Employees are very friendly they make you feel welcome and that they appreciate your business. I had a problem with the gas pump and the cashier offered to come out from behind the register out to the pump to see if she could help me with the card reader. I've never been to a gas station where they have offered to do that come out to the pump and help me I have been here a few times their food is good And they do a great business I would recommend this establishment you can get gas, food, snacks or a quick drink

I came in this past Saturday and there was just one lady working I believe her name was Carrie. The restaurant was full and she was running around like crazy. My question is why would you only have 1 person working on a pretty day. I give her props for her busting her tail off. I give your store a 2 star but the young lady who was working I will give her a 5 star

The new owners should spend some money to make this gas station functional. Half the pumps don’t work, and the other half pump at the speed of molasses. Would not recommend for anything but the nice people and good food inside. Fantastic staff, most of them are like family. Great service.

Just stumbled upon this place to get a drink and boy am I glad I did! Don't be fooled by the outside, inside is an amazing little diner with one of the best burgers I've yet to have in NWA. I got the hangover burger and it was outstanding! American cheese, bacon, and an egg on a butter grilled bun with all the fixins. I also had a piece of their banana crumble cake and...wow. The employees were all super friendly and the interior is very quaint. They even have a huge outdoor covered patio/picnic area (it was too hot to sit out there the day I went). I love finding these local spots right in plain sight. I will definitely be back whenever I'm anywhere near Hiwasse!

First time to try the food. It was delicious. The service was quick, and the people were friendly. I had the chicken taco salad and it was really tasty and had a lot of chicken in it.The place was clean and reasonably priced.

Had lunch here a couple weeks ago. I had a great salad. It was very large, I took half home for later. The ranch dressing was delicious. My son had a huge burger with a fried egg on it. He said it was the flavor was awesome and it was juicy.

Every since our beloved Miss Julie sold the store it is went to hell the new owners are rude to handicapped people have changed everything when they said they wouldn't change nothing customer service has declined dramatically and the most respected employees are quitting because of it do yourselves a favor and drive down the road to somewhere else

I love how convenient this place is! They have a really good Farmers Burger, and my all time favorite breakfast is the loaded scramble (no mushrooms for me though). They need help with staffing, but service and food are always delicious!

This gas station/fast food/lottery ticket joint is a remnant of long ago Hiwasse, but trying to present a better front, sort of? Lots of trucks & motocycle traffic. Crowded & noisy. The saving Grace is the helpful & friendly clerks, but they're overworked, under staffed & probably under paid. It's a land-trapped station on a high traffic triangle of intersecting roads. imo: It needs a major upgrade. I only use it for emergencies. It's a 4/10 imo.

This place defines America’s Heartland! A hidden gem! GREAT food! Everything from burgers to pizza, soup, sandwiches and many hot plate country cooked meals.. also breakfast foods. The hamburger steak is awesome (if you get it without the gravy) it’s freshly cooked and comes with steak fries or mash potatoes. Great tea! BEST homemade ranch dressing anywhere! The staff here are good honest folks and very friendly! You won’t be disappointed! We eat here at least once per week and starting to come even more.P.S. The place looks like a gas station (it is), but don’t let that fool you. The cafe is built on the end of the station.

Staff are great. Very helpful, and friendly. I ordered a breakfast burrito, which I would of taken a picture of..... but I ate it, and it was great. Eggs sausage onion pepper and jalapeno. And the price is what's up! 2.99 for a breakfast burrito and I'm full. Not a skimpy McDonald's sized. This place apparently does a karaoke night, bands play here, and an open Mic night on Sundays I think. This place is jumping! Oh and Sheila, Liz, and Linda, Y'all rock. And i heard their owner is the best ever. Great heart and she loves her customers and treats her employees like family. Way to go guys. Best gas station ever.

This is the first time we've had breakfast here. We've come for lunch and dinner and always pleased. This breakfast is AMAZING!!! Closest in the picture is the breakfast sausage bowl and the other 3 plates are the country fried steak breakfast.

Update: the fried chicken -- what brings us here -- has really gone downhill. Smaller pieces and often over-cooked, almost burnt. Nearby Phillips 66 Grand Central now how much better fried chicken for the same price. Potato salad is still amazing, but it's difficult to justify a half-hour round trip for potato salad!---Very helpful and friendly staff. They have the best fried chicken takeout dinner in NWA and be sure to try their potato salad as a side!

Love this place!!! Very heartfelt staff. Warm and inviting family owned feel. The food is great and this is one of my favorite places to go. Try the fried pickles!!!! Also it has a patio with live bands and such a fun simple country atmosphere.

Very friendly staff but the food wasn't very good. Most of the time a locals hangout has good food. Not this place. I'll drive a bit farther and go somewhere else. Not to mention very overpriced.
