This is a very small harps and a small town. But someone named Bill helped me the first time I’ve ever been in there. And I don’t know if he’s a manager or he owns the place or just an employee, but he went over and beyond to help me. Far more help than I get in any other stores.Wasn’t sure about what I wanted and he went to the back to look for something else better for me. Most places won’t take the time to do that anymore.All I know is somebody named Bill see needs a promotion . He was busy busy the whole time I was in there. But still went beyond to help me.

Too many kid workers there who stand around a lot. The morning workers are ok. Aisles don't make much sense.

Some food on shelves was actually molded?? Like the cherry tomatoes I'm guessing they don't check things anymore.. yuk

Store was fully stocked and very clean. Purchased chicken tenders and potato wedges. Great price and tenders were extremely large. I definitely recommend the deli. Harp has $1 bags of reduced fruit and vegetables a few times a week

Love the pharmacy! One of the cashiers is pretty rude. She called out what type of transaction I was using and embarrassed me. I've also seen her in other places in her uniform being just hateful to people.

Flat out tried to lie on a price check, and I had the picture to prove it... They wouldn't take the picture I took as evidence, they had to send someone else back, so they could come back with a fake price, it was only a few cents here and there, but I have noticed them doing it recently... They are flat out stealing.

Unfortunate for them, but awesome for me. There is no crowds to fight. That alone is worth the slightly higher prices. Plus Harps isn't trying to replace people with computers. There's something to be said about human interaction.

I was in Lincoln for the apple festival and we stopped by Harps for some snacks. When we got home we realized we left a bag of groceries at the store that we paid for. We live over an hour away so running back to the store wasn't a realistic option. I called and explained the situation, and they confirmed the groceries were left at the checkout as we thought. I explained that we live far away and asked if they could just refund my card for the amount that was left. They said no, it's against their policy. So they kept the groceries and my money. Very frustrated at the lack of effort to make a customer whole.

Harps is always a friendly helpful place. Even the pharmacy is helpful with over the counter things you need & there's good gifts at a good price! If they don't have what you're looking for they'll try to order it for you. I can go on & on about how good Harps is, the best thing I can say is go in & look, you'll find what you need to buy... My opinion is you'll be glad you went t Harps!!

( We'll, ! ) Do you really want to know ? Well lets put it this way their are some wonderful people that works there I give that credit. But on the other hand there some hateful people and never can find help there when needed . And prices are very high and found roughten food in the coolers . So people double check dates , and vegetables before buying them. Out of 1 to 10. I'll say 2

Great place. But there was a chocolate milk in the back of one of the coolers and my older friend couldn't reach it. Please be sure to bring all inventory towards the front to stop issues like this from happening. Thank you! Have a great day!

For the second time in a month, the lady same cashier has shorted me one of my bags of groceries. The first time I just let it go as I didn't want to drive 30 miles back to pick it up. This time I went back in a pouring rain. I spoke to the manager to ask that they train the young lady. She Informed me that she had been there for 4 years. Harps corp needs to train the manager as well as the young lady checker.

This was a life changing experience. I got to see Dorito and Flintstone gummie in same store. This is like amazon but without the big cricket poop bags in every 1$ laptop I ordad. 4/10

Good selection at reasonable prices. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The store is always asking if we found everything. Our store also has online ordering and home delivery.

Customer service girl lied about carrying a product. Husband drove down there to get it and the excuse was that the customer service girl is new. They asked several times if I called the correct store as if we were lying. Been coming here since the store was built but I'm done shopping there....

Staff is usually nice. The produce is kind of gross. Got home and my blueberries were moldy on the bottom. They don't have good berries of any kind. There was mold on the bottoms of the pineapples. I bought some mushrooms and they were slimy and had mold at the bottom. If you prefer garbage, shop here.

Love this new Harp's store. Gas & groceries. Nice selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, bakery & deli, and a nice selection of meat in the meat department. All n all a great store. Wished Westville, Oklahoma had a new one.
