Miss Kathy was such a help! She took about seven minutes out of her time to show us how to clip coupons correctly and use the actual coupons that we had clipped digitally the correct way. Can’t recommend this place enough great people miss Kathy was awesome once again!

Kroger needs to seriously consider limiting the amount of items a customer can have in the self checkout line. The lady had a basket full of groceries and was holding up the line when she could have very easily gone to a regular checkout line. The worker there just stared at her and didn't do anything to try and keep things moving smoothly. Allowing people with that many items in their basket to go into the self checkout line only holds it up and makes other customers have to wait even longer. Please fix this Kroger.

somewhat clean and always plenty of parking but the money services is advertised as openining at 7 a.m. that is not true. opens at 8 a.m. this little oversight is enough for me to avoid the store all together.

This is a terrible Kroger. There’s never any checkouts open. Even self checkouts are always closed which leads to long lines. No employees. No one to help. Poor bakery selection. Just awful. Do better Maumelle.

Have lived in Maumelle for over 38 years and this Kroger has become a joke.. The produce is hardly ever fresh. The shelves are never stocked, the shopping carts are never in the store (get one out in the parking lot). The management is not concrened about their employees, customer service or the appearance of the store. This store has become an embarrassment to Maumelle...

Placed an order for a cake Last week for a birthday this Saturday. Got a confirmation email for the order. Then get a call Wednesday informing me that they no longer decorate cakes. So now I have 2 days to find a replacement.. would have been nice to been told they no longer do cakes last week when I placed the order and got confirmation.

I used to love shopping at Kroger. This was my favorite chain. Service and products have gone way, way down. More expensive than Walmart, but the shelves are often empty- no green beans, no zucchini. In summer. They used to have great cashiers who would bag for you. Now, they have only 6 available lines for human cashiers, (normally only ONE actually employee) and maybe 20 or more self check outs. Despite have very few cashiers, there seems to be plenty of employees at the front of the store. The employees stare at you to ensure you’re paying for your milk and eggs instead of actually helping you. The last time I shopped here, the sliced Kroger bread expired in TWO days so I didn’t buy any... the loaf from Walmart I bought the week before actually had a later expiration date. So disappointed.

We ordered a Thanksgiving meal from Kroger for our visit to our son. The smoked turkey was great and the sides amazing! I loved having the time to still cook/ heat and get all the good smells. What a value too. Thank you Kroger

The produce is a disappointment sometimes. Berries are hard to find without mold. The organic fruit options have been very lean. Be sure to open berries (strawberries, black berries, blue and raspberries) to check for mold. I failed to do so and several times I purchased molded berries. Just keep an eye out!

This is likely the best Kroger I have ever visited. They have everything. The aisles are wide, the store is clean and well-stocked. Checkout was friendly, but they do need to have more lanes open.

I’ve always had a great experience there until today . I was waiting on someone to show up and I left my basket park while I walked out to conduct a phone conversation. I saw three people come up front as if I was going to steal the merchandise . She asked if I wanted my cart took to the front and I said yes . About five minutes later I went up front to get my cart and it was gone . Everything had been put back . I had to rewalk the store and find everything I had . The manager didn’t offer any assistance at all . I’ll never shop there again . I was completely stereotyped

Always shop at Kroger especially the Kroger in Maumelle. It’s my favorite store. I know where everything is and who to ask if it’s missing. Love the Maumelle Kroger store. Plus cheap gas with my Kroger card whoo hoo.

Today I made a decision I will not be going back to the store for quite a while this store is literally less than 5 minutes from me I live in Maumelle and I have to drive 20 minutes because I actually want to be charged the right price for the item and if I say anything people look at me like I'm crazy. If you don't mind giving away your money are being lied to about how much something costs you can love this store. Some of the people are really sweet but there was a couple that are a really rude. My whole decision and not going back is a simple fact that I keep getting overcharge today I would have been overcharged close to $10 if I would not have been paying attention This Is Not Unusual groceries are high enough without being robbed. Very disappointed

First time in Kroger's I'm from California I think Kroger's is in Cali. I honestly haven't been in one, but I felt booooooshy as all out doors lol! Nice and clean but a little pricey. But if you like luxury then your in the right store. Very nice!

