The check out lane I was in wasn't working but their was another person checking out people. Instead of worrying about my lane not working I asked the lady should I even put my stuff up there or not. Instead of trying to check me out in her lane she said all we can do is try as if I couldn't purchase my items instead of her checking me out in the first place. I waited 5 to 10 minutes after several declines. The person in front of me waited even longer and also instead of checking him out she said can you pay with cash. This is ridiculous and not acceptable.

I honestly like the store but I really dislike a lady that works there. I think she may be a manager. She is very rude. She always stocks, never asks how are you doing, if you need help, and just kinda ignores you like your not even there. Also has a bad attitude. She is the only employee I dislike. Everyone else is so friendly.

This is a great place the customer service was wonderful I got up to the counter paid for my items the lady Nene.. the staff was awesome the store was very clean thank you Dollar tree

It was a busy day on the weekend and the cash register was empty. It wasn't until a long line formed that the worker finally came over and rung me up. She didn't say anything but my total, as if she were a robot. I blame the company for over working her.
