2:13PM Jan 9, 2024. How awesome, Textbook Brokers AState Jonesboro has (or had) FREE binders for students. Pre-order your books to avoid a MUCH longer line!! *I wonder how to get one of those promo codes*They had a lot of lines open for walk-ins, and the checkout lines were moving faster than I thought they would when I walked in and saw how many people were waiting. For pre-orders and pre-paid orders, there was one lane directly back from when you enter the front door (one will not have a handle - that is the exit) at the end of the line *there are taped "road signs" on the floor with directions, this could be separated a little better unless there were more pre & paid orders than they thought, but there were 2 or sometimes 3 people taking those from the pre & paid section.

Update:I contacted TB and they were apologetic for the pricing mistake. They promptly refunded the difference. I’m very grateful.Receipt at time of purchase 12/17 said I would pay $183.53 for my rentals. I just received my textbooks with a grand total receipt for $426 saying I purchased the books. I was never informed that there would be a $200 price increase or I NEVER would have used this company. The NEW book (rental) was originally $35 here, and would have been $14 used (to own) off eBay. The receipt I received from TB with the books says I was charged over $260 for their used copy.

Edited: Only after I reached out to the manager was the issue resolved. My husband had already spoken to people TWICE and it took me reaching out to the manager to get it fixed. He wasn't even aware of the issue. 5 stars for him, though, for quickly fixing it.Did a half payment and they said it bounced. I have a receipt from them as well as bank proof that the payment went through. Even with all that, they still double charged my bank.

All the school supplies and A-State items at an affordable price. Quick and great customer service. Even when I needed to do book returns there was no hassle. Thank you Textbook Brokers! I’ve used a Penske truck a couple of times as well. Great spot to get a moving truck.

Don't get shipping! Otherwise, great atmosphere, cheaper than campus bookstore, and wonderful service. They take over a week to get an order shipped out and then it still has to get to you. If you're going in, they're great. Even if you don't know what books you need, they can still hunt them up and get you sorted.

They were all very helpful and courteous. I wasn't sure what I was going to do about getting my textbooks, but they offer to allow students to get their books with no money down and defer payment until financial aid refunds come in. I highly recommend them and greatly appreciate their service.

Hands down the best place to find Red Wolf apparel. Rocky and his team even went out of their way to help me find and order the right sizing for me. Great prices as well. Highly recommend!

Super friendly, thoughtful and honest! Ordered a book for a last minute class change, and needed it overnighted ($25 extra). Put in the order then received a call from the store asking if I knew it was an ebook. I didn’t, so the guy refunded the $25 and sent me the info to get the book same day. Thoughtfully anticipated my needs as an uninformed consumer, and proactively acted for my benefit. What more could you ask for in a business! Thank you!

It's a good store with more brands than other stores around town offer. They have Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, and other brands licensed with A-State insignia that you cannot find at most other stores. Like most other stores, you'll pay for the name brand. They offer discounts for A-State faculty and staff too. They have merchandise on the low end of the price point as well so they are reasonable when comparing to other places like Walmart. Good store.

Always extremely helpful. You can defer payment. Books are cheaper than ASU’s bookstore. And they don’t even make you get your own books unlike some bookstores.

Posting after renting a truck from the Penske service at Textbook Brokers.**The store manager saved my day**After a long and stressful morning in which Uhaul failed to meet my moving needs, the store manager at Textbook Brokers totally saved the day by renting a truck to me and my fiancee. I believe his name was Rocky, but this guy saw us in need and pulled a few strings to help us in our time of need.Definitely consider Penske rental services at Textbook Brokers by ASTATE for your moving needs. They will guarantee a truck whereas Uhaul will just overbook and give you false promises.

I love that their books are so affordable, but half of the time they get me the wrong books. I am glad my books were posted on my syllabus and I noticed they were the wrong ones before I bought them.

Huge inventory of textbooks for rent or sale. ASU stuff on the showroom floor is simply amazing and a lot of it! Highly recommended with a very friendly helpful staff.
