I was driving though on a three hour trip when a maintenance light came on. I was alone with my two kids in an unfamiliar town and immediately started to freak out. Came across Mt Ida Tire a few minutes later by some miracle and these guys were awesome! They checked things out and assured me everything was fine and got me back on the road feeling much better in a matter of minutes. Thank you!!!

These guys were just great. Drove up asked if they could patch a hole in my tire. Next thing know the NASCAR crew comes out and 7 minutes later I'm back on the road and all for 12 bucks! Awesome People, great service, and friendly.

We have used this place on more than one occasion. We seem to get a lot of flat tires while vacationing in the area. They have done a wonderful job patching our tires with fast friendly service every time!

The older guy was RUDE as hell!!!! My family and I were headed out camping for the weekend and our tire blew as we came into mt ida. Luckily it was right next to this tire shop. Good price but very, very, very rude attitude. Not helpful with the stressful part of it at all. Younger guy working there helped us out a lot more and you could tell even he was annoyed by the old fart.

My husband kept telling me he would put a new fuel pump in my Wrangler. I got tired of waiting so i called Mt Ida Service Center at the behest of a good friend. They towed my Jeep and called and told me it was the crank shaft not the fuel pump. My poor hubby would have been so stressed had he gone to all the trouble to replace the stupid fuel pump when it wasn't even broken. I'm grateful to Mt Ida Service Center and will use them all the time.

On vacation, tire pressure low. Made it in a few minutes after closing on a Saturday. Fortunately, they were gracious enough to remain open and change the tire without breaking the bank. In and out in no time!
