DO NOT BUY HERE!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Technician Jonathon D did 172 point inspection before I bought my $60,000 truck and he found there was 7MM on the rear brake pads. After driving for 4,000 miles, a bad noise started to come from the brakes. I took it to a local GM dealership and I have 0 MM left on my brakes= $2600 job that is not covered. Frank hung up on my 2 times today and even accused me of switching the brakes off the truck.

STAY AWAY!!! I have a $2600 surprise that was missed before I purchased a $60,000 truck- a few weeks after I bought the truck, I started having issues. They are 0 help. I’d ride in a Uber the rest of my life before I volunteered to deal with Frank again.

BEWARE OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! 7 or 8 prices quoted for repair that took them almost a month to complete. What kind of Mickey Mouse operation are they running??!!Doesn’t put the customer first. Doesn’t honor their word. Did not keep us updated. Didn’t offer any assistance in resolving the problem. Didn’t offer us a loaner vehicle. Very unprofessional behavior from Robert in the Service Department to Mell the Service Department Supervisor.You would be better off taking your vehicle to a mom and pop for repairs and service. Clearly the way Holly Chevrolet is ran is not customer oriented and they don’t care about you as a customer.

I have lost count of the number of cars I have bought but Holly Chevrolet was the easiest and best auto dealer I have ever traded with. I can't say enough good things about Allison (finance), Joe (sales person I dealt with) and Frank (sales manager).Honest, fair and no high pressure. Exactly the kind of dealership I have been waiting for.

My wife and I were/are very impressed with the complete experience. Mike & Dana are the BEST! We could not be more happy how we were treated from beginning to end. One of our best if not the best & easiest purchases of a new vehicle. Totally professional & friendly staff. My wife even gave a plus plus on the design & clean restroom. Worth the drive & time well spent.

Brought a freinds truck to have the tcm replaced was done quick but when we picked the truck up it had no reverse and wasn't driving right brought it back and have got the run around for 2 weeks horrible service. How do you replace something and then not test drive the vehicle and let us know there's something wrong with it 1700 for what? very unhappy with the outcome

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! They had my truck for 7 weeks and I had to call them weekly just to find out what the status of my repairs were. Was put on "hold" numerous times only to hear arguing and cursing amongst the service center employees. My truck was in their shop to have the transfer case replaced. When they finally accomplished that, I picked my truck up after hours only to find that my truck was leaking oil to the point where my oil pressure bottomed out! My truck did NOT have an oil leak when I dropped it off at Holly Chevrolet. I made it to Serra Bartlett Chevrolet only to be told that my oil pan gasket was bad and my rear main seal had blown. When I contacted the service manager, Mel Criner, I was told, "we only checked what was asked of us". Good job Holly Chevrolet! I'd say you owe me $4700 but let's be real....I'll never see a dollar! I'm mad that I had to give you a star at all!

This dealership has been the best experience I have ever had! I had an appointment to get my A/C fixed and couple recalls done. Went in and dropped my truck off and about 3 hours later had a call it was ready to go!!Smooth, easy and very friendly staff!

I recently purchased a vehicle at Holly Chevrolet and had an amazing experience. After shopping around for several weeks I found my perfect vehicle. The salesman, Joe Roberts, was very friendly and made the process very easy. I was able to test drive, get financing and sign all paper work within about 2 hours. It was the best car buying experience I have had yet! I will definitely be recommending Holly Chevrolet to all my friends and family.

My sons car, a 2016 Blue Camaro, has been at this specific dealership in the past and we have had issues on how long it takes for any type of work to get done. The vehicle was dropped off on June 8th and there has yet to be any work done on the vehicle. The technician we have been dealing with, his name is Robert, always has a reason they have not worked on the car. He says that it is the warranty company but the warranty company says that they have to take the car apart first before they can come out and look at it. We have been calling at least two or three times a week and are always told that Robert is not there and he is the only one that can work on his car. Found out that he is the service person and he doesn't work on cars he assigns people to work on them. I was told 2 weeks ago that it would take up to 2 more weeks before they began to work on the vehicle because they have vehicles ahead of my sons which is absurd since the vehicle has been there since June!! Today is September 28 and we are still having the same problems.

