Tiniest supersonic breakfast burritos we've ever had... I've been ordering this burrito since I was about 13, and we spent just over $20 on two combo meals just to be served burritos that are about half the size that they're supposed to be.See photo for reference. McD value menu burritos are about this size... And I know for a fact that Sonic premium burritos aren't supposed to be this small.Good news was the tots were fresh and hot. Friendly and quick service too.

We attempted to order online, but the online option was not working we pulled in. We noticed that they were employees standing around eating and goofing off playing with food. Our order was taken on paper before 10 o’clock at 10:15. We were told that our order would not be done because they were closed. We waited over 45 minutes and we turned away.

The carhop should not be putting that they are on their way when they aren’t just to make their service times look better on the store. They said they were on the way and it took another 15 minutes for them to actually bring it. The store was not busy and everyone that was there after us got their orders first. We ordered on the app ahead of time and still had about a 30 minute wait. All we ordered was two drinks. Didn’t want to leave because we had already paid for them and it would be to much of a hassle to try to get a refund. Cups were covered in the drink on the outside and we were not give napkins. Once we left we realized that the orders were not right.

I've recently been craving their footlong hotdogs but dressed like normal hotdogs. Every time I go they're very friendly and don't seem too bothered about the large item. I've ordered 3 in two days.Being able to customize food so thoroughly is really nice. Same with their drinks, however I've been with someone who ordered needs in their coke. I guess it's the perfect place to experiment.

Tried to order with the app because they advertise ½ price drinks if you do so. But they BLOCK you if you try to use it from their parking lot. 🙄Honestly, what difference does it make to them if you order on the way there, or once you arrive? Safer if you order once you arrive, but then they block you so you have to order full price from off the menu.

Used to have the best drinks. We usually ordered the fresh fruit slushes. Now, there's hardly anything added to them. The strawberry ones used to be deep red. The past few visits, there were only 1 strawberry added, and it was mostly white slush. The lime slush has no flavor, didn't even have any fruit slices in it, not even one wedge of lime. It was like drinking sugar water. The foods been ok, and the cheesesticks are still good.

Came here to grab a quick milkshake for my road trip, as it is 1000000 degrees outside. Ordered on the app before I got here, and when I pulled in there were like 2 cars. I waited for 45 minutes and never got an answer from the button, and still no milkshake. The screen finally said that Isiah was bringing my order out, but after waiting again, I pressed the button. They said that they didn't have my order and hung up the speaker. This is ridiculous. You can see the staff inside playing on their phones and not giving too seconds to the customers. Never stopping here again when I come through.

I ordered 2 medium waters with no ice and a large cup of ice we were told that they could not sell us the large cup of ice. No explanations. I went to talk to the manager about this because I felt like the person taking my order was being snotty. I didn't get to speak to the manager because I was told that they were extremely busy and he couldn't come talk to me at that moment. So I told the waitress what was going on and I also explained to her that I was fixing to go mow your yard I was hoping to have some of their ice just even a medium cup. She told me that she would see what they could do. I went back to my vehicle, and waited for another 25 minutes for my two medium Waters with no ice. The vehicle next to me pulled in about 10 minutes after I was there I had place my order was then getting their order and then consisted of what looks like hamburgers and fries and several drinks. I waited another 10 minutes for my order and it never came. Completely unprofessional

Corndogs are not 50© today they're 99 cents. Corndogs are gross. The double quarter pounder isn't $3 anymore. It's 3 19 each and had bones in it. Won't be going there again. Should just close. Stopped there for their 2$ shake to find out it just ended. No .99 drinks anymore.

Went to get supper for 3 people, $30 for 3 combo meals, that wouldn't be a problem normally....the bag was so grease soaked I was afraid it would break before I got it in the house, the tater tots had at least a tablespoon of oil left in the holders,tried to eat one and got a mouthful of oil. The Dr. Pepper tastes like pure seltzer water, and I don't know how long my crispy chicken has been cooked but it's dry as the desert and tasteless. Tried calling and they don't answer the phone. Took forever to get my order and there was only 1 other customer there. The only car hop I seen was moving like a turtle and never cracked a smile. Wish I knew how to post the pictures I took.

Horrible service. Went to order at the drive through only got to tell her one item before she cut me off and gave me my total even thou I said I wasn’t finished ordering. Sat there she never came back. Went to the window order the rest of my food for her to slam the door in my face. Jaylen should not be working in customer service if she can’t be respectful. Won’t be going back. Manager didn’t do anything. I also have video of the entire thing

Very friendly service. My order came up quick. I am sorry I forgot the servers name but she was very pleasant. This Sonic drive in of all the ones around this area is the cleanest, best landscaped and very well kept. I saw the review by Elaine Wood, saying the food was burned, showing a burnt hot dog. Hot dogs that aren't boiled will come out that way. My mother would only eat a burnt hot dog because otherwise it wasn't cooked.

Food only took 5 minutes, service was great...only issue was they put way to much syrup in the ocean water slushie...so other than that food and service was great.PS...the Tuesday deal of 2 Sonic cheese burgers for the price of 1 is a awesome deal!

Ordered three grilled cheese hamburgers and they weren't grilled. Bread head butter on it and was not toasted. And I wish they would get signed up on the app so you could tip the servers. Cuz so far about this Sonic the servers are the best thing

I live 2 miles from this sonic and its usually never good but I love Sonic so I always seem to go back. After working 14 hours I stop in for quick dinner to take home. Once I get home which is 3 mins, the fries are like they came out of a freezer, not fresh and very very cold. I was so starving and I can deal with cold fries. I flip over the hot dog paper that is holding my buffalo wings on a glass plate and they sound like rocks hitting the plate. A fork couldn't even pierce them. The "chicken" was dark grey and while warm, they were obviously precooked a few times and then burnt to order. I have a receipt and hopefully I can get a refund when I head back to work this morning. The customer service is great and they have always resolved issues but wow, get better help. I would be embarrassed to serve food in that condition. Long story short, check your food before you leave!UPDATE: I was given a full refund.

Not normally one to leave reviews but this one I have to. Ordered here at 6:30 pm tonight and I knew it was busy so I knew it will take a while 45 minutes later the carhop brought me my food only for it to be the wrong order. Definitely not the carhops fault, she was very nice. When I told her that I had been there for 45 minutes she couldn’t believe it. I said if I could just have my money back i would just go somewhere else. She apologized again and I said it’s fine. She told me she would go get the manger and the manager never came out to talk to me. They sent the carhop back out with the receipt telling me they refunded my money. Unpleasant experience. Hope this is lot how this establishment always is.

Was not so grate .. Burnt food..! Return to the store in March 2022 and sitting here for almost 20 minutes waiting on three soda pops
