Extremely nice. As helpful as can be. What i wanted, they did not have. BUT, they found what i was looking for and arranged to get them from a breeder. Had them shipped to their store. As soon as my lizards got there, they texted me, AS I HAD REQUESTED. I was able to pick them up after work. They took care of them for me. And even though the store was officially closed, they came and opened up for me to pay for my lizards. Thank you, PetPro, we have have the newest additions to our family, Godzilla, Blue and Delta. PetPro you really ROCKED this. Thanks so much.

Great experience for my daughter and I. Large selection of different animals, and a good choice for animal hobbyists. The staff was very helpful, and we will be returning customer from now on!

I wanted to get a couple pet rats. I'm so happy I went here. You can tell all of their animals are loved. They all have names. The staff knows their parents and will answer any questions you have. The animals aren't kept in aquariums. I will go here before anywhere else in the future. You could feel that the staff really care for every animal there.

Honestly the place is pretty nasty floors were extremely dirty things were unorganized rat poop in the cages that have Definitely not been cleaned when we came in. Not to mention the horrid smell when you walk in the door. I see they keep saying they don't have enough employees to keep the place clean. But there were three people working inside and no one was cleaning anything and their fishtanks looked honestly very unkempt. Worst pet store I've ever been to

I have been going there for all my live feeders and I have also bought my breaded dragon from there and I wont go no where esle unless they are completely out . I love this place. Good reptiles and other animals. I have a veiled chameleon, breaded dragon and leopard gecko.

Unkept and unsanitary. There was a significant LACK of concern for the animals that were in distress or have been harmed by cage mates. With on trip around the store, you will see there is a blatant disregard for the animals care and safety. I would encourage everyone to support a more reputable pet supplies shop.

Very helpful I bought two guinea pigs and all the supplies. Plan to go back. Healthy animals, friendly, and decently priced. I was a little sad I couldn't hold or pet the animals and limited animals due to covid-19 but understandable.

It's a joy to have a local pet store. I got better quality and more during my trip than I could have going to a large chain store. The employees know more about their animals, and animals in general, than the folks that just got retail jobs.

I went to deliver food to them. I had to go in and check it out. I was so amazed on the mice and rats. I fell in love with a Guinea pig. These ladies were very friendly and knew all of the Animals by name. I will go back when I can spend more time and maybe get that Guinea pig.

We love pet pro, the gal's that are there are very helpful and extremely patient with the grandkids that always have 100 and 1 questions for them and they answer them with correct answers and don't just blow them off because they are children.... I could go on and on about things that they have done that are all good but I will let others post also... We go in to see them at least twice a month by the way...

I needed crickets for feeding my adult and my baby bearded dragons, and they had them just not as many as I wanted. But that's understandable bc they are just starting a new pet shop . Plus crickets are in high demand and most of the larger chain stores are out a lot too.

They actually know how to take care of the animals they have; unlike big chain stores. The only negative thing I could have to say is it does smell like a pet store, but not too bad. It is clean though.

Sad excuse for a pet store. Pulled up and saw a dirty store front. Went in, a lady was spraying bleach on the floor right in front of the door and didnt wipe it up. Rats in cages that were visibly fighting with each other. The only fish they sell are salt water and the tanks are in terrible condition. Dirty, cluttered, hardly any stock, and pathetic. Petco is more if a pet store.

Not wheel chair accessible, leave their rabbits often dehydrator due to the watering systems that can cause build up inside the metal tubes that often cause infection in rabits, they also dont give their rabbits enough hay bunnies will often go into GI-stasis! There fish tanks are filled to the brim with bacterias and no fish, they have birds that show signs of extreme anxiety leave them out of the cage and they pluck their own feathers due to the amount of stress they are under. They do nothing for their pets and this should be shut down for animal cruelty!

smells horrible and the place is unsanitary. all of the rabbits have babies in small cages. also all of the fish tanks are disgusting and have green water.

I got a male cat from there in August and just went back for my other cat the woman is very nice and can’t wait to get my cat after treatment ❤️

Awesome place animals are well taken care of. Recommend over any commercial pet store such as Petco where animals come in sick and employees aren't required to have any knowledge of different species and proper care

She told me on the phone 94.50 and we drove 2 hours to get there and I even repeated the price to her but when we got up there she tried to charge me $650, let's just say I'll never go there again.
