Great atmosphere and delicious homemade food. Offers a variety of menu items not usually found in your typical restaurant. If your like me and tired of the same ole same menu items I would definitely give it a try and even if your not, the farm raised bacon and homemade biscuits with house made sausage gravy is still delicious. Day or night this is the place to try. The pizza and pasta on Friday and Saturday night hit the spot also.. I have yet to be disappointed by this place.

I was visiting family in the area and heard about this place. I've lived all over the country, in several places with incredibly hip breakfast food scenes, and this place would hold its own against most any restaurant I've been to. I was uber-impressed. The service was warm and friendly and the food was fantastic - in taste and quality and display. The vibe of the restaurant was super hip as well. A really, really good gem hidden in Leslie, AR.

I went there the first day they were open and had the Western Toast , It was delicious. Loaded down with egg , bacon and avocado . The place was nicely decorated and clean. They raise there own farm animals so the meat is local so that's cool to have something locally grown.

My family and I stopped for lunch on the way to Branson. We wanted to find a unique small town spot on the way and definitely found it at the Crooked Gate Cafe. This place was perfect in every way! Great atmosphere and lunch was soooo good...definitely hit the spot.

Great brunch, fresh eggs, yummy potatoes, mild sausage. You don't have to wait for coffee or water because it's self-serve. Friendly folks. Definitely recommend.

Matt and Jamie have put a lot of thought into their restaurant. From the decor to the menu, nothing has been overlooked. I have dined with them probably 8 times and EVERY time the food has been absolutely delicious and fresh!

Dining at the Crooked Gate Cafe is a HUGE surprise for folks here in north central AR. The atmosphere is creative and home like. The owners are plesant, kind, curtious and talented. Consider yourself lucky to have found this place and the locals are blessed with having a locally grown food resturant in their back yard......the presentation of the food is just the begining....the taste and quality are beyond compare!!! We stopped here on our way back from Branson and we are glad we did. The food was great. The service was wonderful. We had several children with us and the staff brought out board games for our kids to play with while we waited.
