Took my dog in for a simple nail trim and ear cleaning took all of 5 minutes. Everyone seemed every nice but the lady never introduced herself to me. So i dont know her name. The lead she put on my dog was to long and my dog fell off the table twice. She caught her mid fall so my dog wasn't hurt. If she would have tightened it to where my dog didn't fall I would have given 5 stars.

This place refused my service because I have a pitbull. She is the sweetest dog in the world and she just refused bc of the breed of my dog. Never ever would I recommend!!

I love Debbie. She is very sweet, can get u in quickly and she's loving to the pets so they are relaxed and it makes for a gentle grooming experience.For Charles Tinsley, this is a grooming salon, not a vet. You should remove your bad rating.

They do a great job! However, there was no sign saying they don't accept debit cards. This lady had already brought my dog out to me, and it was pouring rain. She snatched her back up like I was stealing even though Id been bringing my dog there for years. I walked to gas station next door for cash, she didn't get a tip, and I bought my own dog shears after that.

We never have any issues with Pet Quarters! They are always very friendly and groom our dog just exactly like we want her. Their price is very fair and compared to other groomers I've been to in Jonesboro, they do great work!

I took my pom Beowulf after 2 less than desirable grooming experiences from other locations. Michelle listed to what I wanted, got him done in time for my lunch break, and was absolutely fantastic. I will be using Pet Quarters from now on!

Ive never used them, but i called today and there was no dr in but one on call. I told the lady i would wait until Monday and she just hung up. After that rude experience I'll find another vet.
