I've been a customer of this facility since they opened in the area. I have ALWAYS received great service & professionalism from the Mechanics & staff with each and every visit. Prices are great, products are top-notch! The Mechanics answer any & all questions asked. They NEVER perform any work that has not been previously discussed or authorized without permission. I always have a clear understanding of what has been accomplished prior to leaving, and they always ensure I am aware of any mechanical issues currently going on with my truck. Best shop I've ever used!

Brought my car here to have the cabin filter changed. I didn't know my car doesn't have a cabin filter. They cut a hole in my car to put a cabin filter in and then charged me for it without telling me they cut a hole in it. I took my car to Bob Roger's in Paris for other work to be done and they told me about the hole that was cut. I am infuriated with the dishonesty of this company.

These guys are the best. They were all friendly and most accommodating. The fastest tire guys I ever encountered. We were all joking that it would take me longer to pay for my tires than it would take them to put them on. That was almost the case. Highly recommend these guys. I left there feeling good.

Have used them many times and they have always had fast service, quality tire, and services. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a decent variety of options in New tires. Not to many used ones though. I have pulled in there on more than one occasion with a tire almost on the rim and they have always jumped right on it and got me out the door

Had a nail in my tire. Had it fixed. Well they didn't check anything else on the tire. Just where they were showed. Had to put air in the same tire valve stem was bad.and leaking.

Quickest tire service I have ever experienced. Got a new set. They had to order the right size we showed up the next day and they put them on mounted and balanced and we were out of there in 30 mins.

Hands down one of the very few best shops I've been to. The receptionist was friendly. And the mechanics came in and explained everything that needed done. Highly recommend this shop! These guys and gal are AWESOME!
