It was a sort of good experience. Using the pet baths was a not so good experience but that's not the workers fault. I know it's supposed to be the normal police for people to clean up after themselves. But I would appreciate it if they would consider someone to be assigned to clean it at the end of the day. The floor in their was so wet it was very hard for me to dry my dogs and clean them up. I had to go out of my way to try and dry up the floor almost tripping on myself. Otherwise it was good workmanship from the staff and needs stuff on the isles listing what's on which isle.

I've been to this location 9 times now over the past year and get turned away to get propane! They never have someone certified to get you propane filled or the certified person "just left".... Its a waste of my time and gas!!!! Call these idiots before you go to get propane filled!

I went to rent a day use trailer and they did not have any working trailers, they were all in need of repair and have been for a long time according to store employees and they stated all the surrounding stores did not have working trailers either.

I went for 1 specific item that was listed in stock online at Benton location. However, it in fact was not in stock. But everyone I interacted with was super nice! And the store was well organized.

The VULTURES you have to FIGHT to get passed on your way IN ANDDD OUT of the store is VERY unprofessional and inconvenient. Not only do they AGGRESSIVELY push for donations, even AFTER telling them No, but will Actually get between you and the door or your vehicle. If all that isn’t bad enough I was on a phone call with my child’s school ( the superintendent) no less and was RUDELY YELLED DOWN after making a point to TRY to avoid them, then a simple shake of the head didn’t dissuade them but I had to vocaliz I CANNOT GIVE AGAIN!! It’s worse than the junkies on EVERY CORNER AND STREET LIGHT!!!

Two of the happy campers that visited Tractor Supply today. Love going there because I can take the dogs. Even though it is a chain, it is the perfect size to visit. It is not overwhelming. Staff and customers love seeing the dogs and are always respectful. Staff is always helpful - and I don't have to go find them . Plus they always seem willing to help instead of being frustrated about having to work with a customer.

Not quite sure how this store is even ran. Came to get propane, raining and wouldn’t fill it… came again, no one on site who was allowed… What? How is that a thing? Thought third trip is a charm before we can’t cook anymore, they walked away from us with two little bottles to go open the gate for a truck with a giant tank on it’s trailer to fill. Customer service is a lost art.

Knowledgeable staff. A good place to find things which big box stores don't have. I am miffed that TSC SHERWOOD must think Sherwood is part of North Little Rock. Sherwood is a separate city in which TSC sits.

I appreciate the security given to my order. I only had a 50 pound bag of chicken feed. I sent my son in to get it. I didn't list his as an alternative to pick up the order, so they called me on the phone to confirm I had actually send him to get the order. They were quick and friendly.

This is the place for finding unusual things to give as gifts. They also have the usual tools and feed for most animals, from dogs and birds to pigs and bigger animals like horses and cows. They are very helpful and despite the fact that they are a Bubba Store, I absolutely love this place and have confidence in the advice that they have have given me in the past. Try them out and I'm sure that you will be pleased.

Make sure to check your merchandise and ticket before you leave the store. They sale bags with almost half the content or charge you twice on the most expensive thing that you buy. Didn't happen once or twice, it seems like a common practice and if you call the store afterwards, very gently they'll tell you they don't care and wish you better luck next time.

Being a tool freak, I always enjoy going to TSC. They carry a wide variety of tools for the home and farm. The selection of dog food there is incredible! They carry everything from clothing to lawn tractors. The employees are always attentive and polite. The atmosphere is similar to a hardware store which I've always loved. I don't go there for the architectural design of the building but I do for the tools and the diverse selection. Great prices and sales are a bonus.

I like this place. The employees a very friendly. Most are very helpful. The cheapest place to buy my mower belt too! Which I have to pick up one today. Some things need to be cheaper. But I would use it up in gas going to Little Rock, I would not be saving any way.

Just got off the phone with a store associate by the name of Jerry. I called asking if they carried a specific western wear shirt for a family members funeral. Jerry went above and beyond by walking over to the clothes rack and looking through the inventory in an attempt to help me. Most retail shops would tell the customer to come in and look but Jerry went above and beyond to help me out. Idk what Tractor Supply is paying you Jerry but it’s not enough. Thank you.

I went in to buy a couple of pairs of lined bibs for my husband, but was informed that they already packed away their winter stock and already had out the spring clothing....mid January. I was a bit surprised that they stopped selling winter clothes in winter.

I just go here to buy salt for the water softener. I rarely do anything else at Tractor Supply. There's some good quality merchandise, though sometimes it is handled a bit less carefully then it should be. I've gotten salt that was stuck together from being left in the rain a few times.

Based on multiple visits, not the place to use the online shopping, in-store pick-up feature if you're trying to save time...better off just going in and buying your items regularly. Understaffed in the afternoon.

It would have been a lot more convenient and less difficult if their card reader at the propane filling station was operational but unfortunately they need tech help to reboot it or something but it's a total hassle to have to carry your propane to your car and then drive and park and then go inside and pay for it
