It was a pleasant experience shopping there, but everything now in the store are more than a dollar so they need to change the name of the stores! Overall, you still can sometimes find some good bargains if you look and compare prices! The staff was very friendly and accommodating here at the one in Pine Bluff,Arkansas,but not so friendly and accommodating at the one here in monticello Arkansas.

I like this Dollar Tree! Although... its a little more difficult to get into the parking lot. Its always clean & fairly well organized. Staff was pleasant even on a super-busy almost-Christmas day. I'm happy to drive across town for this location.

It's a great store and super nice people work there but they don't have a lot of the stuff I see people get from other Dollar trees . I would love to try the mineral Rush powder makeup but our Dollar Tree never has it or any of the cute baskets, lots of stuff they don't have.

This store on Dollarway Rd. First there is a huge pot hole in the front parking lot. Walking up to the door sidewalk had trash paper napkins chip bags ect. Inside the store was OK. And you young Lady at Register 1 was very nice and polite. That was great! My be the store needs more hours to be given to conquer the extra customer increase due to the Pandemic starting to lift. DON'T OVER WORK YOUR EMPLOYEES. It's so hard to create a great team. The employees were working and I over heard one say had been there since early morning and it was after 6pm

The store was DISGUSTING! Stuff laying in the floor on almost every isle. Most things u have to dig through because things are just mixed together, no organization. empty cardboard boxes in isles. But on a lighter note my cashier was very friendly.

Walked in got a few things. Waited in line for 10 mins or so. Lady claiming to be manger who is not she is assistant manager says sorry this lane is closed. After checking out the 2 black ladies in front of me. Then I get up ohh closed go wait in line over there. Do not know if she has a problem with white people or what. I said no I will go to another store. Ask for the district manager number was told she did not have it. I then called another store got the number I needed. I called her store 2 x first time was hung up on 2nd time was told she is the manger. Cone to find out from calling the other store that she is not the manger. I will be back to this store when the real manger is there to talk to her. There is someone out there I am sure that would gladly take her job and not run costumers to another store.

A short black lady with glasses was very rude to me and my son she followed my son around like he was going to steal something and he picked up something and she told him to put it down and then she proceeded to tell my son to pick something u . Long story short she was just really rude and the other lady is rude to. I hate that store. I try to avoid it at all cost. I'm sorry u hate your job but don't take it out on the costumers...
