I get my conduit and a lot of electrical supplies from here. I've purchased some plumbing here but Lowe's seems to have a better selection of that. I believe the Romex is slightly cheaper here. Piece by piece, their switches have been cheaper!

Good hardware and project store located in south Jonesboro. Their prices are comparable and sometime cheaper than the competition in town. They carry most of the same items are the competition as well as their own brand products and proprietary merchandise too. The staff are generally friendly and helpful if you need assistance while there and getting into and out of the store is easy and quick. This is the only Home Depot in the area so if you specifically need to visit this store, it can be out of the way. Overall, not a bad shop for the items they carry.

Avoid ordering something online with the expectation of receiving it in store.I did. I received an email telling me it was in. I went to pick it up. It wasn't in.I received a later email telling me it was in. I went to pick it up. It wasn't in. Maybe on the truck in the lot. They weren't sure.I got home and the receipt online was showing picked up.Good people at my local HD, but a lousy system for ordering and shipping. And to top it off, the items in the order were on the shelf. Which I told them.I had thought an order to pick up in store would just be pulled and waiting - not in this case.Avoid ordering online

Went in to buy a table saw problem when I went to put the saw in the car did not quite fit all the way, so I go back in side and ask if I can leave the saw at the service desk area. I was told know and I would have to return it go get my truck and purchase the saw again, the lady that tells me this is vary rude. I will not use this store unless it is an absolute must canceling my home depot card and now will be doing business with Lowes.I am not the only one that has become unhappy with this store. This was our second time we bought an induction cook top we had no idea what an induction cook top was and the did not tell us we would need now pots and pans that were magnetic. These people are are rude and don't have a clue as to what they are selling.

I went to the home depot location on Parker Rd in Jonesboro AR to buy my wife a dish washer for Christmas. I picked out a 3 rack tall tub Whirlpool. I specified the one without the towel bar, to the worker. While the worker was placing the order, I asked if the one he was ordering was the one I asked for. He said it should be thats whats on the tag. I had him deliver it to my parents business to hide it from my wife, as it was her Christmas present. I also purchased the adapter kit and power cord for an additional $40-$50. It was delivered on 12/15/2023. On 12/25/2023 I picked it up from my parents and immediately saw that it was not a Whirlpool, instead it was a Samsung. I asked my dad if there were more packages because I ordered the additional parts. He told me the dishwasher was the only thing that was delivered. On 12/26/2023 I drove approximately 50 miles back to Home Depot with the dishwasher. I took it in the store and explained the order they placed for me was wrong. The woman at the service desk told me that I should have called the number on my receipt because they don't take appliances back in store. She said she would talk to the store manager for me. She returned after several minutes and told me they would take it back this time and also refund me for the parts kits that were never delivered even though i did not have proof. Additionally they would have to charge me a 10% restocking fee (approximately $90). She then walked off, I was assuming to talk to the manager again. I stood at the desk for several more minutes. I began telling a friend that was in the store what happened. A lady from appliances over heard and said she could probably help me better than the service desk. I followed her to the appliance section where she ran into an issue and waved for a coworker for assistance. That coworker was the woman from the service desk, that apparently left me standing there when I thought she was with the manager again. She proceeded to tell the girl that the manager already worked out a deal and had it ready at the service desk. I told her I was not happy with paying a 10% restock fee. She told me she had never heard of a restock fee because all they do is sit the item out in the middle of the floor at a discounted price. She then called the number on the receipt for me and explained the situation, and they told her there was nothing they would do because I did not notify them within 2 days of it being delivered. Needless to say I am stuck with a dishwasher that I did not want because they messed up and wanted to charge me $90 for their mistake. Way to go HomeDepot for not only having terrible customer service but for also employing lazy employees that just leave people standing there knowing you weren't coming back. At least now I know to go to Lowes.

I have always preferred Home Depot to Lowe's but recently the self check out lines have only had one taking cash and the rest only cards. Yesterday there were none taking cash and the only check out taking cash was the desk on the lumber end with a long line of people waiting. We put our items back and left. There should have been one or two of the regular registers open to take care of the cash paying customers.

