Ladies room toilet seat falling off, although I have to say the bathroom was very clean. Traveling through, visited two times-a week apart-reported defective seat to customer service the first time. Didn't want them to get sued from someone falling off the toilet. Really nice guy.👍2nd visit -seat still bad. Reported to store manager ... "seat was ordered."I thanked her.SHE PRESENTED A "I COULD CARE LESS", EXPRESSIONLESS DEMEANOR. 👎

Parking for semi-trucks here is a joke. The management likely gets a kickback for letting local drivers drop their trailers and go home. As for the store, lot of empty spots on the shelves. Employees seemed unengaged in their work and some were blatantly rude. Sam would’ve fired 90% of these lazy reprobates. It won’t be long before they’re all replaced with AI and automation.

First of all I called the store to speak to someone in electronic about a phone the worker had know clue about the department or what I needed I ask to speak to someone else and she said she had a customer and hung up the phone. I called back to speak with the operator to speak with management they didn’t answer the phone at all. My Question is what happened to hospitality after the pandemic people stop caring about their jobs

We have to shop here for some goods as our area is a bit of a commodity desert, but I hate this corporation. Let me be clear, it has nothing to do with the staff and everything to do with gross corporate greed. Walmart do better by people and the communities you serve.

So this review is coming from Pine Bluff Arkansas. There were CASHIERS! Everywhere. Because it was my first time in a Supercenter, I wasn’t really prepared for how super it was! Lol polite staff, and helpful! Not one fight or Karen in sight! This was an easy 5 star.

I went to the fitting room to try on some jeans. There were 3 employees at the fitting rooms, 2 behind the counter and 1 in front of the counter. They were talking and looking at their phones. One of them finally looked over at me after I stood there for a couple of minutes and said “Oh, you want a fitting room?” I replied yes and she said “The fitting rooms closed at 7:00pm”, then they all laughed. It was almost 9:00pm. Other than the rude employee encounter, the shopping experience was okay. Decent prices, not a great selection.

Treated like a criminal for getting groceries with my dogs in a car with windows cracked. It was 10 degrees below ordinance limit and they made the dogs sit longer while I explained my legal acts

If I could give zero stars I would... There is never any elec. Carts charging n if they did they don't have but 3... This is a pretty busy place not only do they not have carts they don't even have a place for the disabled to sit to wait on a cart... They used to not now .. I'll just continue to use dollar general or go to Monticello for everything, it's pathetic that the disabled don't have access to these things...

We saw a huge rat like creature run between the registers. I wouldn't trust the food that Walmart packages. Other than that this Walmart is bigger than Sheridan

Went to Walmart today walked in no shopping carts. All the shopping carts were in the parking lot. Four people 3 over 21 fourth one A.K.A family member Under 21 got denied to buy alcohol because family member wasn’t over 21 and unable to provide I.D. Got told it was Walmart policy everyone had to be 21 to buy alcohol even if you go in to Walmart with a 2 year daughter still will get denied to purchase alcohol because they think parent are irresponsible. The cart situations walked 2 personal were on there phones talking and I said they’re no carts they are all outside. Shopped for 45 minutes come up to Self checkout and personnel were still on there phones. Manager did nothing to fix the issue at hand

It just depends on who is taking care if you. They have some of the worse people and some of the best. They are always moved g things around. And in the pine bluff walmart you can't count on them having what you need from one week to the next.

The selection of cold cuts and other items are limited. They don't have the small baskets to place your items in while you shop they only have the large carts.

My husband sat in a pickup designated parking spot for an hour today waiting on our order to be brought to the vehicle. We called 25 times and never got an answer on their pickup line.

Most (not all, but an extreme small percent of decent employees ) of the store employees are rude and lazy. They also have really bad attitudes, as if the customer works for them. They act as if they don't want to be there. They're joking and laughing with friends, and on their phones a lot. They ignore the customers any chance they can, even when asked a simple question most of the time. If it isn't right in their area, they say "That's not my department"...go back to whatever they are doing. Staff is going to be terrible in at least one or more of these ways...9/10 times HERE, and services of any kind, at any department. Electronics doesn't stay stocked up on many popular products. Decent sized store with various products to choose from. This is the ONLY reason it gets 2 stars. Or it would be 1 star.

I came to this store to do some grocery shopping. I like the MANY different products this store carries. I needed help finding a few items and each time the workers were helpful. The store was spacious and clean. UPDATE shopped on Nov. 2nd, they already had Christmas ice cream!

THIS Walmart is the best I've seen anywhere. Very clean, well stocked and courteous staff. Bathrooms A+ for cleanliness.A refreshing change from other Walmarts!

I couldn't believe my eyes. I don't think I seen any employees as cashiers. The machines have taken over their jobs. Now it seems the employees are jus machine baby sitters. I did not like it very much. At all.
