I made an appointment with the vet service and it was cancelled the day before with absolutely no explanation. This location does not have vet info so you have to call the Benton store. So, you might as well use the Benton store instead.

Just an average low key Wednesday morning, directly after the doors opened, I walked into the store which looked like I stepped into a magazine ad. It was impeccably clean. There were only 2 staff members in the store at the time and they were both amazingly helpful. I ended up purchasing a monthly subscription they offer for the animals I wasn't even there for to begin with. All in all it was a pain free experience that I now will look forward to every 2 weeks or so. 2 thumbs WAY UP 👍🏻👍🏻

I would’ve gave Petco a five star review. after visiting this location and spending about $450. This location now decides to charge for bags. However this is not the employees fault. Petco company is based in California. California corporate if you’re going to charge $.10 a bags for your customers to shop in your store, in the state of AR! at least pay your employees California wages.

The worst pet store! It smelled awful, was so dirty looked like it had not been swept in some time. There were SO many dead fish in the tanks. Even bettas that are in their own cups, half of them were dead too! It was really sad in there.

We got our dog a little over a month ago now and while we are very happy with the decision, a couple things are hard. Namely bath time toenail trimming. After both of us receiving many cuts and bruises with only one paw trimmed to show for it we decided to use this Petco location. And they did a great job. Our pupper was happy being dropped off and just as happy being picked up afterward. And she smells like sugar cookies and all of her nails are now trimmed neatly. It was a good experience all around and we will definitely be making this a regular event.

I love their grooming service, they’re always friendly and my dog enjoys going to them and always so playful when he sees them which tells me they treat him well, and every once in a while he comes with a new bandanna for being a “good boy”

Son purchased an Albino Ball Python. Tyler took his time carefully explaining the best care for the snake and which products were needed to ensure the snake is adequately cared for. If you are looking to buy a reptile and are a beginner, I highly recommend asking Tyler to walk you through it as he is very knowledgeable on reptile care.

Just went in for some catnip, but I did look around. The store was clean and the funky smell that you sometimes expect a pet store to have was very faint, so that's good. No adoptable pets this visit, though they did have the cutest guinea pigs for sale along with a few little birds. The cashier was really nice. Overall, a nice store.

The person checking us out was super helpful in knowledge of taking care of our leopard gecko even better. Gave us recommendations on stuff that other places sell as well. Definitely come here for your pets care, these are employees that care as much as you do

Who doesn't love this place? This was Stryker's first visit..he was comfortable and got lots of attention. Great service. While he is a little bitty guy, he just strolled around like he knew where he was going. Thanks everyone!

The new fish tanks have been in place for almost a year and the saltwater portion is still having issues. The lady who works the fish department is awesome (Mary) but she is not allowed to make decisions and or take care of the tanks based on her knowledge. Corporate America at its finest. Did buy some fish, snails, and crabs.

Love the grooming Salon but have issues with the male cashier. He has been very rude to me on several different times. I avoid his register when i can. I am on a program there, which is why I still shop there. I am looking into finding another store to go to.

We’ve taken our boy, Chuey, to the ladies in the grooming department and been nothing but satisfied. We get him washed, extra brushed and nails filed. He comes out feeling and looking great each time!

I allowed an employee to sign me up for the 'Vital Care' program. They bill my account $10 and some change monthly. The employee told me I can cancel at any time. They signed me up there in the store, and I was not able to see or read the 'terms and conditions.' However, I was told I could cancel any time. So, I tried to cancel in May 13, 2023, because I was not using the program. The person that took my call told me it was a year's subscription and that I could not cancel until October, since that is when I was signed up..... When a company lies to me and proves to be untrustworthy in any particular situation or area, I do not trust them at all with future business in any area; and, especially since I have done business with them for years. Pet Smart (which is less than 1 mile from this store) has now earned my business without even trying.

My mother would buy her dog supplies from no one else. Joe, her dog, has a blast going through the store.I read DOORDASH now delivers. We live in No. Little Rock, AR and plan to take advantage of that service.