Anytime I contact Holly about an issue they are always quick to resolve it. If we aren't satisfied (which is rare), they aren't either, and they get back to work and make sure we are happy with the results. They always go above and beyond to get the job done. We love everyone at the dealership!

I was told to drop my car off on Tues and they would work me in. I called Tues nothing had been done.. I was told it would be looked at on Wed. I called Wed nothing had been done. I was told on Thurs afternoon it would be looked at and someone would call me back by Robert. I went to the shop on Friday and my car was still sitting outside.. So I took it to Jim Keras and they got right on it. If Holly couldn't get to my car timely all they had to do is be honest and upfront about it. They didn't care about my time nor me as a customer. I will never use there service center again.

Wonderful experience! Have never enjoyed the car-purchasing experience until now. Mike was a pleasure to work with and the dealership was as well. Highly recommend them to anyone in the Memphis area. Well worth the drive over. Will definitely shop there again.

Holly Chevrolet is definitely my go to for service on my Malibu. I’ve been to three other Chevy dealers for service and they are by far the best. Jack is awesome and really takes the time to make sure you get the best service, as well as Robert. They definitely take the extra steps to make sure their customers are happy. I feel like they’re always honest and fair with pricing also.

Terrible at communicating. I brought in my car to be fixed around the end of August. They said my car would be done around noon 10/18. It wasn’t ready that day. Called the next day and it’s still not ready. Today no one has reached out or given any information. You would think there would be some type of communication especially for the amount of money that is going into this job.Finally got the car back and it was still not working .

My previous experiences with dealerships have been very stressful due to HIGH pressure sales tactics, ambiguous answers to questions, and feeling like I am being ripped off.At Holly, I expected the same, but was extremely surprised at how fluid the process was. I never felt pressured or like I was being swindled. It was an extremely fair price (due to GM cash incentives) and the staff were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. My salesman, Brandon, stayed until well past closing to accommodate my work schedule when taking delivery of my vehicle and didn't make me feel rushed but rather made sure I was satisfied with the answers to all my questions.

My wife and I were traveling through Arkansas from Texas when our Air conditioner quit working. We called ahead to the Holly Chevrolet service department, a shot in the dark and they told us to come on in. They worked hard and had the AC repaired in a few hours because they knew we were on vacation. Robert and Mel and their tech staff showed a great deal of experience and caring to help get us back on the road. Thanks to y'all again for your hard work.

Well I was in the market to purchase another car so because of our first awesome experience at Holly Chevrolet we went back to look there again. Much to our pleasure they had another Subaru Outback! Well we used the same sales person, Joe, as last time and purchased another car from them. They asked me if I wanted an extended warranty it covered bumper to bumper. so I asked them several times if it was bumper to bumper even in front of the finance person and once again they assured me bumper to bumper so we took out the extended warranty. But first things first, they also told me that this 2015 Subaru Outback 3.6R Limited was equipped with all the eyesight features, which I found out after the fact that no it did not, the eyesight starts with the 2017 models, lie #1! Then after signing all the papers and drove off the lot headed to my house in Marion I did not even get half the way home when sensors started lighting up, drove back to Holly Chevrolet and my salesman Joe took it to the back and then brought it back in just a few saying that they had just overfilled the gas tank and everything was ok. Well half way home again and the sensors came back on, took back again. This time they took me to the service Dept manager who took a piece of equipment and reset the sensors and told me that they would most likely come back on and that it was safe to drive and to drive it for a month until my extended warranty would be activated then take to my mechanic or a Subaru dealership to fix the sensors because they were not equipped to work on Subaru's. I did as they instructed me to do and when I took into my mechanic he followed the guidelines of my bumper to bumper extended warrant just to be told that no the sensors were not covered, lie #2! so I called Holy Chevrolet and told them that it was not a bumper to bumper warranty as that they repeatedly said it was, so I wanted them to pay half the bill and the persons I needed to talk to of course were not in so they were to call me back ASAP, Lie #3! No one ever called so we just paid the bill and dropped the subject. now another sensor has gone out and of course it is not covered by my bumper to bumper extended warranty! Needless to say this will be the last vehicle I will purchase from Holy Chevrolet and would advise anyone else to get the words in writing whatever they tell you before signing papers. Highly disappointed in my sales person and Holy Chevrolet for not honoring what their sales person says!This was the review on my first Subaru Outback bought from Holy ChevroletWe bought a used Subaru Outback there, they are friendly and helpful and not pushy at all. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

