Staff was very helpful, attentive, and friendly. We were able to get a really nice 3- piece suit, tie, and button up shirt that will look fantastic on my tall husband at an upcoming Gala. I was pleasantly surprised with their selection for big/tall men as he's usually hard to shop for. I've also never been inside a Dillard's that has multiple levels like this one does.

Prices were very high on new items I really wanted. I don't know why and wish I understood but it's probably because it's a high end store. A very nice lady was very respectful towards the LGBT picture I showed her as I was trying to use it as a reference for clothes I was looking for. it was the only one with a full body picture I had. Anyways I appreciate her being friendly and not awkward about it. She also was very understanding about what items I said I couldn't wear and tried to make sure I could find at least one set of clothes. Hopefully I can make going their a birthday gift goal

I needed a suit, Bobby took great care of me as I waited until the last minute.I bought the Armani suit and it fit like a glove. Of course with every suit comes measurements, so give yourself time.

Went to let my niece pick out a perfume she wanted. The counter attendants were a little pushy and overwhelmed us. We ended up leaving with a perfume.

Dillard's staff have always treated their customer with respect and positive confidence. I Shop at Dillard's often and one occasion in particular. I wish to share my observations. Employee "A" asked "B" if her headache had become tolerable. "much worse" was all I could gather from her reply. As if on cue a woman with a sense of entitlement that would've certainly cost my job began explaining an apparent horrible indignation. For 15 minutes this terrible customer went on. I watched the young lady with the terrible headache remain polite and respectful on a level that bewildered me. I remained unnoticed until MY intolerance blended with anger, and I simply held up my phone as if videoing and walked up ( I can't honestly remember each word) began telling this horrid lady how awful she was and I had it all on record. This has been over a year, and I have seen the employee a few times. I just haven't deemed it appropriate to talk to her as I'm certain far too many men find a reason to. Secondly I want my home to smell like Dillard's

I liked the lady at the lacome perfumes station. She had such great and positive attitude and knew her perfumes well.. They indeed had great perfumes but this lacolme Idôle was a 🏆!!

I went Mother of the Groom dress shopping. I had to get a long dress, navy or black. It was a success. I needed a size smaller on the one I picked and am having it shipped to the store for pick-up. Great salesperson, Angie, helped me through the whole process. She was great. The Dillard's in Little Rock has an alteration dept if I need alterations too.It was $250.

I was in and out of the Men's Department in no time. I was looking for any Callaway golf polo's possibly on clearance but there were none. Either way, I did need some socks. I was helped by Bobby and he was very friendly and courteous. I love Dillard's and their clothing lines as it's always very upscale. This is a much better location than in Memphis and I hope to return to this one soon. Thank you for taking care of my shopping needs, Bobby. Thank you, Dillard's and best of luck.

Went to buy a formal dress for a holiday party coming up. The young lady helping us was phenomenal. She took the dresses I wanted to try on into fitting room for me. Always right there to help. Always had a smile on her face. Just a pleasant experience.

Maybe it's the COVID19 social distancing thing that limited the sales clerk, but I was shopping, accumulated several clothing items and never even received a hello -- much less a "how can I help you" while my arms are full. There was only one other customer in the area, and this sales rep was not serving anyone until they were ready to pay.When I asked if I could try on the clothes, she pointed to the dressing room and said yes. I expected more courtesy. Did she ever follow up with any questions to see if she could help me.... No.She only interacted with me when I asked for help. Sadly, she will be credited with a big sales ticket --- which had nothing to do with her.I did find some great clothing items, but I bet that I could find the same items online cheaper. I just did not have the time to search nor to wait on shipping.Beautiful clothes. Okay prices with varying ranges. Quality looks well-made. Service -- don't expect much. On the positive side, if you don't want anyone assisting you, it's perfect (no hovering).

What has happened to our great malls. This use to be a Wonderful department store. It has turned into just another run of the mill store. Not able to fine fashion dress clothes. Very disappointed. Thanks Amazon you are part to blame for this change.

Wasn't greeted to receive any assistance, but there were other customers around me that received attention.I did flag someone down for help, but it felt awkward having to ask for help versus being treated like everyone else.Maybe it was my tattoos or my clothes? Either way I did feel judged and I ended up not buying anything..

I went in today to grab some Clinique foaming face wash, a leather jacket for my son and to speak with the fragrance department associate. The latter two were easily accomplished. However when I went to the clinic counter and waited my turn to speak with the Clinique associate, she told me to move while I was looking for the product that I needed. After she finished serving the person before me she looked me up and down and moved on to the person that came in after me. I go to Ulta exclusively now. Which is kind of sad because the same product was half price at Ulta and I got better service there and service is what Dillard's used to be known for.

Amazing staff and managment. Everyone went above and beyond to make it possible for me to buy a young lady in need of clothes a whole new wardrobe! I cried and smiled. 5 stars just aren't enough. The smile on her face was because of the managers and staff who worked so hard to help us shop!

I really appreciate Dillards at Mc Cain mall. The sales clerks are extremely helpful and not overwhelming in their selling process. Prices are varied, dressing rooms are kept clean. Great selection of course.
