THIS PLACE HAD THE MAGIC TOUCH FOR MY OLD GRUMPY CAT! She has had problems at other vets, but she was like comfy kitty putty in their hands! After trying three different vets, the true root of the issue was found and it didn't break the bank! Even the receptionists radiate kindness and are great communicators. One word comes to mind what my old cat and I felt after our experience here: RELIEF!

The veterinary staff is genuinely concerned and want to help make and keep your fur family happy and in their best health possible. My experience has been excellent! The care and concern of everyone at the clinic are super helpful for me and all of my animals. I have had bad experiences in the past with other clinics but the attention to polite customer service at Boulevard is so appreciated. I’m very happy with the service at this clinic. We have a senior dog who has arthritis and gets anxious in unfamiliar situations, but she always loves coming here. The reception staff is friendly and welcoming, and the medical staff is always so gentle with our old girl.I also love that they have an app to schedule appointments and that they respond to text messages with thorough information. Overall this is a great vet and I’ve never doubted the quality of care our dog has received.

Came here several times for Rescue Road’s fostering appointments and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful.We adopted a puppy less than a week ago and came here for our first exam since it’s local and we had some interaction with their team from fostering.Walt welcomed me & my puppy in the waiting room and was very friendly to both of us. My dog and previous fosters have always been magnetized to him and it’s clear his calm temperament is one the animals love. They’ve always calmed down around him, so his experience shows he knows how to handle various energy levels upon first meeting. He also shared some great info on the flea/tick collars.Dr. Jessica Roberts was very friendly in welcoming to me and my pup to the clinic. We discussed the brief background of current behaviors, diet plans, and forms of medications/treatments and she is extremely knowledgeable on all these subjects! She debunked some myths for me and referenced some long-term studies performed regarding different ingredients in dogs’s diets, so she is up-to-date with the latest information on maintaining the healthiest longevity for our pets. You can tell she is well versed in these studies and only wants what is best for the animals, regardless what branding & advertising may be out there to otherwise convince the common consumer such as myself. I look forward to having this clinic as my primary clinic for all of my dog’s needs as she grows over the years!Also learned they do boarding through their website…another plus.

Not the average review —I am brand-new to the area, moved here two weeks ago. Yesterday I found an abandoned puppy on the side of the road. I kept him overnight, but could not keep him due to a two pet limit at my apartment complex. After calling around to the multiple shelters and being turned down, I was exasperated but thought I would keep him and just hide him until i could get him to my family in Washington state. He needed a check up so I called the Boulevard vet clinic. The girls at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. Not only did they say that I could bring him in for an exam, but they informed me that one of the partners of the vet clinic runs a nonprofit that helps pull dogs from high kill shelters, place them in foster homes and then send them up east coast for adoption.I really really wanted to keep this adorable baby, and I brought him in for a check up. But, it was in his best interest to give him to the rescue.Everyone was so wonderful when I brought him in, everyone was playing with him and I could tell that he was going to be well taken care of.Everyone was so kind there knowing that I had grown attached to him and let me take my time and say goodbye to him and assured me that he was in good hands. One of the front desk gals also showed me a stack of papers that were all the animals they had rescued in the past year.It broke my heart to leave him there but I’m so glad I called there and they helped me and baby Winston. I will definitely be bringing my cats there for their check up!

Absolutely the best vet office in central Arkansas. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with the best and efficient receptionist that I’ve seen in a very long time. Office was very busy but she met everyone’s needs effortlessly while being upbeat and friendly. The vet assistant was friendly and helpful. My dog was very relaxed and happy when we left. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I received a call from the vet the next day with blood test results and he answered any questions that I had. The experience great and nothing could have been done any better!

I live in Hot Springs and traveled here with my Husky after a heart echo was recommended by several vets I use and this clinic/vet were referred to me. My dog was taken into the clinic while I waited in the car. The echo was performed and I was not even back home yet when I received a call explaining the good results. Dr. Gary also discussed a treatment plan to try to eliminate the symptoms my dog has been experiencing. The full echo report and treatment plan was also emailed to me in a timely matter. I am very impressed with this facility and Dr. Anthony Gary.

Boulevard is fantastic. Dr. Baker takes great care of my boy and Dr. Roberts was fantastic with my mom's dog. Jess and Robin up front are wonderful, and the techs are all wonderful too, they love my pup and take good care of him in spite of his protesting!! 10 out of 10!

This was our first time at the clinic. We had our 15 year old kitty put down. The staff was very considerate, and we were allowed to be there with her at the end. She went peacefully with no pain. I can't imagine anyone handling this sort of procedure any better or more professionally.

Very happy with dr. Lauren. We recently had to put our puppy to sleep. She had some kind of aggressive bone cancer. Dr. Lauren was very understanding, compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. She made us feel at ease with our difficult decision!!! We will definitely be using her and her facility again. RIP - Scout

Our veterinarian and tech were amazing. Actually all the staff are. Our Penny (an Anatolian Pyrenees) is still scared when meeting new people and they took the time to let her warm up to them before checking her out. Nadia (our Cat) is a bit of a handful, and yet they took care of her in no time without a single complaint from her. That has never happened before!I will be bring my babies here for forever!I have already recommended the clinic to everyone I know.

A few days ago I went to my regular clinic on Pinnacle Valley Road with a very sick kitty. I didn’t see the vet and was handed 2 prescriptions to give her. After several days and no improvement, I called them as instructed and was brushed off. I looked up my old vet, Dr. Beirbaum and found him at Boulevard Vet Clinic. I called and got in that day. Dr. Beirbaum was off, but one of the other vets saw my baby. She was very thorough and ordered more tests and X-rays. Did blood work. She also educated me on my baby’s condition. She told me about a new drug for arthritis in cats, which I elected to take. She heard me and my concerns and addressed them! Very caring and just what I expect from a vet. I’ve found the perfect clinic for my sweet babies! Love this place and everyone I encountered.

The process of securing an appointment, day-of, and becoming a new client was streamlined and efficient. I just wish I could’ve come in with Cooper! Especially for his first visit. But I understand. The receptionist was fantastic! Personable, incredibly amenable and open to helping, and very proficient. The vet assistant that came out to my vehicle was so helpful, friendly, and compassionate! Dr. Roberts was very knowledgeable and willing to educate me as she discussed, in detail, Cooper and answered all of my questions. So excited for Cooper and I to find our home with Boulevard!
