This place is a joke! I get it teenage kids run these places, but the kids in Manilla must be a little slow, at least the ones they hire here. I've been several times hoping to get a better experience but nope. Food is always wrong or made wrong and what a mess ,food falling out of wrapping, greese soaked bags, and milkshakes that aren't blended enough. I had one that was full of powder and it was disgusting. 👎👎come on guys have a little pride in your work. Maybe the owner should train better. Everyone I know says pretty much the same thing, always something wrong with something at this Sonic.

For one thing y'all don't give out rewards like other places does and when y'all do it's only once in a blue moon. And your chicken strips sandwich is not on the app so I have to order separate and that takes a lot of time. And most of the time the order takes forever when ordering on the app when it's called order ahead and skip the wait well that's funny.

I'm giving 3 stars because the food itself is great. It's just the waiting time is ridiculously long. I get a 30 minute lunch break and I will place my order online first and still be almost late coming back because they take so long. I do understand being short staffed, trust me when I say I DO get that but hire new people on or something.

Update V2: nothing has changed with the stalls.It's 9am and I had an order ahead order that I've now had to send back 2 drinks and 2 burgers because the burgers were wrong and the drinks were horrible. And as I was typing this out I got my drinks back and had to Immediately send them back.Turns out they were not screwing the sprites all the way into the machine.This is what I mean by its 50/50 when eating here lolUpdate: half the order stalls are out of order so it's hard to order ahead on the app and actually find a place to check-in at during certain time of day.as service goes it's 50/50 at best. sometimes they get your order right. sometimes they seem to not care and just throw whatever they can on to get your order out fast as possible. their drinks as far as sodas, are always flat and it seems they do it on purpose to move old product like it's company policy. their slushes are all starting to taste the same like they don't clean their machines. So eat at sonic at your own risk and ALWAYS check your food before leaving!

The restaurant has really gone down hill. The burgers are almost always dry now, the prices are high and the service is crazy slow. I pull in the lot this morning at 7:01 only 2 other cars on the entire lot. I was in a hurry and ordered something small, 2 junior breakfast burritos. I waited on my order as 3 other cars pulled in, parked and were served ahead of me. I understand some people use the app to order ahead. At about 7:06 someone came out and asked what I ordered! At about 7:10 we finally received out food and were able to leave. Almost 10 minds for 2 junior breakfast burritos, with no one else there! That's ridiculous.

The service was terrible. We pulled up to order and it took them 4 times to take our order. We finally received our order to not be what we had ordered. Our tots and fries were cooked in old oil and were nasty. We had to send our burgers back then we’re scared to eat them because not sure if they had spit on our food. They brought it out again and was still wrong. It’s a cheeseburger with mustard onion and cheese. How difficult is this order? I will never be back at this sonic again!!

Food cold again. Maybe the down part of not using their app is it’s still going to be cold. Ordered for 3. Not asked if ketchup was needed. Napkins 7. Do you still have drink trays ? and if not offered I will now keep the tips. Not sonic standards I am used to.

I love my Sonic. The employees know me bcz I'm there daily.However it takes a very long time to get your order. I use my app. Wait 30 minutes before going & after I check in I still have to wait 15-20 minutes. That's the only con about Sonic.

I’ve yet to go to this Sonic that something isn’t wrong… I contribute part of that to their speaker system, as it seems the workers have trouble hearing many orders (we’ve tried different stalls and I hear other customers struggling to convey their orders as well). It’s frustrating to have to multiple orders to get what you originally ordered the first time…

This is the absolute worst Sonic in the state. Just last week alone the were closed at 9:30 on a Tuesday, was told they weren’t taking orders at the moment and was just told that again just now and the parking lot was full of people. They absolutely never one time in the 7 years I’ve been here got an order right!!

Alyssa my carhop couldn't be bothered with my two Cokes. I ordered at 5:11 pm and at 5:22 as other cars who came in behind me were pulling away with cooked food orders , I tried to wave Alyssa down. She made eye contact, smirked and flounced off. I immediately pushed the magic button and inquired about my two cokes. At 5:26;pm this rude young lady all but threw my chores at me and was horrible. I called to talk to the manager, but quelle surprise, no one answered. This has got to stop. The service here isn't like it was. And obviously neither is the management.

I ordered what I thought was easy and straightforward order to understand.It was a French Vanilla Cold Brew coffee with some extra vanilla ice cream added in. Instead of my order I got a mix of chocolate ice cream, oreo pieces, coffee and ice that was watery and disgusting! I am very upset!! That was a complete waste of my money that was just thrown away.

It was National Daughter's Day, so I took my mini me for her favorite slushy Blue Raspberry & we split 2 for $5 quarter pounders. Only down fall SOOOOOOOO much mustard was put in them 🤢

I do not care for cheese on my burgers, kinda makes me queasy! I ALWAYS state that I want NO CHEESE on my burger but at least 9 times out of 10 it has cheese on it. If you send it back it is returned cold and you can tell they just scraped the cheese off!!! For instance, last night, I ordered a No.1 burger with NO CHEESE ( I repeated No Cheese at least 3 times) with chili and onion only. I added onion rings and an unsweet tea. I got a burger with lots of cheese, maybe a small spoon of chili and literally 5 pieces of chopped onion, cold onion rings and a sweet tea! I just ate what I could...about 3 or 4 bites of burger, one onion ring and two sips of the tea. What a waste of my money! Came home and ate a sandwich!!!!

I swear this place can’t have more than a 10% order accuracy rate, you have to check your order EVERY SINGLE TIME! Tonight they forgot a milk shake, forgot the sauce specifically asked for and tots instead of fries. If there was another fast food here I would never give them money again.
