Always special care and very knowledgeable vet healthcare team. We have a very timid and scardie-cat lab mix. He can be hard to handle at the vet at 65 lbs and trying to run as far away as possible :). Everybody took great care to ensure he felt as comfortable as he could. I appreciated the mid-day check in during his neuter. I will recommend Westridge to every friend and family member. Thank you for everything you do for our furry friends.

Everyone at Westridge was amazing! They didn't hesitate to get our puppy, Sirius, in to get checked out. Then when he had to stay for a couple of days they always gave me an update on him when I would call twice a day to check on him! Great place and great people!

We've been taking our cats and dogs here for years. Very professional, very clean, very friendly. They really love all the animals and you can tell. They are also very knowledgeable. We've never had any issues at all and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They’ve always taken good care of my family’s pets and they recently did a great job with my two new kittens, especially Rajan, my particularly spicy kitten. They handled them with care and gave me excellent advice for helping the new kittens adjust to home life.

Wonderful staff & doctors!! I traveled from Florida here to stay and help my uncle out & my Yorkie became very ill. Silas was seen that afternoon as well as next day which involved an overnight stay. These people are amazing and very compassionate for animals and their parents!! Silas is on to road of recovery and thanks to all staff at Westridge!!!

This is an amazing place to take your furbaby. They went above the call to bring comfort to my very scared cat. She had been mistreated in the past over her fear taken as aggressive. The vet here understood her fear and helped her,even bringing a calming towel out to help her. I will be a return parent with my furbaby. Thank you doc.

I am not an old patient there but my little fur baby boy fell and hurt his knee they worked him in I know it'll be expensive but they were not unreasonable. And they did not go doing unnecessary test. They will tell me what was wrong with him and he is now starting to show Improvement. So they are definitely a good vet and if you need someone in an emergency situation I'll recommend them for this area

I've been to several vets with my dog and cats. Westridge Animal Center has been the best. They have wonderful vets. They saved my dogs eye when it ruptured and have been so understanding with him being "grumpy". The staff is absolutely amazing.

Came today with a litter of 6 kittens and a weaning Momma (found abandoned near Jonesboro). We signed paperwork and within a few minutes was shown to a room. Dr. Hardin and her nurse was absolutely phenomenal working with us, first time pet owners/fostering. Gave us advice and treated our little ones with the utmost professionalism and gentleness. Will come back always for future visits.

I LOVE This Veternarian Clinic!!! They're AWESOME, & They Really Care about Your Pet, And You! VERY EXTREMELY, ABOVE AND BEYOND THE KNOWLEDGE of Any Vet I have EVER Taken my dogs to. I've been with Minola and Jeff Hardin, since they moved to the area, and while I used them when I lived in Imboden, I now have a little Yorkie, Allie Jo, and I drive from Jonesboro to the other side of Pocahontas to their office. I've found NONE here in Jonesboro that I trusted, and NOT REALLY ONE recommendation of a Good Vet...AROUND HERE, and I'm sorry to say this, BUT, they mostly, do not treat them like they were their own, or I saw NO COMPASSION OR CARING, in them, any time... most of the time only to have to return in a few days and they were not ANY BETTER... WESTRIDGE ANIMAL CENTER, Is well worth the drive!!!!! ♥️♥️♥️💜💜💜💜💯💯💯

My first visit there with my pup Kirby. Doc was so thorough and gentle with Kirby, looking to treat the whole patient, not just one complaint or concern. She took time to really listen to my concerns, and helped ease those fears and concerns I had in talking to me, explaining and even showed me a video to help show what was going on with my little guy. Definitely recommend them for all your vet needs!!

They are amazing. I had a puppy with parvo and mange. They're empathy with my issues was exemplary. I am a cynical, judgemental individual but can only praise the treatment and understanding given to my dog and I at Westridge. It is truly a place of love and cocern!

I did a review back in September that apparently was removedIf you know what’s good for your fur baby you will never use this place.My puppy was supposed to be put in a room not a kennel. She was placed in a kennel and when she was let out she was violated by another dog.She is no longer housebroken or will let you even pet her towards her back endThey destroyed this sweet babyI picked her up where she was soaked with urine. I was told they had no hot water to bath herThis place needs to be shut down

If you want a loving, caring, Doctor with an amazing staff that cares about your fur babies as much as you do then look no further! Dr. Maenola gave us a lot more time with our little Micco than we would've had without her and we will ever be thankful for the care he received while under their care. And now we have Shiloh and they're all just as loving, thoughtful, and sweet as ever. You can't go wrong taking your beloved pets to this wonderful center!!❤️

Dr. Hardin has saved the lives of several of my pets multiple times now and the entire office has been respectful and kind to me at all times. Especially during the loss of my dog. Can't recommend them enough.
