I'm definitely not impressed with the switch. The previous store didn't have much more of a supply but their feed, in my opinion, was of better quality. I now drive to walnut ridge or go to m&m in maynard for feed. The staff at buccheits is usually nice especially the ones that previously worked at orchelens but most of the newer ones are still learning their way around. I'd suggest going there is you need something specific farm wise but feed wise no.

Most prices are reasonable as far as animal feed, which is what I go there for. Other stuff like fencing and such is a bit pricey. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

I just had a terrible experience with this store. There store clerk was rude and uncaring. Her name was McKenzy (or however you spell it). She acted like she didn't want to help us and just get us out of there quickly like we was bothering her. I will NEVER go back. This doesn't even deserve 1 star.

I have been to several Buchhiets and have left 5 star reviews. This is one that is like a really bad Tractor Supply.

I really miss Orschelns. Buchheit stopped carrying just about every brand of pet and livestock feed we used. Most of the Buchheit off brand of dog food, rabbit food and horse feed is garbage. It seems a lot of the pet items have a more limited selection. The ebate program really isn't worth doing.So we take our business to Walnut Ridge to Tractor Supply.

I love Buchheit in Pocahontas. They are always very helpful, some of them greet you when entering inside. The stores inventory is better than when it was Orschelin. A huge Variety of items.