It’s hit or miss with this store. They need better quality control or better suppliers. Sure I can go back and get a refund or replacement (which they’re always good about). It’s more of the inconvenience after spending $200-$300, I shouldn’t have to go back every time I shop here, for spoiled/rotten produce. This seems to be a common occurrence with Kroger unfortunately. I know Walmart is right down the road and usually have to go there anyways. But than I have to ask the question. Why do we even have a Kroger in the first place? Maybe they need some competitors like Harps, Edwards or ALDI.

Grocery pickup is becoming a joke. It was great the first couple of times we used it but the last few times, my wife has had to go in and buy things they decided they were out of. It's funny how she goes right to the items when she goes in minutes after they tell her they are out of stock. We always select to allow substitutions and this time they decided to only fill half of our order. I guess we will have to shop elsewhere since I am high risk for COVID-19, and we are trying to limit our chances of exposure. Thanks, Maumelle Kroger. Thanks.Amendment:I am adding to this 5 months later. After deciding to chance just masking up and going inside the store, I am lowering my original 2 stars to 1. The customer service from the frontend staff is actually pretty good. Others, not so much. How are we supposed to know the delivery truck didn't come on Friday? There is no need to cop an attitude when asked if something is completely out of stock. The guy in the meat department just better be glad I was waiting in the line for the one cashier working when my wife went back to check if they had finished restocking the meats. I also heard another employee point blank ask a customer if he "had a problem" with him. I don't care if the customer did have a problem with him. He didn't mouth off or threaten the employee in any way. Kroger needs to get their house in order.

Great store, cashier's are usually just talkative enough and management is keen to hear any suggestions or concerns you might have. Plus- I left my $20 bill at the self check out and called back 2 hours later and they had put it aside for me to pick up :)

Poor customer service. Kroger doesn't care about their customers only the bottom line. So very sad. We have been using click list/ pick up a very long time to be treated this way. I didn't get all my order so because the store manager didn't want to give a refund cause the person said they put it in my car. But it wasn't in my car. I guess Kroger doesn't need customers.

I went to go get some shrimp and had to wait. Not a problem, not in a big hurry. When the lady does shows up. Talk about being straight up rude. Asked to get a bunch of shrimp and she didn’t want to get it. Told us to get the bag of frozen shrimp instead. My father who came with me asked about the thawed ones thinking they were fresh. She gave him a mean look and tells him all my shrimp comes frozen. If they were fresh then they wouldn’t be this price. We didn’t show up being inappropriate so there was no reason to talk down on us.

Placed to go order on the 12th, like I usually do when I have a busy week to be sent home and asked to return. This is understandable since they were overwhelmed with customers, but on my return was told a lot items were missing and could not be filled. I had wish this information was relayed to me on my initial visit not on my second visit an hour and half later. Only option was cancel order and return in morning see if they can fill order then. I am done with kroger it has been a slow decline of experience from them in multiple locations. To top it all off was charged for order on the 15h. still waiting on my refund.

The customer service at the Maumelle, Arkansas store has gradually gone down over the past few years. On Sunday, April 25th, I went through the Express Checkout because I don't like checking myself out. The cashier at the register, Andrew, didn't greet me when I approached after unloading my basket; so I spoke to him.....twice. He finally spoke back after the second time. I figured young Andrew ( who is white) was just "having a bad day." After I finished checking out I walked to the end of the check out stand to put my receipt in my purse. The next customer approached (who was a white customer) and my goodness young Andrew gave him the most welcoming greeting I've ever heard. I was sincerely puzzled. I went to the Customer Service desk and made a complaint to James; however, he didn't seem too interested....