Took car there after breaking down in Marion. We live in another city. Had them diagnose it and give an estimate to fix. Their estimate was 3000.00. We had it picked up and towed home. Took it to another mechanic in hometown. Cost 275.00 to fix. They probably are great at selling cars but might get second opinion before getting car repaired there!

Thanks for these reviews! It has helped us make an educated decision. I was against going local, but my husband pressed the issue, because we are needing a head gasket replaced on our 2007 Chevy Uplander. We're going to Holly as soon as we can to get an estimate. I love, love, love my van and I hope and pray they will do good by us. It's even better that they are local for me!!! I will be sure to give an honest review as soon as we get the repairs done on our Uplander (Blueberry). She's been so good to me!

My 80-year old father was driving through Arkansas when his Avalanche died on the highway. He had it towed to Holly Chevrolet. They determined that the vehicle needed a new rear end and told my dad it would be at least the next day before they could get to it. My dad checked into a hotel, as he was stuck in Arkansas. The next morning, nobody was answering the phone at the dealership, so my dad had the hotel staff take him to the dealership to find out the status of his vehicle. While he waited, the truck was lowered from the service rack and test-driven more than once but still wasn't driving correctly. They asked my dad if he could make it back to Texas with the car driving the way it was and charged him $2400. When he got home, he took the car to his regular dealership, and they immediately informed him that the wrong part had been installed on the avalanche. My dad called Mel at Holly Chevrolet and told him that they had installed the wrong part and requested a partial refund. Mel told him that he had informed my dad what part they were going to put into his vehicle and that he would not give him any of his money back. My dad is not a mechanic and was trusting the dealership to give him the correct part, and even if he had questioned the part, they refused to answer the phone and had already put the part in by the time my dad got there. These people took advantage of an old man on a fixed income who was stranded out of state. I wish I could give them negative stars.

We just bought a 2015 Chevy Malibu from Holly Chevrolet. The experience was great. No one tried to pressure us at all. Everyone that we dealt with was extremely nice and helpful. Joe Roberts really helped us by letting us drive several of their cars without any hesitation. We have been with Holly Chevrolet prior to this with a 2006 Cobalt and have always been treated fairly and especially very nice and friendly. I feel that they have been the most honest car dealership we have ever been to. We have also had a very good experience with our Cobalt and hope the Malibu does just as well. Too bad Google doesn't offer zero or negative stars. My truck broke down in Marion, had it towed to Holly. They had it for over two weeks, I picked it up on a Saturday afternoon (which was a debacle in itself because Robert said they couldn't take a payment over the phone because I would not be able to get there before they closed at noon - C'MON MAN, IT'S 2019!) and made it 40 miles to Forrest City (I was going to Little Rock) and it quit on me again, doing the same thing it did when I got stranded the first time. I spoke to the service department the day after leaving the vehicle with them and explicitly told them to drive it some to make sure this wasn't an intermittent issue. I also told them to fix anything they found wrong with the truck. They had PLENTY of time to actually figure out what was wrong, fix that and then some. Apparently their diagnostic and troubleshooting skills are severely lacking. Ended up having to pay tow truck $550 to get my truck home and ended up fixing it myself. I wouldn't trust these people to put air in my tires. And before the owner posts some bs about me never being at their facility, I have an invoice for them re-programming my TCM which wasn't even the actual problem.

Yesterday I had an 8:30 appointment to have my truck serviced. I got there a few minutes early, checked it in at the service department, came back at 1:00 (4 1/2 hours later) and it had not been touched. I collected my keys and left. Won’t happen again.
