Did not have very much out, lots of bare shelves and the freezers were empty as well as most of the drink coolers. The one bright spot was the cashier. She was quick and smiling. Very nice individual.

I'm not a dollar store shopper to begin with so I walked in here with my husband for a dollar snack. We couldn't even shop because the cashier was following us around watching us. Then we noticed she had the stocker stop doing their job to follow us too! He grabbed something quick and we went to checkout and.the same cashier was finishing up with the person in front of us acting very friendly and when when our turn came...she only grunted at us when my husband said thank you.ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY WE LOOKED LIKE SHOPLIFTERS! OR WAS IT BECAUSE OUR SKIN WASNT DARK?? WE HAD OUR WORK CLOTHES ON SO WE WERENT DRESSED UP, BUT SERIOUSLY??!! I HOPE IT WAS BECAUSE WE LOOKED LIKE HARD WORKING 'BUMS' AND NOT THE COLOR.OF OUR SKIN... REGARDLESS...SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND ALL THE OTHER WORKERS SEEMED SORRY FOR US WHEN WE COMPLAINED AS WE EXITED THE STORE. IS THIS AN ONGOING THING? THAT SHE MAKES THE OTHERS WAYCH CUSTOMERS THAT DONT EVEN ACT LIKE THEY ARE SHOPLIFTERS?I DONT EVEN KNOW IF THATS A THING, BUT I WILL NOT EVER STEP IN ANOTHER DOLLAR TREE AGAIN. FOR THEIR SAKE.THANKS

Even though the prices are higher many of us still shop there. When you want just a few items it's better than going to Walmart where the keep us hostage in long lines especially in Southwest LittleRock. I also saw a beautiful person pay for a child's candy so that they wood had to wait long.

Significant change with this location's staff since my last visit a month ago. Cashier had an attitude. Stock was depleted from payday weekend. One stocker out of the 3 was actually polite. They acted as though they the customers were bothering them & did not want our business. Looks like we need to find another store location.

I was attacked on the outside of the store when I ask for the manager was and if this happens all the time one of the employees that was a guy said it happens a lot. The manager never came out one guy tried to make me give him $5 the other guy tried to tell me where to park I'll never go to the Dollar tree ever again I was terrified for me and my daughter's life people need to be aware of their surroundings and if you value your life don't go to this Dollar tree and if you have to please take someone with you they can help protect you

So sad that staff has to stand outside waiting for the supervisor to make it to work to open the store. It’s 12:23PM. This location used to be one of the best ones.

I went in to do an exchange on a phone case and a package of cell batteries I bought from a different location. First, the cashier told me they could not do it because the batteries were not on the receipt. I showed her where they were on the receipt and she acted like I was lying. I went to get my exchange and brought back scissors and a notebook. She said she could not get the items I brought back to scan. She called a manager and they manager said they did not do exchanges if it did not come from there store. I called two other stores to check, and that is false. They do exchange if you have a receipt, which I did. She then went to say that she could not exchange it because she, “did not know if it was stolen or what.” I heard her and as I was leaving let her know I did not steal it because I had my receipt in my hand with me. I will not go back. It is not my fault your store is unmanaged and you lost your manager last Friday. The two that were there today are very rude and my experience was terrible. I will be going to one of the other two Dollar Tree stores I called today to exchange my items.

Nice employees. Service is slow. They will have a hundred people in the store and only 1 cashier plus 5 people walking around pretending to stock. Shelves always empty

Employees at the Bryant Dollar Tree were ask about Chrisrmas items. They said the items were In the back store room but they didn't have time to get them out. There Christmas stock on the shelves is smaller than the Markham Street location.

We stood in line waited 30 minutes to be checked out. The cashier called for help from management but Ricky never came to help he stayed in the back of store. Another employee coming on shift clocked in and started checking people out. They also were not well stocked with merchandise.
