is always delicious! They also have daily specials! You can order groceries online and pick it up later! It is a good place to buy groceries, and everyone is always very nice, even to a heathen such as myself.

Ordered a cake. Absolutely looked horrible and the staff could not have cared less. Worst customer service. I would be ashamed to sell a cake that looks like what they gave me. I can see cake crumbs in the icing. Piping is horrible and edible image is wrinkled. On top of that it was $50! This is the worst store.

This is our local grocery store, always friendly, and the service is excellent. Never have to wait in line to check out. The deli has excellent service and is super friendly. Please shop local if it is possible. This store is super clean and well maintained.

They have friendly staff who actually checks out your groceries for you as opposed to self checkout. Great local option with above average produce section! Can be slightly more expensive than competition. Meat options can unfortunately be hit or miss.

I recently moved from Oregon to live here and the place he shops is at Harps so I just followed suit. The story is always clean and neat. The people who work there are always so nice and polite. I would recommend Harps to all my friends if I had made since I got here

Nice store, has what we need and very convenient. Great specialty items and gifts.Love coming to this store. They always have a lot of unique gifts and gadgets.Their fried chicken, chicken strips, and all of their deli section is great.They have a lot of great items.

I haven't been to this store in years. A few months ago, I stopped in the morning to grab some fresh foods. I was SO SURPRISED! The produce was great! I was amazed at the amount of plant based products, including Rice and Almond milk.My girlfriend and I looked a bit confused walking around the store looking for a few items. A very pleasant lady came from the check stand and asked if she could help. They ended up not having what we were looking for but she was friendly and helpful!Way to go, Harps!

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. There is plenty of parking. There deli is diverse and delicious. Their custom made cakes are beautiful, not overly expensive, and absolutely delicious.

Medium sized store, staff will help you find items if you can't (if they have it, only been a couple items they didn't carry). Check out is quick and they open more lanes when it's busy.

Watch the expiration dates and what your items ring up to at the register…sometimes they don’t match…staff very friendly and helpful

Adequate shopping but not impressed by the customer service. We were camping locally and driving our dually with an 8 foot bed. We were asked to move our truck as we took up 2 parking spaces. Fair enough right? The person who “reported “ us to the staff parked in the double yellow lines. 🙄 Oh well we moved and soon left. Thanks Arkansas for your dose of southern hospitality.

I've been to a lot of Harps stores, but this one is extremely dated. It looks like it was built 30+ years ago and hasn't been touched since. This store is in desparate need of a re-model!

Great meat, Better than Walmart. Great specials. If you don't know meat, you'll go after dyed meat. Beef turns brown very quickly. The longer it's aged, the better it is. It will be brown.
