Love that there is a Walgreens in the neighborhood but my gosh fix all the issues. I stopped using the pharmacy here. Constantly out of whatever prescription I needed. The wait is atrocious at 5p just not staffed like it should be. Waits are long. 1 cashier at the front almost consistently with people standing in line waiting.

One of the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. There is always someone outside asking for money. The store is barely stocked with essential items. Don’t even get me started on the pharmacy. Line is always a million miles long. They never answer the phone, and don’t treat elderly people with the respect they deserve. I’m 25 and seeing what some of the people went through was not right. Waited 1 hour for a prescription they had 48 hours to fill. Moving to a local family ran pharmacy.

After being told to come back twice(drive thru) today(Pharmacy) meds still weren't ready. When asked(Tamara) to speak with a manager whom referred to as Sarah (supposedly MOD) came to the window but would not pick up the phone to listen or try to rectify the problem. They both were very UNPROFESSIONAL. This is not the first time there's been an issue with this Walgreens pharmacy but hopefully it'll be the last. Don't deserve one star but I guess you have to give something👎👎👎👎

I don't know what Walgreens corporate issues are but store use brightness in neighbor but late nothing seems well but staff can kept seem very professional. But there seems disconnected between that without customers is purpose to exist? And website, app, and stores can't processes work properly reflects corporate Walgreens lack apparently give damn about business that sad retail location great and useful but prices too high and things one needs grocery store does better job.From what experience not lack C's from staff but lack Walgreens upping retail game harder neighbor environment where small places eating Walgreens slowly but surely.Hate ask question does neither Walgreens, Kroger or amazon not do retail rough neighbor or color of much of neighborhood as don't troubles more white well off neighborhoods seems seems Walgreens since biggest and only concern in arrest that easy only easy day was yesterday.It's corporate office apparently doesn't care about this location that very sad but true.

After being on hold for over an hour & visiting the pharmacy several times, I was finally connected to pharmacy & then hung up on, as it was exactly at 1:30, which is the time the leave for lunch break. I immediately called back after being hung up on to be informed they were closed until 2:30. This was a big inconvenience, considering the medication we have been trying to have refilled is still processing & they have been completely unhelpful to us, the medication in questioning is very important & it has been over 5 days. The call I was placing may have taken 5 mins at most but instead of continuing the call the staff hung up on me because their lunch time is more important than the customers who have been waiting on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. They clearly do not take pride in their positions & need to reevaluate their chosen staff members. I will be filing a complaint with the state board of pharmacies. This was just absolutely pathetic & selfish. They do not even deserve 1 star.

Pharmacy is hands down the worst in Little Rock. Slow, rude, and have the worst hours. Recently they changed their pharmacy hours to 10a-6p. How are people who work supposed to pickup their prescriptions? If you wait at the drive-thru, at 6pm on the dot they will close and refuse to help those who have been waiting. Never answer the phone. Send you notifications saying your prescriptions are ready when they really aren’t. The list goes on and on.

Never have I ever experienced blatant medical related LGBTQ+ discrimination until I tried to use this pharmacy. This pharmacy keeps canceling my prescription orders for anything related to my gender affirmation regimen and simply puts a note to call the pharmacy yet they NEVER answer the phone. No explanation is ever given as to why my orders are cancelled and if you go inside to speak to the staff, they will completely ignore you. I honestly don’t know how this location is still open with how many people I know that have had horrible experiences.

Worst Walgreens EVER. The level of disinterest and lack of helpfulness by the staff is appalling. The store is constantly out of EVERYTHING. The freezer compartments practically empty. Pharmacy staff is just as bad.

I used to work here in 2019 and early 2020 when Antoinette was still the manager, and the standard I was held to is not even slightly happening now. The store is not well kept, well managed, or well staffed. A poor excuse of a retail environment. There’s an issue with filling a prescription every time I come in. Please take your business somewhere else. I am so offended that the store I tried to help run better has sunk this low.

This is my neighborhood Walgreens! They ALWAYS greet the door. The staff between 12pm-close is always nice, helpful and patient. Having a staff that is diverse and helpful to customers AND each other is key. Thanks for working during this pandemic and providing great service.

I asked for a specific vitamin and I was told "here are all the vitamins right here" NO help whatsoever...I don't care about the situation... I WILL NEVER GO BACK....

The pharmacy hours are horrible, Google stated they are open on sundays but I’m sitting here waiting on Monday…. Very misleading

Had an APPOINMENT to get covid tested and get there and they tell me they don't have any rapid test and id have to make a separate appointment for the other test. The only notification i got was a reminder of my appointment.

Called to ask about getting a passport photo taken and the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me mid sentence while I was inquiring about making a appointment. Screw this place.

They have been shutting down early because of staffing issues causing me to go two days without getting my medicine I'm supposed to take everyday or I hey very sick
