I was getting gold fish for my tank because my old goldfish died well these cashiers and employeees r very rude they asked what kind of tank I was putting them in after I bought filter cartridges for the filter I told them 10 gallon they started treating me very badly judging me saying I’m an animal abuser in front of a lot of people waiting in line I do not appreciate being treated like this I love animals I have cats dogs Guinea pigs and birds and they were all happy and my fish were thriving for months in a 10 gallon tank and the water quality was fine what killed my fish was a solution to heal wounds they were quick to judge me I will never be coming back here I’d rather go to pet co where they treat u nicely my daughter was right there along with my husband he left cause he saw how mad I was at the cashier they put their fish in the same exact tank as mine so if that makes me an animal abuser then that makes them one too not to mention they had a lot of dead fish

I like to shop here for my pets food. I like that they sell Oxbow and Science Selective. The workers are always kind and helpful. You can accumulate points for $ off purchases.

The people that set the hours for this store are INCAPABLE of sticking to operating hours. I stopped going for a long time because they changed their closing time to 8 which conflicts with my work schedule. Then two weeks ago they were staying open till 9 again which was great, only to find out today that they've gone back to closing at 8.I'm not coming back and most people agree.

Got to say they honor their policies. Had our chameleon from them for less than a month before he sadly passed. Bought everything they told us to plus more. First guy I spoke to said that they only do the 14 day policy on live animals…then told me good luck next time. Turn out when I spoke to the manager he has done this multiple times before?Don’t worry they still accept used merchandise if it’s before 60 day… made sure that I knew that was a good thing right?

Do NOT bother getting fish from this store. If you don't have a tank set up to their standards, they won't sell you a damn thing. Guy sat there and tried to tell me what I can and cant put in my tank. Pet store or not, I will buy whatever fish I want. I have had fish for years and know WHAT I can have it my tank and what I cant, I will NOT let some snobby man try and keep me from putting fish in my tank because it's "too small". The TANKS you sell them in is small, "love". If you want to get more sales on fish, FIRE stuck up man who thinks he knows everything. I wont be doing business with this PetSmart ever again. PetCo is where I AND my pets will go.

Clean and well organized store. It wasn't crowded with stuff. The animals were also clean and fresh looking, lol, even the fish area. The people were friendly and informative.

My first 5ime ever in a petsmart buying gerbils for my granddaughters 9th birthday. The first employee sent to assist me was the rudest unhelpful associate I have ever encountered. I went up front and asked for a manager and he was very apologetic and helpful.

Never in my life would I think about posting something rude about someone else on but I am extremely annoyed right now. Everytime ive been in petsmart looking to purchase a new fish, ive been met wirh nothing but rudeness and attitude from the tall man whom i didnt catch a name from. Left me feeling so uncomfortable and angry! Asking so many invasive questions and in the end refusing to sell me fish. I can understand wanting the fish to survive but telling me my own tank is unfit and treating me badly about it is outrageous!!Not only have I had a bad experience with this man, there’s also many other bad reviews about him. This man is on a high horse and for sure gets off on telling people he cannot sell to them .TAKE UR BUISNESS TO PETCO!! They are so nice and welcoming!! And wont leave you feeling like trash!

I’ve taken my Yorkie in numerous times, trying to get him groomed right. Yesterday when I picked him up, they hadn’t even combed his face.Still had stuff in his hair around face. He had a bath supposedly, haircut, nail trimmed. They did cut his hair on top, and legs. Never get a cut that blends together, and teddy bear cut on face is always uneven, not trimmed straight. I will be taking him somewhere more professional from now on. Very unhappy with the work ….

Took my Chihuahua puppy that's under 10 pounds to get groomed and nails trimmed. They cut one nail too short which is unacceptable. It saddened me very much to know my puppey was hurt.

There is an older man who works here who was terrible not knowing that simply nourish was a store exclusive and proceeding to harass my family for an ID for them to check out with their store discount, officially lost a customer today despite the fact my family and i have worked at pet smarts in the past I can't support this one

Andrew the manager has the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Completely ignored my husband while asking for help. Not once, but twice. Once he finally acknowledged him he was EXTREMELY rude and then my husband asked to work with someone else. Andrew yelled at him. He didn’t treat any other customers that way that we noticed. It makes me believe it was racial motivated. The management is HORRIBLE, clearly. I would recommend going to any other pet store before dealing with someone like Andrew.

Lots of brand choices and varieties in stock. Prices have gone way up everywhere. If trying something new, Pet Smart will replace an item your pet won't eat. Ordering online provides good savings and they have a very good rewards program too. I don't have the allergy responses when walking into Pet Smart as opposed to the local competition's location.

I got off at 3 o'clock and took my dog to pet smart to get her nails trimmed, whwre I always take her, and the pet grooming was closed. I was told by the store leader that they got sent home because they did not have any appointments and they would not stay open for a nail appointment. This is VERY disappointing because nail cuts are only walk ins and not available for appointment. The website also shows it is supposed to be open until 7. I get being slow but this store needs to keep at least one grooming tech for walk ins. It is unfair and not right to be turned away when the place is open an additional 4 hours.

Everything is stocked nice and in order. Great selection of items for all kinds of animals. Visited the adoption section. Saw" Otis", the beautiful cat that is up for adoption. If you are looking for a indoor only cat, give them a visit. Staff there is very friendly and helpful with any questions you may have.

I love going to PetSmart. My cats are picky when it comes to there wet food and treats. PetSmart always has there food in stock and the staff is always friendly. I love visiting the new kitty's too 😍.

Very nice young ladies, helped us out every step of the way from puppy food to toys and a sooo comfortable bed for my baby chico.Our 3.5 wk old Chihuahua.So worth the 1hr drive to Jonesboro.We slept comfy and HAPPY on our bed 😂 and chico slept comfy warm and happy on his bew bed.Thank you ladies.🐕 🐶 💕💖

Great service, maybe a little pricy on some things but tell me who isn't nowadays. Over all a good place to shop for your pets or purchase a pet. Clean and the staff is very helpful. They are all very informative about their products and critters( lol). I'd recommend them for sure.
