I walked to the restroom which had a sign talking about its promise to be clean for the public. It was locked which isn’t uncommon but when I went to the front to ask for the key the lady at the cash register was horribly rude and just said “the restroom is not open to the public” she was waking away when she was speaking and was extremely dismissive. When I repeated what she said to make sure I heard her correctly she said “ that’s what I said” and waved me off. I decided to go ahead and just set down my snacks and go fill my tank somewhere else. It’s one thing to say no it is another to talk down to someone when your signs clearly make it seem like it is a public restroom.

The absolute WORST store of any kind in this city. The employees, if you can call them that, are the rudest bunch of idiots anywhere. After treating my son like a STRAY DOG, they kicked him OUT for NOTHING. I have contacted corp and they should be fired. Never go there if you can avoid it. It needs shut down.

Rude service from employees dirty floors seen a roach by the coffee machine in seen a few code violations tried to call corporate didn't get a answer I wouldn't sit a purse or backpack down wouldnt want to take any critters home with you makes me think 🤔 if there work ethic is strong enough to clean out the coffee filter everday could me cockroach lava all over that store smh it was a a afican American bull dik or bulldighter what ever you call them she needs help getting fired

The restroom said out of order, they let my husband have a key... But when I went in, they said it was out of order and just stared at me point blank. I wasn't going to argue, I just wanted away from this area, asap.

This place at Daisy Bates and Main, little Rock is horrendous. You can never count on it being open. The employees are the rudest people i have EVER seen, and I've seen a lot. The worker on Jan 22nd 2022 threw a FIT and Yelled at my hearing impaired son. For a bunch of people who feel discriminated against they sure don't mind discriminating against my son, adisabled young man. They are the rudest undependable bunch I've seen. FIX IT.

I went for a soda today after school and when I was already at the register the cashier ordered me to leave my backpack at the entrance door. I was already at the register ready to pay, and he wanted to leave my property unattended, and 1 foot from the street. He did not ask any women to do the same.I asked him if I could leave my backpack on a safer location. Anywhere that is not basically on the street. With him, on the opposite wall to the entrance, behind the register, etc. Anywhere else.Just asking him made him burst in anger and instantly threaten to kick me out of the store. He rushed at me from behind the register and kept threatening from an unnecessarily close distance (I wasn't even holding the soda at this point). I thought he was going to lay hands on me and asked him to calm down. He didn't but atleast he stopped being so close and gave me a chance to leave.I will be boycotting E-Z Mart and all GPM Investments to everyone I know from now on.The nice cashiers they had seem to be gone. They seem to have been replaced by an antisocial and belligerent 60 year old black man

Usually go get my cigarettes and beer for Sunday football every Saturday night and they are always friendly. I appreciate good customer service at restaurants, movie theaters, etc...and at my usual stop by the convenience store.

The African American male that works overnight is rude and quite unfriendly. I merely asked to purchase two empty cups. He gave me a bad attitude,negative comments and a terrible experience. If he can’t be customer friendly then he may need to jump ship. Def won’t be back.

High prices. service isn't great either. Sometimes closed at night for stocking, sometimes like another said restricted to ordering thru little window at night. But mainly the prices, jeez, I came away feeling so gouged. Crappy place to charge so high. Next time I'll drive as far as I have to n get somewhere decent.

Its open 24hrs but at some point (fairly early) they lock the doors and you have to order through a little window. Not the greatest area. Lotsa homeless people around.
