Downloaded app and ordered. . . . The sandwich was delivered promptly and was even still warm, but there were NO toppings? Just meat, cheese, mustard and bread.... Receipt shows correct customization, so someone didn't read it. Also, chocolate croissant is missing. So while the sandwich is nice, the whole experience isn't worth the $20 I paid.

Disappointing. Next time I’m in this area I’ll definitely go to Newk’s instead - especially since they have a kids eat for 99 cents offer.Negatives:I walk in and the cashier tells me, ‘Breakfast is over.’ It would have been nice if she would have said something like, ‘Hi, welcome.’I ordered a coffee and had to wait about 30 minutes to actually get coffee because both hazelnut AND dark roast were unavailable. The staff didn’t know their dark roast was empty nor that their half and half was empty. This experience made me think, ‘Maybe this is how Panera makes money on the Sip Club. They just don’t have coffee brewed when you show up?’The guy in the kitchen handed me my plates of food but forgot to give me my coffee cup. I’m glad I remembered. I ordered online.I asked the cashier if any soups are gluten free. She looked puzzled and got the help of a coworker who seems more confident. I doubted his word and just looked at the Panera website and confirmed for them.Positives:Food was tasty and order accurate.

The girl that took my order was rude and complacent. She said nothing when I asked a question and handed me the square buzzer for notification for my order and ignored me completely. Then she kind of threw a receipt at me. Apparently she doesn’t like white folks. The lady that was mopping the floors was nicer than she was and the fellow that handed me my order actually was courteous and asked how I was. I replied with how are you and thanked him for handling me my order. I think I’ll take a hard pass on returning to this establishment in the future

I had no idea how affordable Panera bread was! I’ve been missing out on their delicious vegan bagels for years and didn’t even know it! The staff at this location is wonderfully welcoming and cordially accommodating. I’ve been able to purchase avocado slices for my bagels which is always filling and a great plant-based option. I’ve asked for milk and they were happy to substitute almond milk for regular cows milk. This is a lovely location, thank you for being so hospitable!

TLDR: If you like Panera, that's fine, I do too, but don't go to this one.I enjoy Panera's food a lot. I have no problem with the food here. My problem is how unorganized the people are here. I heard multiple times "We need to make a system this is just not working" and it's only 8 am in the morning. I've been here I think twice now and it's always like this. Mind you this is my first review and I'm 19 so I don't even care about it that much but come on man I just want my food without standing here listening to them yell at each other for 35 minutes. The poor girl next to me only ordered two pumpkin muffins and literally only got one, and it probably took her an extra 10 minutes to figure all of that out. this was after she waited probably 20 minutes as well. If you like Panera, that's fine, but don't go to this one.

I’m only a fan of their Baked potato soup and once I placed my order and sat down I was notified that that item was not available but instead of offering a refund they made me pick something else. I wasn’t very pleased with that at all but they were being very kind to me. Once I chose something else they brought it to my table rather quickly which was very much appreciated. In my opinion the sandwich I ordered was very bland and the bacon was very very hard. My experience here wasn’t rather bad but the food sort of was. I won’t be coming back here again personally BUT I will recommend this establishment to others due to the fact that the service was good and efficient.

It use to be my favorite Panera bread but now I’d rather drive to McCain just to have good food and a cold drink even my grilled cheese was burnt they remade it but not the soup so I had cold soup and a warm sandwich. Unlimited Sips is useless if they are always out of lemonades or green tea then when they do have them made the drinks are so warm you have to put a ton of ice in cup. Short black manager didn’t handle my order very well and I’m not pleased at all

I normally pick up my orders from the Kanis location bc I live closer but today, I stopped at this location and the staff irritated me.Because I normally order my food through drive thru, I didn’t know for this location, you are suppose to walk to the other side of the lobby for to go orders online.I stood in the lobby for ten minutes in an invisible line while the night shift manager, a cashier, and a cook have casual conversations and laughing. No one acknowledged my presence to see if I needed to order and or have an online order. You would have thought I was invisible to them.I work in service so I immediately because irritated bc in my mind, I’m asking myself how could staff intentionally ignore a customer?!I should have followed my first mind and gone to Tropical Smoothie across the parking lot but at least I know next time, stay away from this location.

Ashley, General Store Manger is the RUDEST person I’ve ever met. Cut me off halfway of me talking. We came to the IPAD and I saw a bagel on the wall I wanted but it said sold out on the IPAD. We stood at the front while she ignored us for 5 minutes before I asked about it. She then acted like a bother the entire time taking our order. She was very rude. Another customer had the same experience behind me with her as well.

Stay away! Deceptive pricing with the Pick 2. Instead of saying 1/2 salad or sandwich, they put Pick 2 and then charge you for the other item. Ended up spending $53 on 1/2 salad and soup, 1/2 sandwich and a side and a regular sandwich. When we realized what we were charged for, we asked to cancel items and were told it was too late to cancel. 45 minutes before we got our food and it was bland. Diet Pepsi was flat, soup tasted canned and the sandwiches were tasteless. My son’s Mac and cheese had some uncooked pieces of pasta in it. Never, ever again!!! Overpriced food for mediocre/bad food, unclean dining room (there was a dog- not a service dog, on the bench next to our, licking the table.) I’ve liked Panera in the past but never again.

I would go to this Panera is they ever had Soufflés in stock. How are you sold out of all three Soufflé types at 7 AM on a weekday? If you keep selling out, it means you have unmet demand and could make more profit if the manager would just do their job and increase the store’s supply.

Went to this Panera location for the first time this morning. Met with a friend for business. It was such a pleasant experience. The staff were so nice and helpful. The young woman raking leaves out in front, the one at the front who helped me with my drink order, the one on the cooking line when I asked about WIFI, and especially Mr. Aaron who provided unsolicited/unasked for service and was so super nice and accommodating! Love him! He made my day!!

The only thing this location truly needs is a drive-thru. Otherwise, it's usually a pretty good experience if bistro/café type salads, soups, and pastries are what you're looking for.Vegetarian options: I don't usually look for vegetarian options but I believe there are vegetarian dishes on the menu.Parking: Parking can be tight but there is usually plenty available.Kid-friendliness: If needed, there is a kid-friendly menu, high chairs, and space for movement with bags plus children.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access.