Had a horrible experience this past Friday (8/04). I had an online pickup order shipped there, a large table saw. Checking in went fine. It took a few minutes to find the order which was also fine. The original young lady helping me wheeled out a small box on cart. I asked where the rest of it was and she indicated that was the only box on the order. The box clearly said “box 2 of 2”, listed it’s weight as 60 some odd pounds, and that it was the guide tails for the saw. Not a multi hundred pound table saw. It took approximately an hour of various people looking at what I ordered and looking for another box. I was finally told by an older woman that I was more than welcome to open the box and verify everything was in there, which I happily did. As indicated, the box was nothing but the guide rails. After another 20 minutes of people searching, the original young lady helping me came back and explained that they found it, but had to wait for a forklift driver to get it loaded out. This took almost another hour. Once my saw finally made it to the front, the fork lift driver set it down and left. After a few more minutes, a single employee wheeled it out on a pallet jack. Again, this is a 300+lb table saw. Upon realizing this young Superman and I couldn’t lift it in the back of my truck, he went and found another employee and they finally got it loaded.Big thanks to the young lady that helped me originally, and the men that helped me load it up. They were all very polite and helpful. Everyone else involved, especially the manager types acting like I was crazy for thinking I had a second box, should be ashamed of themselves.

Have shopped here many times. Employees are always informative and helpful. The front desk can be discouraging, as most, because of protocol. Most items fully stocked. Sale items call ahead. Informative brochures or isle handy help literature not always easily understood by diy'ers. Checkout can be lengthy and overwhelming. Help is always available and friendly for loading.

We drove all the way from Hardy, AR. Which is a 2 hour round trip. Needed paint for our deck. Paint dept was a ghost town Waited almost 20 minutes, asked 3 different associates to get someone in paint. No one ever came nor was it announced over intercom. So much of the store seemed void of associates and those that walked by did not seem interested in helping. Up front however, 3 associates standing around at the self checkout. We left having never been helped. Went home empty handed. Wasted all that gas coming from Hardy.We moved here from Georgia and I've never been to a Home Depot this lacking in customer service nor have I seen a paint dept with less than 2-4 people working it. What a waste of time and money. Won't be going back to this location for sure and wouldn't recommend the location if you need any help for anything.

This is twice now that we have had trouble with Home Depot. First time was over exchanging on a wrench that was a Home Depot brand. I service deck girls were rude and got smart mouth with us. This tmt our stove was supposed to be delivered today and co.e to find out the lady put wrong delivery address on manifest. I had to call them to get it changed and the phone service sent me to 6 different phones and then hung up on me. Had to call again and finally got the Manger that took our order. I was really mad by that time. She tried to say that's what we told she and I said no I told you Hwy 63 not route 1 63. Will never you Home Depot again.

Awesome for if you need supplies to remodel your home and basically fix anything! Better selection and prices than most of your hardware stores! Also there is very good customer service there. The employees are super nice and are there for you if you need anything (in the store)

The employee in the office department and the flooring department were completely incompetent at addressing a small sales question. I was wondering what the tallest height of desks/folding tables were in store because online it wasn’t showing and the person said she would have to go online and do the same exact thing I did. I suggested the person in that department read off which brand had the highest height but had to be transferred to another department instead. After being transferred to flooring and hearing it ring probably 3 times someone hung up on me lol.

I always enjoy stopping in and just looking. It usually starts that way. I enjoy the spring seed starts and the care that they put into maintaining/watering them. The updated military discount process is streamlined to using your phone number! Recently a team member discussed the Ryobi combo kit sales. He was well informed of the comparison of the other products and prices! I will continue to shop at this location!!!

Most of the people ive encountered here are not very helpful.I had a lady send me all the way the back of the store for a product that was outside the front. I asked a manager for help and she seemed very confused as to why i was sent to the back, so she walked with me to talk to the employee. She was conveniently gone on break.

Waited over 40 minutes for a pickup item to be gotten when it was already supposed to be ready to pick up. Then the middle manager gave her service desk people a lecture about picking up the phone that even had my eyes rolling instead of helping any customers. Absolutely ridiculous. It wasn't even a big item, they just didn't get their orders ready. Completely disrespectful just because it is a delivery order and they only see the drivers and not the customers directly.

My parents bought a refrigerator from this store in March and have delivered 2 different ones that both were damaged and are still waiting for the third one to be delivered! It’s April 15th and was told was on truck out for delivery and now they just said it would be another week supposedly before it is delivered! This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone ever. At this point you would think they would offer something for their stupidity!
