Nice, specialty grocery store in Caraway Plaza. They have a lot of products that you can't find elsewhere in Jonesboro. I come here to get ground venison and elk. They have nice produce and packages goods that include some good gluten-free products and other items that meet certain dietary restrictions. The prices are higher than you find at normal grocers but I guess that should be expected. Not a bad grocery store.

Saturday was the first time I had ever been to Natural Grocers, and I was pretty disappointed that I paid over $11.00 for fruit that was rotten or mushy. Also, there was not an abundance of fruits/vegetables. I probably will not buy produce from there again.However, I did find some vitamins that weren't sourced from China. All in all, it wasn't a complete bust. I would check with the store next time to see when they are better stocked.

This is my go-to for my dairy-free food. I have a dairy allergy, full-blown. They started getting the miyoko's liquid mozzarella per my request. Good stuff. But I did notice that they are no longer carrying the califia coffee.. that was one of the main reasons why I went in there because they had a good variety. I moved away and came back and they are discontinuing them in the store I guess. So sad. All of the other stuff I get there, I can usually get at Kroger's cheaper. I think I can go in there and request to have the coffee I'm wanting sent back maybe. I love the espresso flavor. Also I went in there the other day looking for wild lettuce for natural pain relief and they said they no longer carried it in the store. But I can order it online. Well I'm big on spending my money at Brick and Mortar places or seeing what I'm buying first before I buy it. So that was pretty off-putting. I've applied for a job there seven or eight different times and I've never been interviewed once. But they're always needing help. So maybe I shouldn't go back in there. But I won't give them less stars because of that

Best grocery store hands down. The employees are jovial and, I cannot stress this enough, helpful. I love going here. If you use a lot of beans, spices, grains, nuts, seeds, WHATEVER to cook with, you will save money buying in bulk here. The atmosphere is unbeatable.

I loved shopping in here, I wish more towns had smaller organic grocery stores.Also Thank you for having a Caroline's Cart, for those of us with disabled loved ones it makes shopping with them so much easier.

Best place for vitamins and selection of healthier foods. Most of their vitamins don't have the junk that comes with the cheaper quality vitamins of other bigger stores

I love the customer service and affordable prices. I can only find my vitamins here, not at any other Natural Grocers or city.Guess what else? When I call to confirm availability they don’t even hang up or sound irritated. Many companies could learn the incredible difference this one simple task makes in a customers experience.

They are great, but they lack selection on certain items that I find at the Truck Patch. Their rewards program is pretty bad, too. I had to stop buying all of my groceries here because it's unsustainable for my means. If you're well off, it's great though.

Best veggies around for several towns.The only place within 50 miles that carries tofurky meals. Only one other grocery store out of the 15 or so I called either carried our would order the Tofurky holiday feast. I needed it for our company Christmas party. We have one that is vegan. Not that kind od vegan.I even picked up some semolina flour no one else carries this either.You need to bring in your own grocery bags or boxes.Great selection of foods, supplements and the sort.I will definitely be back.Very clean and friendly staff

We can find most all of our supplements at a reasonable price.Good, helpful staff and they usually stock healthy foods/supplements you cannot find in a Walmart or retail store.If they do not have what you're looking for they will see if they can get it.The prices are expensive but it's very true, you get what you pay for and anything healthy you're going to have to pay for it!We choose to be preventive instead of curative. We would rather pay for a supplement than have to depend on prescription meds!

One of my favorite grocery stores! There are almost always good sales going on. The workers are exceptional and always there to help you with whatever you may need. Be sure to check the sale areas too, you never know what you will find!

This is a great place to experience and experiment with new foods and recipes! Also very good if you have exotic pets with specific diet needs! The workers are always so nice as well

I love this store!!!! However, my daughter and I are from out of town, and stop in every time we are in Jonesboro. But I will not be back. I stood back and watched one of their employees follow and I mean follow my daughter everywhere she went in the store. She was profiling my daughter. My daughter is not a shoplifter!!! I've taught her better. Talked to manager, I was so angry. My daughter even volunteered to dump her purse out on the floor. Train your people better!!!!

The store is clean and inviting, and everything is very easy to find. Though some things can be a bit pricey, it is to be expected for a health/organic food store. Staff is attentive and the beauty and pet sections are impressive. Overall a nice grocery store, and I will be shopping here more often.

I enjoy this little gem in Jonesboro. The employees are courteous, informed and helpful. I enjoy being able to purchase organic herbs and spices in bags that I can transfer into jars and bottles I already have. And the prices are very competitive, some are less expensive in fact, than a number of stores in the area. It would be great if the owner(s) of this store would take advantage of the 5000 sq ft space next door and create a café with healthful quick bites, 3-4 course meals, whole juices and smoothies, etc. I believe an increase in sales for their business may occur and it would add a much needed organic food dining experience. Get the right folks in there to prepare and serve the food, keep it clean and tidy, along with knowledgeable management and the potential is great!

Love this place whenever I get a chance to come and visit. They sell Ground Turmeric by the pound, varieties of Mushrooms, Coconut Water, etc & one of my favorite dips called "Bitchin Sauce!" If you are looking for Non-GMO and organic foods--this is your place. Nice staff as well.

The staff at NG's has made my transition into healthy eating both easier and more fun. There is no telling how many questions I have asked them. They are well trained, knowledgeable, and always friendly.They carry so many options that the other stores in town don't and the prices on organic produce is surprisingly low. Great options for Vegan/vegetarians as well.

Really nice people. If you bring your own bag (even if it's not their bag), they'll donate 5 cents to the food bank. Being a diabetic, I found many items I was able to drink and eat. The downside is they DON'T have bags so be warned if you buy a bunch of items so it's like purchasing from Sams.

They are ok but I do not like being followed like a common theif and it may just be me but it could be because I am a black woman. She could have made it look better if she didn't come from behind the register and be at every corner I turned acting like she was doing something but didn't. Until I asked her where something was.
