Absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I ordered my order 5 weeks ago. I emailed them and they said they haven't even started bc they don't have any holiday cookies, even though the website says otherwise. Then I email to find the status and no one emails back. I have no more cookies left. They have completely screwed me. The lady was extremely rude. I've been a loyal customer for 8yrs but that means nothing.

I bought a birthday biscuit for my dog on Friday and that night my dog was restless all night and Saturday she was burning up and her skin was red including her ears. She was rashing up in some spots. I had to give her childrens benadryl to help lower the reaction and I had to cool her down. Don't know what all they put in the ccookies, but when I see a review of someone who worked their and will never give their fur baby those treats that alone is enough to say they're a bad company.

I have purchased these a number of times because my dogs seem to like them, however, they consistently get tummy aches afterwards and I’ve found bugs in them one too many times. Not worth it.

These treats are hard for my pup to munch on and the “yogurt” is really waxy, definitely doesn’t seem healthy for a pup to be eating.
